    Double smash burger
    Stefan R.

We had Rez here today, for son in law birthday as well as early Father's Day brunch. Waited less than 5 minutes to be seated, the restaurant was pretty full. Alexandra was our server. Runner came to bring water to the table, we asked for one water at room temp, which was ignored. Order for drinks and appetizers put in, drinks came in before app. We ordered the charcuterie board for an app. I swear they are getting smaller and smaller , not that we wanted to make a meal out of it, yeah, tasted good, nice ingredients but I just think it would have been better for just two people rather than four . Drinks were tasty , I had a Negroni which was well made, For mains.... Daughter had steak and eggs (no bread and no potatoes. ) she asked about bread and potatoes was told they had no toast, so she had to order a side of biscuits. She also had to order a side of fries. But the steak was served with three eggs. My usual dining partner and I ordered the "moco loco " their take on the Hawaiian loco moco I guess. It was ok.... Decent portion, the ginger garlic rice was a little bland to me. The menu indicated one egg on top. I asked the server for a side (two eggs) and she said it came with two eggs. So I cancelled the side order. Of course when the dish came, it only had one egg. Brought to attention of our sever and she got me a side order of two eggs (without charge, she said the menu had changed). Son in law had the lobster Benedict which came with potatoes. He said the dish was ok. (As an aside, I always wonder if places use made from scratch hollandaise sauce now a days, but I forgot to ask) All in all, I think it was a pretty decent meal, world class? Nope, definitely some better out there. For example, I would have added a starch or at least toast to the steak and eggs.... Maybe beefed up the charcuterie board a bit and maybe a bit more garlic and less gravy to the moco loco.. Worth the trip? Certainly, I know we'll be back in two weeks for happy hour and $1.00 oysters on the 24th. Looking forward to that.

Everything tasted delicious, the restaurant felt option with high ceilings and the service was great. The bacon wrapped dates dipped in the red pepper sauce were cooked well. The quinoa salad was a huge portion with a good mix of fresh ingredients. Both the lobster roll and prime rib French dip tasty and a good size portion that worked well to share too. The asparagus was cooked perfectly and sitting over a creamy and fresh purée. It was also a good spot to watch a game with TVs all over the restaurant showing the World Cup. The bar section also had some nice touches like shuffleboard and fooseball to hangout while you eat.

After enjoying our dinner the other night we had to return for Sunday Brunch. The restaurant was packed and mimosas were flowing! Definitely had the perfect brunch vibes for a girls day out. Service was attentive & food came out fast. For appetizer we tried the sticky bun without the cream cheese frosting. Super Yumm! Doughy & sticky just like it should be! Entrées: Breakfast burrito & wax potatoes( perfectly fried with onions & bacon) Almond french toast & eggs : French toast was doughy on the inside and a light crisp on the outside. Not overly sweet but was good. Eggs were cooked perfectly as I ordered. Next time we come I have my eye on trying the eggs Benedict or steak & eggs!

Good food and great value during Wednesday happy hour when in addition to their Mon - Thu happy hour menu, raw oysters are $1 each. Oysters were fresh and better than the ones from the oyster bar at red rock in my opinion. The apple and quinoa salad is quite sizeable and yummy. the sweet potato side was good but a bit overpowering with the honey. The double smashed burger is fine, didn't stand out though. We didn't order the pizza but I looked good at the neighboring table. we're also curious to try the other items on the menu. Service was attentive and courteous. Love the feel of the restaurant and space! You don't need a reservation but it's nice to have one so you're prioritized.

Meatballs - best part of the meal.

Dined on a Saturday night with the wife; 7:15 reservations. But for a few relatively minor service and food hiccups we had a very good meal and would certainly come back to try other menu items. We arrived just before our reservation time and were seated at a comfy table a few minutes later. We had eaten a couple of times at the prior iteration of Hearthstone before they closed and then reopened and were happy to see they've returned. It's a very lively environment and we found the music to be a touch loud but nothing off putting. We were still able to have a conversation at a normal level. The space is decorated nicely with multiple TVs around in case there's a game on. Our server Elena was very welcoming and friendly. She did disappear for quite awhile in the middle of our meal (I probably would've ordered another glass of wine had she checked in on us) but again she was pleasant and accommodating. One very nice touch was that after my wife ordered a diet soda Elena brought out a whole carafe along with her filled glass so she wouldn't have to ask for refills. As noted I ordered a glass of the house Cabernet as it was listed on the drink menu as "Straight from the Barrel" which I'd never seen before. The problem was that when the glass arrived it was ice-cold - I mean like they had taken it out of a very cold fridge. Not ideal for a full-bodied wine like Cabernet. We found all of the food we ordered to be very good. We started with raw oysters, a Cobb salad and the meatballs. The real standout was the meatballs - they're so delicate and barely held together so you know there's not a lot of filler in there - just delicious savory meaty flavor. I definitely recommend those and in fact next time we will request two orders. Again a small issue here in that they didn't provide any kind of serving tool for the meatballs so we had to ask for a spoon. We also had to ask for clean plates in-between courses. For entrees we shared the roasted chicken and the prime rib. The chicken is a half-bird in a lovely demi-glace accompanied by roasted carrots. The prime rib was also delicious and I especially loved the creamy horseradish as a perfect accompaniment. For sides we ordered the fried mac and cheese and the asparagus and both were excellent. They serve a cheese sauce with the mac and cheese sticks which I originally thought was kinda weird but actually worked! The asparagus is in an unctuous green goddess dressing. I would certainly recommend both. We were stuffed after dinner but we did want to sample some of the dessert menu so we ordered the chocolate cake and the fruit pies to go. I'm a fruit pie fanatic so I was super excited to see they had apple and cherry hand pies. They're clearly house made and the flaky dough is delicious. Unfortunately it appears they didn't have the fryer temp set high enough as they were soo greasy that it was nearly too much to enjoy. Luckily I was able to salvage them in my air fryer at home and cook off some of that excess oil. The chocolate cake was a nice version - nothing mind blowing but certainly enjoyable. Dinner for two came to $214 before tax and tip. That included a 9oz pour of wine and a soft drink. Portions are quite large and we had plenty of leftovers to enjoy later. Overall I would rate our experience as a solid 4.5 stars.

Le table - Cobb salad (front), Prime Rib, Prime Rib French Dip

SO HAPPY THEY'RE BACK! We were served by the amazing Alexandra who made my boyfriend's birthday dinner feel so special. We were too full for an actual dessert but she brought out a little sundae with sprinkles & hot fudge and a candle so I was big happy for that. Not only that though, the prime rib is a MUST if you're looking for the juiciest, most tender slab of meat you'll ever have in your life. Came with horseradish aoili - they couldn't make me basic aioli but that's okay. I'll take the tiny kick over regular mayo haha. Cobb salad with shrimp instead of chicken - also delicious. Their avocado is very fresh and they didn't drown in ranch or put too little. Perfect amount. I'm very anti-blue cheese so they held all of it back for me. Boyfriend got the French dip and inhaled that too while helping me with the prime rib. 12/10... will definitely be back for $1 oysters on Wednesdays and requesting Alexandra if she's there. She's such a delight! Their service overall was prompt and attentive, zero delay or quality deficit as per usual with Hearthstone. Welcome back, my favourite Red Rock spot!

    Lollipop wings $17
    Stefany V.

It is absolutely wild that Hearthstone is back. I was bummed to see Leoncito closed because I genuinely enjoyed their food and flaming pineapple dish. But Hearthstone was also a locals favorite, went in recently for brunch with friends. We shared the seasonal burrata salad, their legendary lollipop wings (good portion size), the truffle pasta (sauce broke), and an eggs benedict. Food was solid, service was slow. At one point our table was moved to make room for a large party. Patio seating is fantastic, will have to sit there next time or come back for HH - oysters are $1 on Wednesdays. If you come with a group, consider ordering their famous fried chicken.

    Brunch and bottomless mimosas
    Nadia Q.

I had such a great experience at Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar and I'm so happy to see them back at Red Rock Casino! The Crepes & Clicquot brunch was absolutely worth it. The $35 bottomless Veuve Clicquot mimosas were a fantastic value and even included a complimentary crepe, which was a fun touch. Everything we ordered was excellent. The oysters were incredibly fresh, the bagel and lox tower was generous and filling enough to share, and the lobster Benedict was rich and delicious. The standout for me, though, was the truffle penne pasta--it was easily one of the best pasta dishes I've had in Las Vegas. The food, atmosphere, and service made for the perfect brunch experience. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great brunch spot off the Strip.

Brick was a 30 minute wait so decided to sit at the bar... was the best decision we have ever made! Oscar, the bartender, was amazing. We got the bottomless mimosas and bottomless Apperaol spritz...the hummus is a must, and loved the avocado toast! Highly recommend

    Happy hour Pepperoni
    Tim S.

Happy Hour Monday thru Thursday 4-6pm. Had the pizza, oysters and meatballs of the happy hour menu. Pepperoni pizza was one off the better pizzas I've had and had a very chewy, thin crust. Restaurant is beautiful inside but very busy during happy hour which made service backed up. Would definitely go back to try other items on the menu.

Hearthstone is a fun date night or brunch spot. I really enjoyed the eggplant parm and oysters. They have a nice wine selection too! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about their menu.

For my entreé, I got the beef and broccoli, substituting string beans for the broccoli. I was expecting lots of rice with a scoop of beef and veggies. Nope. Not even a little; pun intended. There was a decent portion of rice in the bottom of the bowl, but there was tons of savory beef with vegetables on top! When I ordered, Mary Beth asked exactly how I wanted my steak cooked. I explained that I like it somewhere between medium-rare and medium, as long as it's still pink inside. When my steak arrived, Mary Beth took one look at it and thought it might be a little overcooked. Before serving it, she asked me to cut into it and make sure it was right. While it was still somewhat pink, it was a little drier than I prefer. I was prepared to eat it anyway, but she immediately insisted on having it remade. The second steak was perfect and absolutely worth the wait. It was tender, flavorful, and cooked exactly the way I wanted it. Honestly, it was a 20 out of 10! The loaded potatoes were also really good. The portion size was overall just right! We were curious about the bananas foster pie, but we decided to try that next time.
