Came in here and it was bustling. Super cute spot to have a meal. For ordering, you mark what you want on a paper and they take it to the kitchen. Super fresh fish. I got nigiri and a classic roll. Super affordable. I got seconds and still the price was extremely reasonable! Would recommend!

Overall a 3.5/5z Service was good and food was decent but nothing to rave about. This place is pretty hyped up on Reddit for its quality and affordability. I don't see the hype to be honest. We skipped out on the nigiri but had several rolls (alaskan roll, sushi blossom, hamachi roll), appetizers (soft shell crab), and dinner combo (steak teriyaki). Nothing to complain about quality wise, but at the same time, nothing too special about their rolls either. I'd compare their roll quality to most all you can eats and if that's the case you might as well go to a quality AYCE to spend a similar amount. If we are talking about nigiri, the most expensive omakase set at a place like SugarFish is actually cheaper than here. One dish did standout and that was the soft shell crab appetizer. We got this twice! If i were to come back here, it would only be bc of the soft shell crab appetizer for $8.99.

Super long wait but servers were nice and attentive. Salmon was fresh and we enjoyed the vibe and the food a lot! The restaurant is a bit small tho so that explains the wait Any sushi with salmon is good but I think they're a little bit more on the higher price compares to other sushi spot I've been to

I've had Eats Sushi on DoorDash before and loved it, so I was excited to finally go in person. Dine-in didn't hit quite the same for me, though I'll give it the benefit of the doubt since we ended up at an 8:45PM reservation after missing our first one. Later in the night may not be the best time to judge the food. First things first: make a reservation through Yelp. If you show up on a weekend without one you're looking at at least an hour wait. The place is packed for a reason. The service was genuinely impressive. I have never had sushi come out that fast in my life. Edamame was on the table within 4 minutes of ordering and 3 rolls followed just 2 minutes after that. They clearly have the staffing to keep things moving even on their busiest nights. The surprise star of the meal for me was the beef teriyaki. I wasn't expecting much from it but the flavor was really great. The baked scallop roll was a little disappointing though, the scallops just didn't taste as good as I was hoping. And a small but appreciated detail: the chopsticks are actually good quality. No wrestling apart a wooden pair and ending up with splinters everywhere. We were seated near a tree in the back which gave us a nice bit of privacy, which made it feel great for a date night. It's also a popular spot for OCC students so the vibe is casual and lively. I'd come back and try it earlier in the evening to give it one more shot.

I really enjoyed every aspect of our meal! Be ready for a bit of a wait but it's worth it and they actually turn covers fairly quickly. Our food started coming out very quickly! The sushi is so fresh and the price is reasonable. I love the 4 piece option for $8.00 instead of 6 for $18.00 like most places. We could order more variety in rolls this way with 2 people. The New Style Sashimi options are incredible. The ExGirlfriend was a great No Rice roll. The menu is structured very well to give you no rice or fried roll options. The Spicy tuna is the best I've had! The hand roll was really nice with the toasted sesame! The toasted flavor really enhanced the roll. Service was INCREDIBLE! Attentive and friendly! The ambiance is lively and fun! Highly recommend this spot!!!!

I went here over the weekend with my boyfriend, and the food was so good and very affordable for how much was ordered. The gyoza was super crunchy. I honestly forgot which rolls we ordered, but everything was fresh with no complaints. Our waitress/server was great. She checked in multiple times throughout the dinner. The restaurant itself was nice as well. Very clean and good environment to be in and have a date night.

Well I give one because service, but food is excellent I've been here 5-6 times love it, but today Sunday September 13 th 5:22 pm they paid no attention to me, last time I was here I was with my son and his girl, plenty of good attentiveness, but on this day by myself completely ignored , not going to stop me from coming here, the value and quality are superb

The food and service were both really good! My only complaint is the wait. I really wish they accepted reservations because the wait can be a bit much, especially when it's busy. Other than that, we had a great experience and would definitely come back!

Been here several times with my wife most recently. If you swing by during off peak hours (after 1pm weekdays) there's basically no wait. Each time we've visited there seems to be new staff whom are always very attentive and supportive! The food comes out incredibly fast and the relaxing/calm vibes easily help retain new customers. The no rice sushi rolls are great, along with takoyaki loaded with squid, and the yellowtail sashimi is a must try. Hard to go wrong with any of the dishes!

Takeout Order Review - I was PMS craving sushi and decided to order from Eat's! Ordering online is super easy and convenient. When I picked up my food, I was greeted and welcomed in. They were so nice and communicative about the order status. I had a few minutes until my order was ready, so I took a looksie around. The inside and outside are both clean and decorated beautifully. They have cute cherry blossom trees and a nice welcoming vibe inside. Everyone working was so nice and helpful! The sushi itself was so yummy! I ordered 3 rolls that came out to about $24. It was a great price and the sushi itself was tasty. The to-go bags, utensils, and supplies were good quality and durable. EATS has it all, great food, great atmosphere, great service. I'll definitely be back!

This is a cute sushi spot. The wait wasn't too bad, once we were sat we had a best service. We ordered California, spicy California and baked salmon rolls and they were all really tasty. There are plenty of options to choose from and the portions are good. I will definitely go back.

I love EAT'S SUSHI!!! The food is always amazing and the prices are unbeatable in this economy. Service was standard and quick!! My boyfriend and I got on the waitlist around 6:45 and we were seated 30 mins after. Food came out so fast so we finished in an hour. They have a variety of appetizers, half rolls, carpaccios, everything is so good. I love the udon soup here, I always get it everytime I come instead of the miso

We ordered the Soft Shell Crab and Salmon Blue Crab and these were delicious! I absolutely loved how lightly battered the soft shell crab was and it was quite meaty. The dipping sauce made it even more delicious. The Salmon Blue Crab is a fan fav. The salmon was so smooth and fatty and the blue crab was flavorful. I could have eaten the whole dish all by myself. Takumi Sushi has a new style sashimi category that has 5 slices of sashimi. We ordered the Madai (Japanese Snapper) that is served with white truffle oil, lemon, yuzu and black truffle salt. Very unique and the truffle flavor did not overpower the snapper. We also ordered the Bluefin Tuna, Fatty Tuna, Scallop, Sea Urchin and Eel Sushi. All were pretty fresh, but the Fatty Tuna and the Scallop were the best. For the rolls, we ordered the Mountain Hand Roll (no rice roll) and the Baby Lobster (Crawfish) Roll (baked roll). I love that the Mountain Hand Roll uses a light wrapper and all you taste is fish. This has tuna, salmon, yellowtail, shrimp tempura and spicy crab. Definitely another fav from the menu. All the fish was super fresh. The Baby Lobster Roll is a crab, avocado and cucumber roll and then topped with baked crawfish.Very flavorful and saucy. We were given great customer service throughout the meal, and everyone came to check in on us multiple times throughout our meal. The servers and the manager were all very friendly. They also gave us some recommendations. The restaurant reminds me of Japan because of the Osaka-inspired decor. Traditional Japanese accents and warm wooden tones. I like how intimate the dining area was set up with booths and the tables further away from each other. There is also a bar area where you can sit and interact with the chefs while they work. A really great spot for dates, quick lunch break or dinner catch ups.

Soft music played in the background, and the traditional Japanese decor gave the restaurant a warm, relaxing feel. Our server was friendly and respectful, and the food came out quickly and hot. The curry was flavorful and comforting without being spicy, making it an easy choice if you prefer a milder Japanese curry. The Cheese Pork Katsu was also excellent. The melted cheese added a creamy richness that complemented the crispy pork well. Both meals also came with miso soup, which had a clean flavor, and a side of shredded lettuce with dressing that helped lighten up the richness of the fried dishes. We had actually expected just the usual soup ramen place, but later discovered that, although a view varieties of ramen noodles are offered on their menu, their specialty was in fact the dried version of a bowl of soup ramen noodles, or what our server referred to as a bowl of "reverse" ramen noodles, better known as Mazemen noodles.... sounded really yummy so far as I have always preferred dry noodles to soup ones. So, my wife went ahead and ordered a bowl of spicy California Tonkotsu ramen noodles, and I went with the Saitama Chicken Mazemen noodles..... and some handmade spicy wonton and fried Karaage Chicken on the side. Our food came out pretty fast, super hot, super fresh, and super delicious! I tried some of my wife's soup ramen, and yes, had great flavor... not too salty, and perfectly medium firm ramen noodles. As for my Mazemen noodles....woweee!.... this was my first time trying Mazemen noodles, with a large board on the wall with instructions on how Wadaya's Mazemen noodles should be eaten. When the instructions were followed, I dug straight in and...mmmmm good! The combination of ingredients in the bowl.... peppered ground chicken, scallions, chives, poached egg, minced garlic, fish umami, and seaweed flakes.... when all tossed together just made for an amazingly delicious bowl of noodles! I really loved and enjoyed it so very much! The Chicken karaage and spicy wontons were very delicious too and went great with our noodles. Other than that, very cute and cozy ambiance... like a little Japanese ramen place, service was excellent.. our server was so nice, so friendly, so attentive, and so helpful.... this made for just the perfect lunch! This place may not be as high profiled as other more popular and well known brands of ramen places, but it's definitely one of the best we've ever tried, and we'll definitely be back soon.

To my surprise, it was a good experience that we had. The shop was small, but the staff has a workflow nailed down. The parking was not too terrible on a weekday evening -- I was worried about the warnings, so we parked on the street. When walking to the hotel, I saw that there were many open spaces in the parking lot! We had the chicken cartillage and the calamari for appetizers. The cartillage was good, but portion was quite small. Some additional seasoning/salt would have also made it much better! The calamari was definitely VERY different from other places, but I liked the batter texture. What I loved about the ramen here is that they let you customize from the noodle size, texture, spice level, and the salt level! I always prefer the thicker noodle type, so I found it comforting to be able to request it at no extra charge. Beware there is extra charge for Spice level 4 & 5! I had the Garlic Tonkotsu ramen, which was flavorful and not too salty/creamy. My fiance had the Tan Tan ramen at level 5 spice, which he thought it was not spicy (it was for me!) and not as flavorful as what I ordered. Overall, I would definitely revisit this shop next time I'm in Oahu!
