I stopped in after getting my hair done next door. First off this place is adorable! Intimate, like it would be good for a date night! There is also an upstairs area! The service was next level! Everyone I encountered was perfect and more than willing to take the time to explain everything on the menu. I ordered to go, and it was pretty quick; I maybe waited 15 minutes. On Tuesday they do buy two get one free for tapas so I took advantage! The chicken mango empanadas were fantastic! But everything on the menu looked good! Bacon wrapped dates were a win! Brussel sprouts were good, but a little too sweet for me and the bruschetta like thing was tasty! I would strongly recommend and will return!

Came here for a 21st birthday brunch bash with friends and family. Ana our server was gracious, warming and provided all the insights. The sangria for 5 was delicious and refreshing. Every empanada so savory or sweet, depending on what you got. The Classic is always a go-to. The location itself was hip, music pumping great vibes, lots of movement of people coming and going. Enjoyed this place!!

Loaded Empanadas was a really nice surprise and an easy recommendation in Vegas. The standout was the Passion Chicken empanada--a great balance of sweet, savory, and tangy that totally works with the side sauces, and feels bold without being gimmicky. Definitely not what you expect, in the best way. The ambiance and decor add to the experience, paired with music that makes you curious rather than fading into the background. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, happy to walk you through the menu. Not a life-changing empanada, but a solid find for something quick, flavorful, and a little unexpected. I'd happily come back to try more.

Attend their Master Empanada cooking class and had a great time! Food, drinks and learning to make empanada all for $45, can't beat this deal. Class started at 6pm in the upstairs area of the restaurant. The owner and the head chef lead the class on how to make empanadas. They demonstrated how the dough is made, how to stuff the empanadas and then we got to take turns making empanadas to take home and cook. We also learned how to make their delicious bacon wrapped dates! While the cooking lesson is being taught you get an order of empanadas, dates wrapped in bacon, some drinks and desserts at the end of class. I had a great time and highly recommend this for a night out or a fun date night.

We've dined here 3 times with friends and the service is incredible! The food is always wonderful. We've met the owner each time we've been there. She not only works hard but has impeccable customer service. We weren't going to get dessert the last time we visited and she brought us one of everything, on the house.

I heard this place was good, but we have so many restaurants in Las Vegas it's hard to get to all of them. I bought a Groupon to remind me to go check them out. Oh boy, this one did not disappoint! From the moment you walk in the ambiance, the decor & the music sets the tone. The staff is so friendly & welcoming. We didn't try any alcoholic beverages this time, I wanted to save room for the food. But the drinks looked lovely. They have sangria & also by the pitcher. We started with Dates wrapped in bacon, & Popcorn Calamari with honey Sriracha sauce! Then we shared the Garlic Steak Entree with loaded rice & the Classic Empanada we chose it fried & came with a Chile Lime Chimichurri. We finished with flan & churros. It was way too much food but EVERYTHING was so good, we wanted to try this & that. If you are looking for a great dinning experience with everything made in house, come on down for a great & tasty experience. Leave room for dessert! The flan was so light & delicate. The churros had 5 good size, fresh & warm with Carmel & chocolate sauce. We MUST go back! Their happy hour is now only from 7p- close. They also have a special on Tuesday buy 2 empanadas & get 1 free. They also have brunch on Sat & Sun. Only got the dessert pictures. But the presentation of all the courses is fun!

One word: WOW. The food here was amazing! The service was great and the ambiance was cute. What we ordered as a family of 4: magic mushroom, veggie bomb, tropical sea, shrimp al ajillo, shishito peppers, crème brûlée empanada, churros and an order of chicken bites with fries. They said everything was made in house - even the chicken bites and fries (never from frozen). We were so surprised on the taste. The food was fresh, delicious and even my kids loved it. They are the biggest food critics. Our server gave us recommendations and always checked on us. They even gave our kids a cool ball game to play after we ate our food while we were ready to leave and pay the tab. I highly recommend supporting this restaurant. You won't regret it. Prices are above average when you think of empanadas, but they are in Summerlin and you pay for the experience. We ate everything. No food left for leftovers. We will be back!!!

I love this place and its varied settings. It has outdoor seating that's beautiful and romantic. Indoor seating that's classic yet practical. And they have upstairs seating for events. That's exactly what I had at their upstairs dining area. I had a wonderful HR event with a speaker. The owners of this amazing venue gave us full access to it that included microphones, surround sound, and even a screen to play any videos. The food is delicious and varied and not just empanadas. They also have amazing drinks. This is a great place for intimate setting, business meeting, or just meeting friends for an enjoyable happy hour.

Food: 10/10 Service: 10/10 Ambiance: 9/10 The empanadas are absolutely divine! The spread alone is worth every penny. It's so soft and flavorful. The passion chicken was my fave. They are also freshly cooked, so they arrive HOTTT! Be patient before eating them. Service was fantastic. Everyone was very attentive, kind and personable. This place excels at presentation and design the interior design is very unique and fills very authentic to the cultures that they're representing and I am a sucker for a kitchen gimmick so I loved the flame sticks that came out with each order. I will return when I visit Vegas again!

We've been loyal diners at Via Brasil since almost the beginning and love the food, service, and hospitality so when Anna and Adam opened Loaded Empanadas, I knew we had to try it. Well they did it again! The food is very high quality. The service and hospitality are fantastic. Make sure that you have dessert too. We recommend Via Brasil to everyone we know that lives here or visits Vegas and now I'm adding Loaded Empanadas to the must go to places in Las Vegas!

Probably one of the best meals I've had in a long time. We walked by just to see what this place was and I was so impressed. Service was incredible and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Everything on the menu sounded incredible... we ended up trying the mushroom one and the tropical fruit one with shrimp. Both were outstanding with fresh, homemade dipping sauces!! Not to mention the adorable decor and setting with great music. Also... $5.50 sangrias on sundays?! It's like they were paying me to drink it. I can't wait to go back and try everything!!!

We absolutely loved our experience at Loaded Empanadas! We were walking by and were promptly greeted by our server who came out to say hi to us and invite us in. How could we say no? We were seated immediately and given the run down of the menu. The inside is really cool, with a photo booth downstairs and entire bar area upstairs. Our server was super nice and attentive the entire time. She also made all of our drinks! They were amazing. I got a lychee mocktail and it was really cool, it came with lychees garnished with edible glitter and it was also super refreshing. We got a whole bunch of empanadas to try, but my favorite was the Cubana. It was basically like a sandwich in empanada form, but it was delicious. I also really loved the Philly. Both had such great flavor and paired nicely with the sauces that were brought out. The presentation of everything was awesome. The empanadas came out on a platter with a giant sparkler on top. It was pretty entertaining. All in all service was 10/10 and so was the food, so I'm definitley looking forward to our next visit.

I was planning on just having the Tapioca Cheesy Dice which would have been fine because they were Yummy with a capital Y!!! They are gluten free fried cheese cubes. I couldn't believe I was also able to order an empanada. The Philly has Beef Short Rib, Peppers, Shallots, Mushroom and Cheese. It's served with a Spicy Tomatillo Sauce. All empanadas can be made gluten free for an additional charge. The dough was amazing. It's hard to believe that it was gf. The filling was so delicious, creamy and cheesy with tender beef. The Garlic Steak has chimichurri marinated tri tip in a garlic sauce with caramelized onion. This one is another winner. One dessert that I really miss is Chocolate Mousse. It's a dessert that's outdated. It was very popular in past decades but you don't see it much anymore. Even when it is on the menu it isn't really mousse. It's too heavy. Not at Loaded Empanadas!! Their Chocolate Mousse is the real deal. Light and fluffy and topped with whipped cream. It was so good I would go back just for dessert. I can't recommend this restaurant enough. I am definitely putting this one in my regular rotation. I can't wait to get through the rest of the menu. Thank you for a fabulous meal.

It's the kind of lineup that genuinely makes you curious to try everything. However, while the potential for a 5-star experience is clearly there, the execution still feels like it's chasing that final "je ne sais quoi." The Highlights: Gambas al Ajillo: Absolutely fantastic. The prawns were expertly cooked, and the brown butter confit garlic provided a rich, perfect complement. Wagyu Burger: Once the kitchen nailed the temperature, this was top-notch. It's a standout dish when executed correctly. The Misses: Consistency: On the first visit, seasoning felt sparse across the board and the empanadas cried out for more sauce options. This time, the pendulum swung the other way with a slightly overcooked and oversalted scallop. Technical Execution: We had to send the burger back; it arrived medium-well despite a medium-rare request. The "Fries": The menu lists truffle fries, but what arrived were essentially homemade chips. While tasty, they don't quite hit the mark if you're expecting a true fry texture. The restaurant is clean, the vibe is right, and the menu is creative enough to keep me coming back. They are so close to being a premier Summerlin destination. Once they tighten up the kitchen consistency and fine-tune those minor execution errors, they'll more than likely hit that 5-star mark.

I love and hate writing reviews like this because the experience was so amazing that I have to share this gem, but I also don't want it to get crazy crowded. But here goes :) The service is amazing. Our server walked us through how everything worked and we asked him to guide us through the menu and gave him the green light to bring it in the order that was best. He and the food did not disappoint. Each piece was thoughtfully placed, assembled and presented. The blend of Japan and the Bask region didn't sound interesting at first, but my taste buds told me different. My favorites were the tartare, the iberco pork and the shrimp. TBH they were all good and I would take any of them right now. My wife loved all of those AND the fries. She's a fry connoisseur. We each had a sangria which paired nicely with the meal and the dessert was a perfect finish. We spent the last 5-10 minutes chatting with the chef and complimenting him on the concept and the flavor profiles. No doubt if this place was on the strip, it would be PACKED every night. We will definitely be back. Quick piece of advice. Make reservations ahead of time, not because it's over packed, but because they are very thoughtful about why you are there. We were celebrating our anniversary and they made it extra special because of it. We also asked about gluten free options for a friend of ours who we want to bring and they said it'd be NO PROBLEM, just make a reservation so they can prepare accordingly.

It has a warm ambient glow that makes the whole place feel intimate, but noise levels can be a bit high due to the close proximity of the tables and lack of noise buffer. Their drink menu is also creative, with unique cocktails and seasonal specials worth exploring. We tried a bunch of different food items: Takoyaki balls: the BEST balls ever! And that's saying a lot because we've been to Japan ! Takoyaki itself is a classic Osaka street food, traditionally made with diced octopus in a savory batter cooked in molded griddles. Here at Hachi, these takoyaki balls are crispy on the outside with a soft center, sitting abed a rich mayo-based sauce. What makes these stand out is the contrast with the balls of delicious and, instead of a fully liquid sauce, there are small chunks of cream cheese blended in, so you have bites of that with the battered balls! Agedashi Tofu: Lightly fried tofu served in a delicate dashi broth. The exterior is soft with a bit of crisp, while the inside stays silky and custard-like. The broth is clean and, if I dare say, savory but light. Basically a punch of umami and extremely balanced! Karaage: They are known for their chicken karaage, and it absolutely delivers. The chicken lightly coated and fried until golden and crisp while staying incredibly juicy inside. Each bite has a satisfying crunch followed by tender, flavorful meat! I highly recommend pairing it with the negi sauce, which delivers a a tangy vinegar-based scallion sauce that cuts through the fat and oils, and it deeply enhances the flavor of the chicken. Yakitori Skewers: Yakitori is a traditional Japanese grilling style where small skewers of meat are cooked over charcoal. The focus is on simple flavors utilizing high-quality ingredients. We tried a mix of skewers, which comes with a slice of lemon on top to be squeezed over the skewers: * Wagyu skewers: rich, buttery, and cooked to perfection * Beef tongue: more chewy and textured, so not a huge fan of it * Chicken skin: ultra crispy with rendered fat and a satisfying crunch * Pork belly with green onions: fatty, smoky, and balanced by the freshness of scallions We also ordered a fresh scallop skewer, grilled shrimp with tartar sauce, and eel. The scallops were sweet and tender with 3 pieces per skewer. The shrimp was cooked and de-shelled and served with a tartar sauce. The eel was the most memorable with its rich, tender, and deeply savory taste. Eel (unagi) is considered a delicacy in Japanese cuisine where it's known for its sweet glaze and soft texture. Our favorites were definitely the eel and scallop skewers.

We spent almost $190 for two people, and no customer spending that kind of money should ever be treated this way. Her behavior completely ruined the experience for us. Because of the way she treated us, I will never come back or recommend this place to anyone. Management seriously needs to do something about the front desk staff.

I had the kimchi udon hot pot which comes with pork. I thought it was going to be slices of pork, but it was actually chashu that you would find in ramen! The chashu was tender and the broth was amazing. When I say amazing, it wasn't overly salty where it makes you feel bloated afterwards. My husband enjoyed his salmon avocado poke bowl as well. The kids had kake udon and a beef bowl, which they devoured. Glad we found this place!

This was my second time around and we went in as a big group of nine (seven adults and two kids)…read more We were seated in the main dining area and high chair was already placed for us at the end of the table. Our waitress and waiter were both very nice. Service is great here. I have no complaints regarding that! I started by ordering their Hot Tea Pot in the Genmaicha Tea, which is refillable ($3). The tea was good. I must've had it refilled about three times. The husband got the Asahi draft. For the food orders, we started with the cholegi salad, takoyaki, and chicken karaage. While the cholegi salad was good, I'd have to say I've had better chicken karaage elsewhere. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to skip the chicken karaage next time. It was lacking in flavor so I asked for table salt to sprinkle on top of it. For the main dish, our party ordered beef sukiyaki udon, tendon, tuna and avocado poke don, nabeyaki udon, and kake udon. Everyone enjoyed their entrees. For dessert, we got everything that was on the menu so that we could sample them. I particularly enjoyed their matcha pudding in that it was more than what the picture showed. There were layers of azuki beans and black sugar syrup underneath the green pudding. This one was my favorite! The sweet potato ice cream was the party's favorite. Overall, I really like the vibe of this restaurant. I'll be back again to try other things on the menu that I didn't get to try this time.

The place is small too so it does get filled up quickly. Very simple, welcoming decor. We went with the empanadas and had breakfast, beef, spinach, mushroom, and ham & cheese. We went with the baked option as it was recommended by the cashier. We got a side of yuca cheese bites and the cocoa latte as well as the Spanish latte for drinks. There was a bit of a wait but everything came out piping hot! Very delicious and flavorful, and definitely made in house. Coffee was strong yet not overpowering with sweetness. Service was excellent, the cashier was friendly and helpful. Great overall experience and we'll be back for sure!

You can get them baked, fried, or raw to take home. We got them all baked. We got the bacon cheeseburger, Hawaiian adobo, chicken BBQ, chicken Alfredo, chicken curry, and truffle mushroom. The truffle mushroom was easily my favorite. It had really good flavor without being too heavy. The rest were solid too, and it was fun trying a variety. We also got the chimichurri and cilantro aioli, and both sauces were really good and added a lot to each bite. The yuca cheese bread was a great side! It was warm, soft, and worth getting. The decor was cute and made it feel like a nice spot to sit and try a few things. The staff was friendly, although they only had one person at the front. Overall, good experience and a place I'd come back to try more flavors.
