The food for some reason got better and more flavorful. The portions are still lots and the flavor balance is perfect. I thoroughly enjoyed my chicken pho which had lots of shredded chicken breasts. The broth was mixed perfectly with their house made chili oil. My wife's combination pho was also great! It had the right amount of tendons and flank while the broth was creamy and authentic tasting from the bones. I highly recommend ordering their fried eggs as well. My mom has been seeing videos about this place, so we decided to try them out. We placed our orders, and while the food came out, servers didn't think to provide us with utensils. So we spent another 5 minutes or so waiting to actually eat and share amongst the table. And when they would give us utensils, it was basically 1 at a time. Mind you, there was 4 of us and 1 child. Pho dac biet (4/5): it could use more flavor, but there was quite a bit of meat which was nice. The noodles were good too. I got the thin ones but they also have thick and yellow noodles? Replaced the old House of Pho and the inside is pretty much the same but I guess more modern is how I would put it. The food is really good and the broth I tried was flavorful, clean, and delicious. The short ribs are super flavorful and tender and the garlic noodles are thick, saucy and taste better than other places whose noodles are just spaghetti. Not sure what to get for your rice plate, luckily they have the custom rice plate where you can pick 3 different things and get a little sampler. I got the chicken wing, grilled pork, and egg roll and those were amazing. The chicken wing was big, crispy, and juicy and I would get it again. I have came here a couple of times when it was called House of Pho and I wasn't impressed with the food then. I walked in and it's still the same set up with the pond, slightly modern look, and a new paint job. They do have a robot coming around with certain food items, but not for everything. I was seated right away and decided to order the oxtail pho and a lemon soda. The lemon soda was what I was expected. Tasty and delicious. The pho was similar to the pho I have received in the past when it was under House of Pho. The noodles were overcooked a bit that it was a slightly gummy consistency that the noodles were stuck together. The broth was nice and clear but fairly bland. Plenty of oxtail but should provide a bowl to put the bones in. I know it's not necessary but it would help a diner move the inedible stuff so they can enjoy the rest of the food. Overall I feel like they used the same cooks as the food tastes the same and with similar problems. I'm unsure why there are so many people want to come here for subpar pho. We came a little around closing and our server was very curt in his answers when we had questions. My husband ordered his pho and I wanted to try the salmon rice plate. There were 2 pieces of salmon on my plate. This small piece and the filet. I tried the small piece. It was good and then I dig into the filet and it seemed moderately undercooked. I enjoy my salmon more flakey and this was a little underdone for me. We brought it to the attention of the waiter and he just told us it was the correct color of cooked salmon. I've been on a trek to find my favorite pho place. This was the old House of Pho location. They slapped on a new coat of paint and it seems so much brighter, cleaner and cheerier. Tables at pho places just always seem kind of greasy. Maybe that's why I'm always looking for a new pho place that is clean. There is a note on the table that they just opened and are working on being one of our favorite restaurants. The Vietnamese iced coffee was great. It was super strong, the way I like them. The Vietnamese iced coffee with egg was much tamer. I didn't like the fresh orange juice. It wasn't that sweet. For $5.95, I think it should have been better. My son enjoyed the quality of his pork chop. He got a squirt of hot oil with the first bite of his shrimp cake so next time he's going to get a fried egg instead. Rice was lightly flavored with tomato? My other child ordered the wonton pho. It had lots of rice noodles, 3 wontons, chicken and shrimp. The broth had a light flavor that he enjoyed. I had the #10 without tripe. I should probably taste the broth first but when I have pho, I automatically put in half the bean sprouts, 4 green chiles on each quarter of the bowl, squeeze in lime and squeeze out sirachi into a little dish. The broth always tastes great to me after I season it. I prefer sirachi on my pho meat and I liked the quality of meat they used. I had plenty of noodles in my bowl. Do not eat here if you're Vietnamese. I ordered pho and com suong nuong. Pho broth is sweet, seriously sweet. I'm southern Vietnamese and this broth is too sweet for me. The meats is over cooked because it break apart when bitten. I give it 5/10 Con suong is utterly uneditable. First rice, is mushy and not dry. For anyone eating com this style, rice needs to be dry and fluffy. The meat is bland, I mean I can throw a Korean season on it at home and have way better tasting. I ate 1% of my rice and left the rest, I savor what left and wrap the meat in napkins taking it home and feed it to my two dogs. I also notice while sitting here for over 30 minutes. I only see Mexican and Korean customers. Make sense since the restaurant is more like fusion to cater foreigners palate. If you don't believe me and trust the 4 stars rating. I am writing to share feedback regarding my experience at Eat More Pho today. Unfortunately, there were several issues with my order and the service provided. I ordered the pho with rare steak (tai) and tendon, steamed bean sprouts, and a hot coffee. However, I was served an iced coffee instead. The waiter placed it on the table and left before I could mention the error. After waiting 12 minutes for my food, I was served raw bean sprouts rather than the steamed sprouts I requested. In this instance as well, the server left immediately without confirming the order was correct. Additionally, I found the pho broth to be lacking in flavor and over-seasoned with MSG. A little bit too sweet for me still very flavorful. Chicken Vermicelli bowl: very refreshing and yummy. It took a bit of time for this to come out but I think it's cus they cook the meat fresh. I really enjoyed the meal - however I was put in a side room... and me and every other table placed in here was forgotten about. We all had to wander out to find someone to help us multiple times.
