I was influenced my IG to give this place a try so here I am. The restaurant has plenty of parking and is clean and bright in the inside. Bathroom is clean too. My family seemed to enjoy their food. We shared the egg rolls which were very crispy and delicious. My mom and aunt got the soup and they complimented the broth. The seafood soup doesn't look like it has a lot of substance inside, but there were large pieces of squid and shrimp. My dad got the pork chops and fish cakes. The rice was hot and soft so my dad liked it a lot. The fish cake skin did get tougher when it got colder. I got the dry vermicelli bowl. I usually enjoy this dish because it's fresh with all the vegetables. For me, the noodles were a bit grainy or not cooked all the way so it wasn't the best I've ever had. Service was great. They stopped by several times, refilled our waters, etc. They also had a robot helping carry the food to other tables. I'd come back for the soup next time. 4 stars since the rest of my family enjoyed their lunch.

5/5 for ambiance and abundant of parking in same lot. Bright and clean. 3/5 for food. Order the special pho and asked specially for the beef to be like pho tai (chopped up, pointed at picture). Received maybe one tiny piece that was fully cooked. Now the broth was fire hot which made the bowl, but crazy skimpish on the veggies in the bowl and plate and minimal to nothing of proteins. Broth was bland at some points and then some flavor. I couldn't put my taste buds on it. Ordered eggrolls to go and came for me to eat, so clearly there was an English or Vietnamese language barrier . Eggrolls were fried a nice golden brown but filled with fillers and little meat. Coworkers felt the same thing. Again short of veggies as there was literally one lettuce to go lol. 5/5. They can accommodate small or big groups on the whim. All in all. Not too bad maybe I'll give them another try but for the price I'd rather go to pho Ha Noi or the one down the street at the corner of lawrence and el Camino.

if you're looking for great pho in the area, here it is! came here when pho ha noi cupertino was closed for the afternoon and i'm glad i did. this will be my new local spot for sure. flavors are great and the meat is amazing quality, especially the rare beef. minus one star for herbs that didn't look fresh and lots of dirty tables around. other than that, this place is great and i'm definitely coming back. also- try the chili at the table! its's SOOO good.

Best customer service, food is always fresh and the prices are amazing. I love the broth, chicken is my favorite. Fresh spring rolls all the time, the pho is plentiful with noodles and meat. I've placed over 7 DoorDash orders from here now cuz of their incredible 40% off promos and now finally dined here in person with my family over the weekend. Just as good as takeout proving consistency. They have a shy staff, but everyone's fairly attentive and courteous. Ambiance is modern and bright with plenty of seating. Great location on the edge of Sunnyvale by the MegaMart and Seapot. Another plus? They're open til midnight! In person I got their Dac Biet and an order of spring rolls. Don't sleep on the spring rolls. Great peanut sauce, fresh ingredients, I'd get two next time. Their dac biet was very tasty and had a ton of meat. Only critiques: wish there was a fresh pho noodle option and wished the broth was more beefy. I was full and happy by the end of the meal. Live long and prosper. Hope EMP is here to stay. 4/5 overall, rounding up for value.

Service: they are very efficient; from seating customers, taking orders to serving the food. They are also quite busy even it's already late. My #10 was missing the tendon and after we asked for it, they made it up right away. Food: the broth is very fresh! Especially the beef meatballs, they didn't taste like other restaurants which is a bit artificial. Definitely recommended as a late dining option in the bay! Ambiance: clean and nice! Modern and spacious as well!

Pretty decent late night Pho spot. Gets pretty busy inside. Waiting list as you walk into the restaurant. Wait time wasn't long at all. The Pho is really decently priced. The broth taste really good. They have a a few options of pho to choose from. I went with the custom where they let you choose up to 4 proteins. The inside is bright but not too overly exposed. They clean the table in between each guest quickly.

Very nice interior, clean and bright. I came for a late night dinner and the service was very fast. We got our food within 10' of entering the restaurant. The server are very nice and check in on us multiple times to make sure we got everything. Pho tasted decent for a late night spot. A little bland in our opinion but they came with great portion. We couldn't finished our veggie pho and there were almost half leftover.

This place has a brightly lit sign outside, and the building looks a bit small whenever I drive by it. Oh boy was I wrong! Inside is actually massive, and they're a huge parking area behind the building. I was seated immediately and the place was fairly packed around 830pm. I was handed a menu and directed to a seat. Menu has some solid options. I got the combo pho and (fried) egg rolls, my standard order. The egg rolls came out warm, but not hot. I liked that it came with a fish sauce dipping sauce with some chilis in it, but its not spicy. The pho came out piping hot and upon first taste of the soup, the broth is like a medium to lighter medium depth, which I enjoyed. Service was also great and water refills were often without having to ask. Tasty bowl of pho, and good service, will likely return.

I stopped in after getting a haircut nearby because I liked the name of the place. Inside it's an airy and clean space with plenty of tables. I was greeted immediately and explained that I was a to go order so I was given a menu. I chose the vegetarian bun, which is basically rice vermicelli and 2 veggie spring rolls and sakad. I would've thought there would be some cubed tofu in it, but there didn't seem to be any tofu of any kind in it. That's a shame when you consider the price. It does come with two vegetarian eggrolls, but really the serving is pretty sparse. The sauce was good. When I got home, I added some pickled carrot and daikon to help bulk it up. The price of everything has been going up, but not my income so I may wait to return until my income catches up. Smiley.

This restaurant was more crowded than I had expected on a weekend afternoon. My friends and I ordered a few dishes, and there were waiter robots helping carry the food as we were greated with friendly and good service. I tried their Suon Bo Dai Han, and it was tasty and a good portion size. It was flavorful and came with my choice of red rice (tomato base), and the dish overall satisfied my cravings. My friends ordered a couple of their phos, and thought their dishes were okay. It was decent quality, but nothing particularly stood out. Good spot for variety Vietnamese dishes besides pho.

This place was tasty. I was super tired after playing sports and my friends and I decided to come here. The pho was pretty good the flavor was rich but not enough to make me crave that spot. Saw it a few times on social media but thought that the name was too catchy to be a good pho place. However, one night, we were coming back home late and it was one of the few restaurant options that were still open. So we gave it a shot. Food was actually surprisingly very good and tasty. It didnt feel soggy,sloppy or oily compared to some other pho places around. The broth was tasty to not really require additional condiments. Service was great. Food came out quick and fresh. Staff were happy and friendly even later at night. The place is clean and orderly too. You can see the kitchen from the dining area and see that things are clean even back there. Knocking off 1 star just because they dont offer beef stew which is my go to pho (not the restaurant's fault) but other than that, no complaints here. :) read more

Average tasting pho, nothing special, not bad not great. However, there was funky smell, they definitely use damped towels that haven't been thoroughly sanitized. The smell is what you smell when you leave a wet towel out for few days, it's the same funk. read more

Do not go here. Terribly overpriced, the portions are TINY and they only have one size bowl. It was $19.64 for the smallest Dac Biet I've ever had in my life!! As soon as the bowl came out in front of me it was immediately apparent to me it was mostly just a bowl with mostly broth in it, barely any noodles. I took 3 bites and was already wondering where all the noodles were. I left still hungry and disappointed. If you're going to charge $20 for a bowl of pho it better leave the customer satisfied.. come on. I will not be coming back..much better pho restaurants that aren't overpriced and give you way more bang for your buck. $20 for a bowl of pho that didn't fill me up is diabolical. read more

We have been wanting to try Eat More Pho and finally made it today. The beef rib pho was excellent!! Great flavor, the broth was delicious and tons and tons of meat! The portions are huge, and you definitely will have some to take home. My son got the short ribs plate and couldn't stop saying how great it was. The egg rolls were delicious. Must try their freshly made smoothies and their Vietnamese coffee. Servers were nice, food was fresh and the place was clean. We will definitely go back again soon. Thank you! read more

Since taking over the previous ownership this young team has been working hard for their clients. They have a Robot waiter "Bob" bring food to the table and the food is tasty though small portions size, Ambience is nice. I recommend the Strawberry tea. read more

Just ordered the number 52 which is a bowl ..... fried food which was shrimp had a piece of hair on it ..... I almost threw up ..... after moving it and not making a scene in front of my girlfriend..... I dug under the dry noodle and bam ! Another long nasty hair ...... after that I didn't take another bite and hand to lie I was full when I wasn't near done ..... I came here yearssss ago thinking same good service .... I came here on a friend's recommendation and wow -- the Cơm Gà Xối Mỡ blew me away. The chicken was fried to perfection using their signature "waterfall" method where they pour hot oil over the chicken -- and you can really taste the difference. Super crispy skin, but not greasy at all. The inside was juicy, flavorful, and honestly some of the best fried chicken I've had in a long time. Service was fast, and the portion was generous for the price. If you're craving Vietnamese comfort food, this is a must-try dish. I'll definitely be back! read more

Very I had a really good experience at this pho restaurant. The broth was flavorful and had a nice balance, not too salty and not too heavy. The noodles were cooked well and the beef was tender. The fresh herbs and bean sprouts were crisp and added a great touch. Service was friendly and the food came out quickly even though the place was fairly busy. Such a great new pho spot! The atmosphere is super cozy with a nice, clean vibe that makes you want to stay and relax. The staff are really friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. Ordering is super easy with the QR code at the table--no waiting around--and the cutest little robot brings your food right to you. It's fun to watch and makes the place feel modern without losing its charm. And of course, the pho is delicious! The broth is rich and flavorful, the noodles are perfectly cooked, and they even offer FRESH NOODLEP (banh tuoi). Portions are generous, and everything comes out hot and fresh. Another big plus? I have come to this place for years now, since it was still "house of pho". This place is a go to spot and the food never fails! The workers are quick and provide amazing service. The place looks even better now that it is being renovated. I always get the rib galbi with tomato rice. Their thai iced tea thankfully does not come pre-mixed (which is a big deal for me) and does come in the sweet milky layer. I have and will always come here when I crave Vietnamese food :) read more

At the bar, we tried to order a mezcal margarita and were immediately told that mezcal was more expensive and that they already had a pre-batched margarita made with tequila. After we asked again and the bartender agreed to make the drink with mezcal, there was no receipt for us to sign. We were then told that all the Brazilians there would automatically have an 18% gratuity added to their checks. What does being Brazilian have to do with an automatic gratuity? Later, I went outside briefly to show my friend the outdoor area. A server stopped us and told us we couldn't be outside. I explained that I was simply showing him the space and that we were going back inside, but she specifically told us that "the Brazilians have to stay inside." I completely understand that venues need rules, designated areas, and crowd control. What I do not understand is why those rules were repeatedly communicated to us specifically in terms of being Brazilian. What made the experience even more disappointing was that when we mentioned the way we were being treated to a Brazilian employee, her response was essentially that Brazilians have a habit of thinking they are being treated badly. This isn't about "thinking" we were treated differently. We were repeatedly singled out by nationality. The friend who was with me has worked in hospitality for more than 10 years, and we both understand how challenging it can be to manage a busy venue. This was different. I have been a regular customer here and have visited with my American coworkers without ever experiencing this kind of treatment. That contrast is exactly why Saturday's experience was so upsetting. I left feeling discriminated against and honestly still cannot believe that, in 2026, customers could be spoken to this way based on their nationality. I'm still deciding whether to share this experience more broadly on social media, but I believe management should take what happened seriously, speak with the staff who were working that evening, and make sure no other customer is made to feel unwelcome because of where they come from.

New Ownership Diminishes a Beloved Pho Spot Our recent visit to what was once our family's favorite pho restaurant, after approximately a one-month absence, revealed a significant shift in ownership and, unfortunately, a decline in the overall dining experience. While we opted to stay and give the new establishment a try, the changes have left us profoundly disappointed. Upon entering, we were met with a lack of greeting, a noticeable departure from the warm welcome we previously received from the former owners. The staffing appeared minimal, with one busser and two front-of-house employees, a stark contrast to the friendly mother-and-daughter duo who made every visit special. After a few minutes, we were vaguely directed to "wherever we wanted" to sit. We chose a booth and immediately noticed physical alterations to the dining area. The tables had been replaced, and the booth seats were noticeably higher, paired with smaller tabletops. We then discovered a call button for service, a new addition. While a server promptly arrived with water after we pressed it and explained the QR code ordering system, this impersonal approach further contributed to the diminished atmosphere. Regrettably, the culinary experience was equally disheartening. I ordered my usual, the #11 Pho Tai, eager for the familiar flavors. However, the beef portion was significantly smaller, the pieces were tiny, and the texture resembled ground beef rather than the thinly sliced cuts I expected. While the broth remained delicious, the noodle portion had also been reduced. These changes, coupled with increased prices and the elimination of different size options, are concerning. We also sampled the egg rolls, which were smaller than before and surprisingly served without the accompanying sweet and sour sauce. Ultimately, the revamped interior, though arguably cleaner and more "trendy," cannot compensate for the substantial decline in portion sizes, value, and, most importantly, the loss of the welcoming, familial atmosphere that drew us to this restaurant for years. The absence of the previous owners' personal touch, combined with the impersonal service, leaves this establishment devoid of what made it truly special. We will not be returning. read more

But ownership very recently changed - as did the name - and while the menu is the same, the food, service and atmosphere have suffered as a result. We had the pho, and quality of ingredients has gone down - cheaper meats, smaller pieces. Service was slow - the new staff don't seem to care about taking your order or delivering the food with any urgency or attentiveness. More menu options including appetizers, a slightly expanded selection of veggies and protein options, and an additional water dispenser. Many of the soup bases were changed (or removed) to be more flavorful. The best ones are the Sichuan Signature, Spicy Mala, Mala Mix (which is spicy and sour), and Tomato Broth! The others still are a bit bland or have a bit that's still left to be desired. Prices were raised from the initial opening price (13.99 or 14.99 I believe) to $15.99. It's definitely more packed and lively than when it first opened! I would recommend avoiding lunch or dinner rush as there can be a line compared to their normally super fast service. While I understand they're a Chinese-profile based hot pot spot, I would love something a bit more sweet (sukiyaki) that Mala Town is missing to round out the overall soup roster.

Uzumakiya had beef broth, supposedly oxtail broth. It's lighter in consistency than the ramen broth. Tasted more meaty without being heavy or fatty. The noodles were thicker but not chewy. The chashu (pork) slices that came with it was tender with just enough fat to give it the umami flavor. The Tonkotsu Ramen had the thinner noodles. The broth was creamier and richer than the beef broth but not bold or complex compared to other ramen broths I've had but still has a nice balance of flavor between the pork and dashi. Had the same chashu slices. Had more umami flavor than the Udon. Love the Hojicha Panna Cotta. Very smooth consistency. I felt like I'm eating something fancy but not heavy. Combination of light roasted tea and milk flavor. Just the right amount of sweetness. Enjoyed this the most. They had a $3 discount on their Udon. Food came out quickly. Staff were welcoming.
