Eat'n Park is my go-to for comfort food and dessert! I always have a good experience and love all the team members here. Love sitting on the patio too in the warm months!

Stopped in for lunch on a holiday and it was BUSY but Naijah took amazing care of us! The dining area was clean, the salad bar looked fresh, and the restrooms were very clean and well stocked.

This Eat N Park was ANAZING!! First thing to mention, THE WAITER LORI, WAS AMAZING!!! SHOUTOUT TO LORI FOR BEING SUCH AN AMAZING,FUN, AND KIND WAITER!! Next, I have to mention the food. I got a bacon cheeseburger with fries, It was amazing!! 4.8/5! The root beer and lemonade got was great and quick! The staff including Lori :), were amazing. While we were in there, someone was getting happy birthday sung to them by the staff which was so nice! The place was also very clean!! The overall rating for this place is 4.9/5!

Nostalgic. Grew up in Pittsburgh and EatnPark assuredly has a place in my heart. Was staying at the Waterfront and had to stop in. Neat local art reminds you of what the Waterfront originally was - a steel mill and the restaurant was very clean. Our waitress (Sarah) was quintessential Pittsburgh. The awesome accent, treated us like family and of course superb service. We were there for breakfast. The Western omelet, bacon, and eggs Benedict with fruit were spot on. Thereafter, wanting to bring the smiles back to California, we stopped at their mini shop at the entrance for smiley cookies, souvenir coffee mugs and coffee. Overall, a great experience!

My kids love Eat n Park so we eat here probably the most of restaurants in our area. We also like to order take out from Eat n Park. One of the main appeals for the kids is all day breakfast. They love the pancakes and bacon. My youngest typically chooses the fruit cup also. I like their salads got to love the French fries on top! Omg and their ranch is the best! We were a bit disappointed in the fried pickles this time around. It was almost like they were cut in half. Won't be ordering those again.

We came for a very nice lunch. I have not been anywhere in years that has a salad bar! I was excited to see all of the traditional salad bar fixings but also a choice of 2 soups! Service was efficient and friendly. I recommend!

We came in for lunch and decided to get breakfast. The bacon was among the best I've had anywhere. Crispy and full of flavor. The service unfortunately was very slow. We were sat at our table 30 minutes before we got a cup of coffee. Granted, it took well over 10 minutes before we were able to order. Maybe they're understaffed today. Overall, we were here over an hour. The music volume was very high too - which made the time spent there feel even longer. The bacon and the ability to pay online is what salvaged our experience and is why I'm giving three stars.

My favorite dish so far is the Caesar omelette which comes with smoked salmon and some nice salad plus toast. The omelette is big, salad too, though the toast felt a little light. My wife got the Tolstoy bowl, which came with two poached eggs, some peppers, and a heaping pile of potatoes. Good but a bit skewed toward potatoes. My mom got one of their egg sandwiches, which seemed very standard (their sandwiches all come with a good side salad).

Kind of tight but very cute. They are the type of establishment that wont seat you if your guests are below the tables avaliable. There were two 4 person tables avaliable and 2 couples who were waiting for seats. So it was kind of annoying when they sat a table of 4 before us but I understand their reasoning.

I decided to get the Antwerp with Nutella ice cream. It was just stellar. The waffles here are not the typical soggy grocery store ones. No, they are made in house and are liege waffles. So, more chewy and sugary with bits of crunch at the edges. The ice cream is also so so good. Super creamy. A pretty nice amount of Nutella flavor (could always be stronger though). Just really good and a really fair portion. When the two are paired together, it's just exquisite.

Toppings include whipped cream, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, bananas, Nutella, Speculoos, Belgian chocolate, caramel, dark chocolate shell, and the business's small-batch flavors of ice creams. During my recent visit, an employee promptly and politely served me. I ordered one Ghent waffle for $6.31 plus tax and tip. The employee made the waffle fresh in a reasonable time. Some indoor tables and chairs were available, so I sat down to eat. My Ghent waffle was nicely chewy and was topped with delicious Speculoos/Biscoff shortbread spread and slices of bananas. I rate it as 5 stars. This coffee shop is located in Homestead right on East 8th Avenue, and the inside is massive. The space features exposed brick throughout with plenty of seating, including a large number of tables and a sofa as well. Near the counter where you order, they had several baked goods displayed under cloches, along with a small area filled with a variety of cacti. For my coffee this morning, I went with a brown sugar latte while my wife chose a mocha. My son picked a banana, which was surprisingly free, and my daughter went with an apple danish. During the entire time we were there, we were the only people in the shop, and the two employees working were incredibly friendly. My coffee ended up tasting really good. The brown sugar added some sweetness while still allowing the coffee to shine through. It was deep and rich, and honestly had more coffee flavor than most lattes I have had in a while. My wife also enjoyed her coffee, and my twins were happy with what they ordered. The bottom line for me is that I would head back here again in the future. My friend was a little disappointed with their fruit tea. Portion seemed to be noticeably smaller by a good bit. There was an option to sweeten it that they opted not to do and probably should have done! All in all, very nice spot in Homestead. There's even a little place to get water. Definitely recommend this coffee shop.

I was last at Point Brugge in April 2022, when the grub and warm welcome were well-worth the price. I'm not sure what has happened since then, but if my most recent experience is anything to go by, SERIOUS changes have to be undertaken at this once gem of Point Breeze for it to justify the equally serious price increases that have gone by since then. The food: BLAND and prepared without care for the customer. To start off, my companion and I both got the "soup du jour." It was tomato and onion cream. Completely mediocre and far too sweet. I could've bought a prepared soup at Trader Joe's of the same quality. For our mains, I got a $36 (!) salmon with fried veggies and lentils. The fish was OK (it's hard to wreck good salmon), but the veggies were positively DRIPPING in oil and the lentils were salted to all hell. I could not finish the latter. My companion ordered a $16 vegetable sandwich and specifically requested no red onions. Guess what? The sandwich and its side salad were chock-full of red onion slices. So much for customer service. The restaurant: GROSS. The remnants of mussels and other food items were LITTERED all over the floor of the "top" area of the restaurant. The walls are full of cracks; the paint is peeling; and where the drywall meets the floorboard, AVERT your gaze! Giant, gaping holes pepper the entire lower part of the wall, as if positively begging for a rodent infestation. How is this up to code? The service: UNFRIENDLY. I think we were served by the manager. He had sort of a strange attitude and cadence, and only asked us anything about the food BEFORE we had started eating the soups. Consider asking us after we've finished something? I think he was mad that I had only ordered a water. Sorry! Alcohol is bad for you, and I for one wasn't going to slurp down a sugary "mocktail" next to all those oily mushrooms. Next stop? UPMC Presby. Apart from him, the staff was underdressed and loud (although, for what it's worth, a bit friendlier). However, I prefer to know if I'm interacting with a paid employee or a freight train driver who has just gotten off a 16-hour-shift driving on the CSX mailine. I get it: nobody is expecting you to wear a tuxedo in 2026. But let's at least try to outdress the most casual of customers, no? Considering Point Brugge was once a place I took people from out-of-town to show off the East End, this is a sad, sad fall from grace. I will NOT be going back, and, as long as they don't get their act together, neither should you. Not in this economy. $36 oily azz mushrooms...
