I tried to offer constructive feedback while getting my refund, but it didn't seem like management was interested in improving the customer experience. I was told everything is "made to order," as if that alone justified the excessive wait. I don't buy that. Good leadership and an efficient kitchen can produce fresh food without making customers wait an hour for basic street food.
