I couldn't believe how AMAZING this service was. I booked a 2 hour time slot to take me, my bride, our photographer, and two of my groomsmen around the city to take photos on my wedding day. Our driver could not have been better. She was attentive, helpful, complimentary, and aggressive in her driving to make sure we weren't late for anything. She even went as far as helping the bride in and our of the front seat with her dress which had a rather large train. I'd highly recommend this service to anyone that wants an extremely professional and incredibly prompt and helpful driver. This isn't Uber people... This is next level service. In the past year we have such trouble getting ubers/lyfts to and from the airport, so when it came to holiday travel we could not risk it. We also have a 3 month old baby, and didn't want to chance standing out in the cold with her and all the stuff traveling with a newborn comes with. So we booked our travel to the airport then booked from the airport. We booked them individually, maybe you can book round trip but we didn't figure out how to do so not that it really matters-we got two rides booked either way! Even though we mentioned we were bringing a car seat they also brought one upon pick up, which was nice in case we decided last minute not to bring our own on the trip. The driver arrived early to our home but was not intrusive and did not rush us. He helped with the bags, had waters and gum in the car and drove us safely to the airport. I know that seems standard. Yet sometimes you just need someone to spell it out so you know when doing your research on a company. On our return we had two flights cancel on us and the company was quick to be alerted and reached out to us about the cancelation and finding us a new driver with our new arrival time. That driver was at the airport and ready to swing through baggage claim as soon as we texted that we had received our bags. So we didn't have to wait. We were safely dropped off at home in no time. Both drivers were extremely courteous and friendly. Although the price may seem a smidge high, we felt it was a safe option with covid, safe transportation, door to door service and help and appreciate the work the company did when our return flight was completely changed. Also, parking would have cost us over $400 at ohare and round trip including tip and tax (it's already calculated in) was half the cost and we didn't have to lug our stuff from the garage. Excellent overall experience with Echo! We needed a one way transfer for 6 teenagers from downtown Chicago to a small town in Michigan 3 hours away. I was nervous about the logistics given the ages of passengers, chaos of prom, etc. but everything was flawless. Car was clean, spacious and comfortable.
