Came for a weekday lunch. Nice, clean, relaxing, and quiet atmosphere with light music. Menu and ordering is in tablets/online. Bathrooms are clean, though wish they had the disposable toilet seat covers. Excellent pork and shrimp vermicelli bowl with quick and pleasant service. Can definitely recommend if you're looking for reliable, Vietnamese staples. Had a banana matcha latte to go and it was very nice. Bonus, noticed they actually disinfect tables after diners are done! Very clean location.

Went with my husband after seeing the banh mi picture on Yelp. We were surprised with the variety of dishes on the menu. We arrived during happy hour- tried their takoyaki in addition to bun with grilled pork/egg roll and banh mi- everything tasted great. Service was efficient. Nice ambiance. Definitely want to go back. Also want to try the shave ice dessert.

My family and I were at T&T Supermarket to check out their new market. However, the line was incredibly long. My daughter was hungry, so we decided to eat pho at this restaurant which is nearby. They hand you a tablet, and you place your order. It's then sent to the kitchen. The food arrived a bit later than usual, but the pho and wontons were decent. However, not the best of pho in San Jose.

Great local eatery. They have a variety of Vietnamese foods featuring pho, bun bo hue, banh mi, and Vietnamese rice plates. They have various appetizers too like takoyaki, shrimp tempura, and Taiwanese popcorn chicken. I'm all for the variety. Popcorn chicken comes with a generous amount of basil but missing the signature spice for popcorn chicken. My 2 year old loves it so I guess that's a win. Don't sleep on the dessert menu they have croffles (croissant+waffle) and bingsu and serve alcohol. Order on an iPad, the staff is very friendly. No high chairs but they do have boosters. I like to get the pho with fresh noodles and bbq pork with egg rolls here. I always want to try the dessert but never have enough room.

Quick and fast service, streaming pho, very kind staff, and open tables. There's is a good amount of seating and good ambiance. Absolutely loved the pho. A good balance of meat and noodles and broth. Highly recommend. Will definitely be back.

I really like the pho and bbh here. Matcha and coffee drinks are just as enjoyable. Would come again.

I usually take my lunch here after payday heeeey!! Most of the time I order the steak pho it's so delicious and filling. Broth feels so nutritious for me. Another order if I don't want to eat hot food I order the grilled chicken vermicelli and I love it esp bc it comes with egg rolls like that's the cherry on top! For bevs i order the Thai boba just helps me get through my shift‍. Service is always amazing everytime i go visit

Came here Wednesday night. Almost no wait. Typical pho and bbh. Wings are nice are crispy. I like that the dip came on the side. I actually liked it better without the dip. Viet friend says bbh tastes as good as home. Good experience!

Fast, clean and tasty. We ordered the bun noodles. Delicious and flavorful! I'm coming back to try other dishes.

My husband and I ordered Beef and Meatballs and BBQ and shrimps noodles. It tastes pretty good. Very flavorful. I like how they have the iPad for us to order our food so we can see the pictures and description of what in our foods also upfront cost so that you know if there will be any additional cost. I like the music playing and the lighting. Very modern.

I was heartbroken too. But I also felt bad seeing so many people leave negative reviews without even trying the ramen first. I've been a customer for years but review bombing a small business over a menu change just didn't sit right with me. I decided to give the ramen a try. Is it as unique as the udon? No. The udon is definitely what made this place stand out. But the ramen was still very good. The broth was porky, fatty, and creamy! The Chasiu could use some work. Classic Tonkatsu ramen 8.5/10 I'm really glad they listened to customer feedback and brought the udon back. I hope anyone looking at this Yelp page for the first time disregards the bad reviews and understands that is just how passionate people are about their udon! At the end of the day, I'm happy we get to have both. The spicy udon is still one of the best things I've eaten in the Bay and the ramen is absolutely worth trying too.

The concept might be simple but the possibilities are endless! I went absolutely overboard with my proteins (both beef and lamb), enoki mushroom, napa cabbage, tripe, baby corn, fish balls filled with roe and tofu skin. I saw that they had tofu mochi too and it was one of the best new things I decided to give a try. The bone broth was rich, flavorful and had that perfect mala kick with the numbing spice. I got mild flavor so it was not the kind of spicy that I could not tolerate. Each topping also soaked up all the flavorful broth. My friend got the medium spicy bone broth and that was packed a punch! I love how all the ingredients are fresh and fully restocked. The staff is very efficient. On the positive side, they do offer a large variety of ingredients to choose from. When my bowl was served, I realized it wasn't the one I had ordered. They had accidentally switched my bowl with another customer's. Later, while eating, I came across some of the marinated cilantro beef, which looked raw. I asked the server if it could be cooked a bit longer, but she explained that it was supposed to be pink. I tried a small piece, but the texture was still very tender, which made me uncomfortable. It also didn't have the texture of what I expected from beef. My cousin also had an issue with her bowl. The lotus root slices were cut fairly thick, so after cooking, it was still undercooked and crunchy. Overall, it was a disappointing experience due to the cleanliness concerns, the order mix-up, and the food quality. There are plenty of ingredient options, but I don't see myself returning.

We got to try the Firecracker Fries, Spicy Shrimp & Pork Wontons, and the Traditional Beef Noodle Soup with thick noodles. The Firecracker Fries were definitely my favorite. Crispy outside, soft inside, flavorful with a little kick, and honestly addicting. The wontons were soft and packed with filling, although sweeter than spicy to me personally. The beef noodle soup was really comforting. Broth had a nice herbal flavor, noodles were chewy, and the beef was tender. The meat was tender and juicy and there was so much of it as well. The base dish came with rice cakes but I should have ordered extra as most of it was gone half way through the meal. The Mul Naengmyeon was cold and refreshing, especially after eating the galbijjim. The restaurant itself is pretty small so the waiters do try to rush you along in order to turn over the tables, but they also worked very hard to make sure your meal was satisfying. They also packed away the left overs in a heat sealed container so it wouldn't spill in the car and keeps for a while in your fridge. Overall a very pleasant experience if you come early enough and don't have to wait in line.

There was a bit of a wait and you can waitlist on their ipad inside. We waited for about 20-30 minutes.    Before getting seated they ask if you want to do the normal hot pot style or AYCE. The AYCE runs for 90 minutes and is $24.99 during lunch and $30.95 during dinner time. They also charge for leftover food which is $6 per lb. We ended up doing the normal one pot hot pot for each person.    I always get my usual lamb hot pot which already comes with vermicelli noodles and choose rice as my free side dish. There are various levels of spiciness and I chose extra spicy which is a level down from there flaming spicy from what I can recall. Honestly it was not spicy enough but I did not want to get the spiciest level in fear that it would be too oily. Perhaps I will try that the next time to see if it is.    They have a bar further in the back of the restaurant where you can get creat your sauce and get some garnishes for your hot pot. I also noticed they have some other sides like noodles and such next to it. It seems if you are not participating in AYCE you can still get sauces and garnishes but I am not sure about the other sides.    The interior has changed from the last time I came here and it looks nice! Service was standard and everyone was nice. It does feel more chaotic now that they have AYCE but that  is understandable.

It was solid, with good noodles, generous amount of pork, some fish cakes, veggies, and an egg. The broth was good, but not top tier. The egg, though, was hard boiled and didn't have a soft center, which I like. That seemed like a bit of a shortcut to be honest.
