Bought the Lexus Gs200t here and it totally burned after 2 months with only 300 miles on it. There are a lot of issues with this Dealer: 1. When I came to do the test drive, the car has a light on which need to go to Lexus to do the reset, was told that it should be done when I come to pick it up on the next day but it didn't. So I had to go to Lexus by myself. 2. Pickup the car around 5:30 PM in a hurry, so I didn't look close enough to realize one of the wheels was damaged and was touch up(the sale man didn't say anything about this issue) Looks like it was in an accident on the front right passenger side. I didn't check the car when I pick it up, It's my fault. 3. I bought a lot of cars in my life but never drive one home with a half gas tank like this. The car wash was bad too. 4. I bought the car on 11/01/2019, got the email from the Manager which said I qualify for the $100 gift card. Email him back but never get the response. 5. The car was parked in my garage most of the time, drove less than 300 miles and it totally burned by itself for no reason on 12/31/19 night. read more

In June 2019 I bought a Mercedes SLC300 from Ecarone; at the purchase they gave me a clean CarFax on the car. But, 2 weeks later I realized the car had front end damage because it had been wrecked before I bought it, so I contacted the manager. The manager said he would repair the and took the car in to complete the repairs. But 2 weeks later when I got the car back, it had punctures and scratches in the driver's leather seat and the original damaged had NOT been repaired. While they had my car to repair it, they gave me a loaner car, then, 6 months later I got a bill for Toll charges and late fees from the loaner car that, I wasn't told about and would have paid, had I been alerted about the charges. When I called about the charges, I got no call back or response of any kind. Then the car was totaled (not my fault) in August 2020. Over my 14 months of ownership, the repairs of all of the damages caused by Ecarone cost me an additional $2000 out of pocket, over and above the payment and usual costs of ownership. Now, when I bought the car I also bought a 4 year tire warranty. After the car was totaled in August, I cancelled the warranty and was informed that I am due a refund on the unused portion of that warranty. But after 4 months, I have yet to receive my refund. The warranty company says the refund must come from Ecarone but even after waiting 2 months for processing and making 4 calls to Ecarone to ask for assistance, I have yet to receive a call back or a refund check for the remaining years of my tire warranty. I highly recommend that any buyer avoid this company and NOT do business with them. In my opinion, they are a fraudulent business. read more

Christian was very pleasant to deal with. Super nice, helpful and always responsive. The Black eye is being forced to pay for their dealer add ons. Apparently they rip every customer off with a $1000 wax job called perma plate. Its a wax and interior protectant with a warranty and pure profit for the dealership. Its a complete consumer rip off. They also would not take off the ZAZ gps garbage that they add on for $1000. You will even sign paperwork from ZAZ gps stating that its optional and the sale cannot be conditioned upon the purchase of the product. However that is not the case with this dealer. I explicitly told them I didn't want any of it multiple times telling them I would buy the vehicle if they took it off. This went on for a few weeks. Sam the general manager was a real snake in the grass. I could smell the BS all the way from Austin. They would not sell me the vehicle without it. I wanted the vehicle, its was a specific vehicle with features I wanted. If I could have found it somewhere else I would have run from this dealer. That being said the paperwork process was pretty painless and the echo park delivery center was nice. The trade in and pick up process at the center was a good experience. I got a wonderful car, its in great shape and exactly what I was looking for. I'm happy with the vehicle. They do have an amazing selection of vehicles. They discounted the dealer add ons by $600 so it was less of a rip off, and over the coarse of trying to work this deal they dropped the price of the vehicle a couple times so I got closer to what I was looking to pay even with the rip off add ons. Bottom line, E car one has a very cooked business practice, ad $2000 to whatever price you see advertised. This would be a great experience if the add ons were optional for those who might want them. read more

This company claims to be a "no-haggle" sales experience like CarMax, but it's just an excuse to give unfair prices. For example, they dropped the pricing on a vehicle twice because they set it so high initially. If their "pricing experts" are actually finding fair pricing, then why would they need to drop the price over $6,000 after it's been listed? This just shows how shady they are with their margins. CarMax can do this model since they do massive volume, and they set their prices fairly at the beginning, and don't constantly change them. When you change your prices like that, you lose all credibility as a "no-haggle" shop. Secondly, they claim and priced a car as if it had a bumper-to-bumper warranty when it expires in 7 days. That's a worthless warranty, and and trying to trick buyers into paying extra for it is another shady business practice. Don't be fooled into believing that you're actually going to get a fair price on a car from E-CarOne. Look around and you'll see better deals elsewhere. read more

Had the car shipped to me and it was exactly as described on their website and by Tricia. I could not be happier. Definitely do your homework and although I did not you should have the car inspected, they even recommend that to you. Lastly the prices are much better that from a BMW dealership. The only reason I gave a 4 star is because the exerience is something you may have to get used to. The good is that there is pretty much 0 sales pressure and that is actually really nice. The 'bad', if you can call it that, is there is pretty much no 'sales'. So you need to go in more or less knowing what you want, what features mean what to you, what options are all about, etc. Dont expect someone providing you info on 'add-on' products or services such as paint protection, ding removal, etc. Simple, no-haggle price. Do your homework before you go so you truly understand the price point. I found the cars, very fairly priced. Bad taste So careful with the people here. We had bought a car from ecar one Couple of Years ago. Got everything needed to cover repairs warranty for engine and rim and tires also got gap. Unfortunately the car was wrecked. Gap had covered everything except the engine warranty. Told that was paid out in full to the dealership. We had an incident prior to the wreck and we noticed that the warranty had not been entered correctly. We were given paper information with dates and hand written notes of what warranty we were getting with the contract. The information we were give was as follows: 100,000 miles for $3495.00. But when we had to have a repair done we noticed it and made contact. We told it would be fixed and wasn't. Now what we got was a 60,000 mile warranty for $349500 minus the 45,000 miles the car had already had. Making the total coverage to 15,000 miles for $3495.00. We went to the dealership and spoke to Sam explain the situation where he had Salass Wilborn come out to join us while explaining this to Mr.Wilborn Sam stated "He entered the wrong warranty " nothing was done we went back and now ecar one is Maserati Momentum. We went through this with them again and now told it's on the contract. Showed them the information with the dealers name date notes . Still nothing now we got a lawyer about to take them to court cause they are acting Crooked. Just FYI careful with what you do with them, cause now to me they are Crooked !! read more

I received no response back, by the way. ------------------ I would like to write you about my car-shopping experience at eCareOne. It was my first time purchasing a car (and I wanted to buy myself a car for my birthday present). I decided to go to Cars.com. There, I found the 2007 Honda CR-V for $20,950 which directed me to e-CarOne's website. I read reviews, checked out the vehicle history report, and was satisfied. 2/17/10--I contacted e-CarOne and spoke to a Derek A. I told him I wanted to come in for a test drive. He told me how e-CarOne wasn't really a car dealership, how it's more of a warehouse, etc. etc. Okay. When I arrived, the first thing Derek said to me was that they don't negotiate prices there--fine. He then talked about they handled bulk sales and not too concerned about making a profit off one sale, that he rarely gets local customers like myself. Fine with that too--better deals for me. He handed me the key without saying much about the car nor did he ask for my driver's license. Once I test drove the car, he did not ask how my drive was, or whether or not I had questions, or if I was interested in purchasing the car. When I asked about the navigation system and the reverse cam, Derek admitted to me he knows nothing about the CRV and can't really answer me about the car and its features. At first I thought to myself, "Why sell a car if you don't know anything about it?" Fine, I know enough about the car myself or I'll do my own research. I will let that slide. I later talked to Ozzie, the finance manager there. He went over financing. It was past 5 pm by this time so I was told to they will call me back tomorrow morning once they submit my credit application for financing. I will get an answer by 10 am. 2/18/10--10 am no call. 11:30 am still no call so I decided to follow-up. Derek told me they barely sent everything to the bank and I should call back later. It was close to 2 pm and I heard nothing so I decided to call again. Derek was at lunch so he told me to call Ozzie. I called Ozzie and he said he will check and call me back. Eventually, by 3-4 pm, I decided to call once again. Ozzie told me the bank will finance me if I put down $4,000 down. That will put me at 4.89% financing. My other option was to get a co-signer with no down payment. I looked at the listing again and the price went down $1,000----so it was $19,950. I mentioned this to Ozzie (which he and Derek had no idea) and he told me my down payment will only have to be $3,000. I hesitated since it was $1000 more than I had wanted to put down. I eventually said okay. I was told to fax my paycheck stub. I did. No follow-up--so I had to call to make sure they received it. They did. He said he will let the bank know---and since it was late in the day he won't know till the next day. He said he'll call me back tomorrow at 10 am---better yet, I should call him back at 10:30 am. At this point I felt like I was the "pushy car salesman"--- I had to chase THEM down to get this car sold. 2/19/10---11 am--I called Ozzie. He did not hear anything from the bank and told me to him call back (once more). Finally, after several phone calls from me to Derek or from me to Ozzie, I found out I had to add another $1000 to my down payment. Either that or get a co-signer and I would not have to worry about a down payment. What does putting more money down have to do with relieving me from having to get a co-signer? I spoke to a several different sales staff at other dealerships and they did not understand that concept either. I refused and therefore decided not to get the car. Even then, they didn't care. It was a simple, "Okay!" There was no effort made to work anything out with me to ensure I get this car. They strung me around for 3 days just to tell me I can't get the car unless I put double what I had originally told them I would as a down payment. From the beginning, the two men didn't sound like they cared if they sold the car or not. I constantly had to follow-up with them several times a day just to get any answer out of them. I am saddened to see the e-CarOne guys discriminate potential buyers in such a douchey manner--just because they are "not concerned with making profit off 1 sale." Sure, they sell luxury cars ...so if you receive something like the CRV wouldn't you want it off the lot? I am disappointed with my experience (it was 3 days of car-shopping nightmare) at e-CarOne and I hope no one has to go through what I did---first-time car buy or not...bulk sales or not. read more

I had very bad experience with ecarone. Im extremely disappointed in how they manipulate people. I've purchased 2013 Lexus GS 350 online and discovered by chance that the car has a damage on its rear frame through Lexus dealer where the car has been serviced. I discovered the major problem while the car is still with them, waiting for the shipping. I've contacted them to tell them what's on the car and they pretended nothing wrong with car although they knew. They returned my money and lost some hundreds of $ for shipping. Note I've all documentation that prove the car has a problem with rear subframe. Not recommended at all. read more

I found this place from a posting on autotrader.com. I went to test drive a 328i, which was okay, but when I wanted to test drive a handful more that day, the entire team made it a breeze. Their showroom is packed full of awesome cars, and even though I (unfortunately) picked one in the corner, the guys moved the other cars out of the way ASAP. Everyone is really polite and speedy. I eventually purchased a used car from Rocky, who is amazing! He's super nice, honest (at least from what I know), and just on top of things. Ryan (financing) was also great and easy to work with. I had tons of financing questions throughout the day and he fielded all my calls with no problem. I really appreciated that considering this is only my 2nd car and was very nervous about everything! Great warranty packages ($2000 for 4 years/50,000 mi on my 07 Lexus? Yes please!). I noticed they didn't change my tires/oil, so I ended up having to do those myself about 2 months later. But the fact that my car wasn't sold from a Lexus dealer nor "Certified", I ended up getting a great deal that more than covered any pressing maintenance issues. Some might complain about not being able to find sellers on the showroom floor, but that's because they're all being awesome and busy with other customers! There's signs telling you to check in at the front desk to make sure a seller can help you asap, and Savannah at the front desk was very friendly. Two months ago we bought a one-owner X5 from Chris with zero hassle, waiting around or drama. Three things to consider: If they don't have exactly what you are looking for - tell Chris what you want and they will find it. Chris found us a MB CLS550 with the equipment and mileage we wanted. They turn more MB units than any MB dealer in DFW. If you see something you like - someone else probably likes it too and it won't be there very long. They turn inventory fast. Put down a deposit and hold the vehicle; you're out of pocket is minimal if you change your mind about purchasing the vehicle. They do a great job preparing the vehicles for sale but I still like to have my mechanic or dealership look at a car before I purchase a high-end car. Chris will have the car sent to your mechanic for inspection while it's on hold with your deposit. Something simple like a brake-job on a european car will run thousands - better to know now what is coming $$ before you buy. read more
