Why isn't this establishment a Michelin starred restaurant? The service is impeccable. The surroundings and staff are pleasant. We came here for a celebratory birthday for a friend and they treated us correct. Everyone had the filet and it melted as soon as we put the knife on it. I woke up to what really is a medium well steak. Not too dry and borderline a little red but it was moist. Juan Carlos took great care of us. Unfortunately they do t honor military discount.

We always have such a great experience at Echo & Rig in Tivoli Village! My dad loves celebrating his birthday here, so it has become one of those places we enjoy coming back to for special occasions. The atmosphere is always beautiful and lively without taking away from the dining experience, and the service has consistently been great. My dad ordered his favorite, the filet mignon, and he absolutely loved it as always. My mom had a ribeye steak, and the kids kept it simple with burgers and fries, which they enjoyed. For appetizers, we ordered two crab cakes, calamari, and the lamb cigars. The crab cakes were really good, and everything was great for sharing with the table. We also ordered mashed potatoes and mac and cheese as sides. I went with the Caesar salad, and it was delicious! Personally, I would have loved just a tiny bit more dressing, but it was still fresh, flavorful, and something I would definitely order again. One thing we really appreciate when dining out as a family is having a Spanish-speaking server, since that's how my parents feel most comfortable ordering and asking questions. We always request one when we come here. Unfortunately, that request wasn't able to be accommodated this time, but our server was still incredibly kind, patient, and attentive throughout the entire meal. I wish I could remember her name! She had gauges in her ears and took great care of us. Her back server, Jose, was also excellent and very attentive. Between the two of them, we felt well taken care of the entire time. Another nice touch is that Echo & Rig always provides a complimentary birthday dessert, which makes the celebration feel a little more special. My dad had a wonderful birthday dinner, everyone enjoyed their food, and we had a great time together. We've celebrated here before and will definitely continue coming back. Great food, beautiful atmosphere, and consistently attentive service. Thank you for helping make another one of my dad's birthdays special!

the food here is consistently great, the service is always extremely polite and knowledgeable about the menu. sometimes it can be a little slow but the quality of the food more than makes up for it. I also have never had a bad cocktail from here!

Came here for a business lunch. Sat right down. Menu really has no lunch specials. Service was very good and nice ambiance. Menu is not cheap with $50 lunch steaks on it. I ordered the salmon sandwich for $18. My guest ordered calamari, Ceaser salad, rib eye steak, Mac and cheese and a turtle sundae. And he ate most of it! Food was very good and decent portions. But $154 for 2 for Lunch still quite expensive!

Really great space and interior! The food is good but didn't blow us away. The service was top notch. We got the lamb cigars which were interesting and yummy. The cuban grilled cheese is good but average. The spencer was tender and good for its price. It was a great dining experience including the window seat on the second floor and the view of Tivoli village.

Went for a ladies night out for good food and we found it. We shared 2 steaks which were both cooked perfectly, and it was enough for us to share. I will be returning for the tomahawk, portobello mushrooms and the fried kale salad. It was recommended by the waiter, and it did not disappoint. Something I would've never ordered was absolutely full of flavor. Con's : The bread when we sat down was hard and tasteless As nice as our waiter was, he was busing too many tables and did not come around to check up on us. The bus boys were really good at filling water and cleaning up our table. But the place did lack customer service. They did make up for it with some delicious desserts. They gave us the trio sorbets which was very tasty, but the Rocky Rd., Sunday stole the show. I will be going back. The place was nice inside and out. It was a great place to walk around when finished.

I came here for lunch and opted for the steak sandwich. It was cooked to perfection! The steak was so juicy and tender and I subs it for fries. I also ordered two cocktails (Guava about it) those were absolutely delicious and refreshing . Selso (or Salso) was such a great waiter and has great personality. I will definitely be back for dinner since the lunch vibe was more chill .

Butternut squash - horrible/dry and cauliflower- good, sweet&spicy
    Victoria G.

Service was amazing. I can't remember if his name was Darren or Derek and the server assistant Juan! Love the gin drink called the remedy with lemon and lavender. Super refreshing. Appts were okay....butternut squash was VERY dry. Not like the last time I had it. I tried to ask for extra maple to moisten it but it did not help at all. Didn't even eat it. The cauliflower was good. Nice mix of sweet and spicy. Fried spinach salad is one of my faves! Melts in your mouth and I'm not even a big salad person. And then we tried the shrimp and artichokes. When it came out it was not what we expected. But it ended up being delicious!! Restaurant is classy. Cute outdoor section on the second floor. Floors are always slippery though. Careful in heels! ** only other complaint on the butternut squash is no one asked if everything was okay since the whole dish sat there. I literally ate one piece. We also spoke to a manager about the great service, which I did mention how dry the butternut squash was during the conversation. Apparently offering a different dish or removing the dish and taking it off the check isn't a thing anymore if food isn't up to standards. Or even firing up a new one. A little disappointed about that, but it is what it is.

    Tomahawk with the sauces
    Loc L.

The best steak in Las Vegas. If you want a nice romantic spot for a date, I highly recommend this place. My gf surprised me with a birthday dinner here and it was fantastic. We got the tomahawk steak and it was incredible. They show you some pieces from their butcher beforehand and you get to choose which you want. After, when the steak comes out, they provide a lot of options of sauces to try out. The service was very professional. I would gladly come back here again and try everything else. The tomahawk was so gigantic, that I got them meat sweats after. lol

Today we have a minty gin drink!!

5 stars for Derek, Erin, and Kristin! Echo & Rig has hands down the best happy hour in Las Vegas. Derek has amazing music taste, is always smiling, and makes the whole experience so much fun. Erin and Kristin were equally fantastic, and the three of them work together like a dream team. The service was attentive, welcoming, and seamless from start to finish. I honestly couldn't say enough good things about everyone. I'll definitely be back again and again. Highly recommend! I wish I could give six stars!!

Everything about this place went well. The food, the staff, the service, the ambience. Couldn't have asked for anything better. My group and I have decided the Everytime we come to Vegas we will eat here.

Food was good but the service was not that great overall which made the experience different.

Had lunch here and it did not disappoint. Service was good and so was the great! I always go for the burger and their burger was great! Got to try the steak and it's good as well. A few more and some crème brûlée. Very good! This location is nice! First floor, hostess desk and the bar then dining area upstairs. Really spacious.

What can I eat there that doesn't have soybean oil?

I believe you can request certain commonly used oils but that is very specific and related to your health so I would absolutely give them al call.

What oil do you use to fry the french fries/potatoes?

Hello DI, We use a non saturated fat blend oil, contains canola, palm & soybean.

Corkage fee at Echo & Rig?

There was not when I went with a bottle, but that was years ago. Not sure if it has changed. I would call and ask if I were you.

Which cocktails are $3 Happy Hour?

Are they still offering bottomless mimosas for the weekend brunch?

No. I just called and asked. They only have bottomless bloody mary's. A mimosa is $20.

    I like them a lot.

The food was amazing, we started with a bread and a tomato paste that was so divine, our server Anthony brought a second round. We shared the French onion soup, going bite for bite and fighting over the cheese and pastry bits. The soup was so good, we had to pace ourselves to savor it because we didn't want it to end. I ordered the braised short rib and my boyfriend the NY strip steak. We shared the Mac and cheese (a solid recommendation from our server Anthony) and were blown away. Both entrees were amazing but I will forever think about the braised short rib over mashed potatoes and carrots. We ordered a drink each, my boyfriend the red wedding with real raspberry puree that was so smooth he loved it (he doesn't like the taste of alcohol). I ordered the iconic cocktail served in a horn. Both were well balanced and had us feeling a buzz! Our server Anthony was a highlight. He made great conversation, was super attentive, had great recommendations, and provided well paced service. He even asked if we wanted videos of the steak and drink presentation! We love asking servers for recommendations and guidance on choosing a good fitting drink and menu items, but love it even more when they actually care about our taste, are knowledgeable about menu items, and genuinely care to guide us towards something we will enjoy. Anthony did just that! He really made the experience so enjoyable in multiple ways and made great conversation, mentioning that his wife ate the short rib her entire pregnancy (I can understand why). This place was a gem and next time we're in Vegas we will definitely make it back, hopefully with Anthony as our server again!

Came for the lunch special - Peter Luger Power Lunch. For the Strip, I think the pricing was…read morereasonable. It would've been nice if we could've shared one lunch between the two of us (maybe we could've but we didn't ask). The portion for 1 is massive. For around $50, you get a lot of food - some items are supplemental like the Luger's German Fried Potatoes ($5 supplement/person) - which were phenomenal by the way. This lunch special is available Wed-Sun 11:30AM - 3:30PM 49.95 For the appetizer, I got the Caesar salad and my husband got the Luger's Sizzling Bacon (look at the photos below). The bacon was insane. If you like thick bacon (and I typically don't), you will certainly like this. It was incredibly flavorful and the texture was great, very smoky, almost steak-like bacon. My caesar salad was good, average good caesar. We both got the burger as our main course (add cheese $1.95). I thought it was too thick because I usually like a thinner burger to bun ratio. However, the burger was fantastic if you like a thick patty (over 1/2lb). My husband loved the burger and thought it was one of the best he's ever had so take that with what you will. (I thought it could've used more salt) You can pick a side (potatoes, creamed spinach - get the german fried potatoes) and there is still a dessert: "Holy Cow" Hot Fudge Sundae. I've never had german fried potatoes before but it sure is a lot of potato. Very delicious and crispy on the edges. I'm ashamed to say that I did not make a dent in the potatoes whatsoever. Sundae was average, but a nice way to end an already rich meal. Overall, I would definitely recommend the lunch special/power lunch. Service was great, and I was able to make a reservation very easily. Not packed on a weekday lunch either.
