Came here for lunch with my husband. We were seated right away, and our orders were taken. Our servers were kind and helpful. My husband ordered the Drunken Noodles with no eggs level 6 and I ordered a Pad Thai with a level 5 spice. Our orders came and whoa, their level 5 is no joke! the server warned me but I tend to go middle of the road at most places. The food was delicious and even my husband who never says things are more than "good" said it was delicious and it was his first Thai experience. We'd definitely be back! read more

May have been the best pad kee mao (drunken noodles) I've ever had. The meat was perfectly tender and tons of it. Fresh mushrooms and tons of fresh basil (I asked for extra). Eat Thai used to be Thai Cottage. We had eaten at the previous establishment numerous times but this was our first try of Eat Thai. How did we ultimately decide? Well, we decided because it was Monday and they were open. Total side note, but I'm amazed how many Thai restaurants in the area are closed on Mondays. I had no idea. With that, we were NOT disappointed. The food was fresh and good. The waitstaff was very attentive but not too overbearing. We were with another couple so we were able to try both the spring rolls and the fried egg roll appetizer. Both were good but I prefer the spring rolls. My wife and I both ordered Pad Thai. It was enough to split but we didn't because we like different spice levels. Also, Eat Thai has a 1-10 spice level. I will say it is NOT the same as a 1-5 level. Nope. It's hotter. I ordered the level 3 and it was plenty for me. My friend ordered a 4 and said it was PLENTY hot for her and she likes hot spice more than I do. My wife ordered 2 and liked it. Like I said, it was more than enough for two people so we had leftovers for lunch the next day. Bottom line - Thanks to Eat Thai for being open on a Monday. The food was amazing but I did unfortunately find a piece of plastic like the film you rip off a drink . It was in my white rice. And it didn't stop me from eating all that food. It was that good. Food: 3.5/5 Service: 5/5 Ambiance: 5/5 Food- Wide selection of dishes, with very differing qualities of taste. Here's my thoughts on each dish we ordered: 1. Roti- Tasted good, and the curry served with it was light yet flavorful, but the Roti was NOT Roti, being deep fried for way too long, resulting in a crispy almost fall apart texture that still tasted good, but didn't satisfy the craving for Roti 2. Chicken Wings- Enjoyable, but felt too salty to eat any more than two pieces per person. 3. Pad Thai- Really saucy for a pad Thai and leaned way too hard on fish sauce for the flavor, resulting in a smell that was strong and not reminiscent of what pad Thai should smell like. 4. Avocado Curry- Solid dish with great depth of flavor, could've had more beef though 5. Shrimp Fried Rice- Standout of the night. Great flavor that is unlike any other rice that I've had before. 6. Khao Soi- Really enjoyed this one too! The fried noodles taste almost pretzel-like to me, and the overall balance of flavors were great. 7. Mango Sticky Rice- A little bit pricy, but was incredibly refreshing and flavorful. There were quite a few misses this time around, with the appetizers we ordered and the Pad Thai either being middle-of-the-road or lower, but the fried rice, Khao Soi, Avocado Curry, and Mango Sticky Rice being great. Service/Ambiance- Great! No complaints on this visit. The interior still feels modern and casual, and our waitress was very kind to us whenever taking our orders. I do miss the old establishment that was here (Thai Cottage) but Eat Thai still serves up a good experience that encapsulates the staples of Thai food with some nice surprises. read more

Love this place just dont get here enough. Got a lunch special this visit, Prit King Chicken. These are priced very well. Cant get that dish everywhere. It was delicious, flavorful and the level 6 spice was perfect! Opted for salad over soup cuz their peanut sauce is the BOMB! Had their shrimp fresh rolls to start as I do every visit. They are fantastic - packed, fresh, flavorful! Service is always prompt, friendly. Place is clean and nicely decorated- not usual kitche and tastefully done. Eat Thai is one of my favorite spots in Webster, it is truly a hidden gem. They always have exceptional service and the servers are always super friendly. I highly recommend trying out their iced Thai tea when stopping by it is one of the best I have ever had in this area. This restaurant was originally Thai Cottage. I was a lil bit skeptical when i saw this place renamed to Eat Thai and wonder if they are as good as Thai Cottage, so i gave them a try. They redesigned the interior so it looks spacious and cute. I went on a Sunday after church at 11am when they open. Only two employees at the front but they were very nice, sweet and attentive. I ordered papaya salad, tom yum soup, pad Thai, pad see ew, boat noodles and mango sticky rice for dessert. - I love the tom yum soup: tangy, sour but sweet after taste. - The papaya salad was very refreshing and crunchy. - My mom love her pad Thai with the crunchy from the peanut and bean sprout. - My favorite is the pad see ew because it has a smokey flavor. I just wish they put lil bit less season cuz it got salty when i finished it. - I've only seen boat noodles on social media but never tried it, so of course i gotta order it when i saw it on the menu. It's good, has a similar flavor to pho but the broth is thicker and less herby compare to pho. Idk it's interesting lol, but it's good. - Can't complete the meal without dessert and omg, the mango sticky rice was so good! Sticky rice was really soft and very coconuty. I was coming to the area where Eat Thai is to go shopping at one of the stores in the shopping strip so I looked up the places to eat nearby and saw this Thai restaurant. Thai cuisine is one of my absolute favorites so my friends and I decided to check out based on the great reviews and the reviews do not lie! The food is amazing and flavorful. We started by getting our favorite appetizers, Chicken Satay and Roti with Curry. -- Chicken Satay is juicy and flavorful, the peanut sauce has a really good peanut butter flavor and it's spicy, a perfect amount of spice. Combine that with the pickled onions and refreshed by the cucumbers, perfect combination. -- The curry sauce for the Roti is so good. Just the perfect amount of curry flavor and spice. I find the actual Roti was a bit oily and very flaky, but it tasted more like a pastry type dough. I feel this is the one thing that could be improved as I've had better Roti at other restaurants. For our entrees we shared 3 different ones. The Pad Thai with shrimp, Pad See Ew with Shrimp and the Orange Chicken. -- The Pad Thai has a really good mix of the sourness from the tamarind and the sweetness that is usual for pad Thai. I loved the crunchiness of the bean sprouts and peanuts, and the egg is really what did it for me. This is one of the better Pad Thais I've tried. I did find the sweetness to take over towards the last bites of this dish. -- The Pad See Ew was absolutely perfect flavor wise. It's perfectly seasoned, savory, and I just love the addition of the broccoli and Chinese broccoli. It also has a bit of a Smokey flavor that I liked. --The orange chicken is a must try imo. It's so crispy and the orange sauce tastes just like a juicy sweet and tart orange. The flavor comes off so natural and much better than the orange chicken at Panda Express. It comes with a bowl of white rice and some steamed broccoli. We really went crazy over how good the sauce is. We got a level of 2 spicy of the noodle dishes and honestly I think we could have gone up to a 3 probably even 4 to really get a little kick. Finally for dessert we got the Mango with Sticky rice and it's the best dessert I've eaten in a long time. The mango was perfectly ripe, sweet and just a hint of tartness. The rice was sticky, perfectly soft and the coconut cream was sweet and a little salty. It all blended perfectly together and as someone who enjoys Arroz con Leche, it reminded me a bit of that. I could have licked the plate honestly Service was really great too, the two servers were attentive and friendly. They checked on us regularly, made sure our drinks were topped off, and took great care of us. The restaurant also plays some Thai Pop for music and it's nice and not overbearingly loud like some restaurants. You can actually talk over it without having to yell at the people at your table. I highly recommend trying out Eat Thai if you're in the area . You won't regret it. I wish I took pics of our food but we dug into it as soon as we got it. We were celebrating our anniversary and just moved to the Santa Fe area, less than a year ago from Spring, and were really missing all the delicious eats within throwing distance. I saw Eat Thai on the Apple Maps and then looked at the reviews, which are great. Hubs & I went ham on everything. Per usual, way too much food, but it was delicious. The lighting was just right and the service was quick! We received our appetizer and then within 10 min received our entrees. It was a little fast for me, but I'm a slow eater and really savor the food. Overall, I highly recommend if you are craving some great Thai. Last thing: the Thai spice scale is no joke. If you can't handle Buffalo Wings, don't go over 3. If you jalapeños on everything (like me) perhaps 5-6 is your range. They have 1-10 and then Thai Hot! Had a family member in the local hospital and wanted some good food, so I tried this place. I called in the order for pickup and ordered Shrimp Pad Thai with a Thai tea. The food was ready to go when I arrived with the added touch of a cup holder for the drink. The hostess was really pleasant with a genuine greeting and smile. For a strip mall location, the place looked REALLY classy and I could see myself here on a date night. On a heat scale of 1-10 I got an 8, but the heat didn't compromise the taste at all. As a Thai food snob who's never actually been to Thailand, I was impressed. And the price was very reasonable. Would definitely go here again to try another menu item. read more
