I use Yelp for all service providers. I was looking to purchase a double oven that required a slight widening of the cabinet cavity. I found Eclipse, and talked to Sean, he explained what needed to be done & estimated cost. I ordered the double oven from Lowes. When it arrived at Lowes, Eclipse picked it up and and said they would arrive around 1:00 p.m. to install it. At 1:00 p.m. exactly, Cody and Kyle pulled up. They removed the old oven, made the required cuts and installed the new one. In addition to enlarging the cabinet they reinforced the bottom of the cabinet due to the additional weight of the oven. The built-in double oven looks great thanks to the first class job done by Eclipse. Note: since they did such a great job on the double-oven, I next ordered a stovetop that they installed and it looks great also!These guys are real pro's at what they do! Thank you!!! read more

I had a double wall oven installed by Eclipse and there was a problem with installation of a grill piece at the bottom of the oven as well as some miscommunication with the workers who came the first day to install it, but the following day the issue was resolved with a different worker. The measurements for the oven were done first and it appears that there should have been better communication about this at the beginning. read more

Bought a new dryer from Home Depot. They would not unhook the old dryer or place it on the pedestal. Therefore I had to hire eclipse they came. They got the job done. They were on time they were efficient so happy. They hauled away the old item, cleaned up behind where they put the new item in. Excellent service and overall experience impossible to beat. Had an issue with our hood. When they came they opened the hood and found out the part they had me order based on our model number was not correct because our hood had been installed to fit a custom part for our home. Because it was a custom job, Eclipse and I was not aware that the part was a difference size, which is completely understandable. When they came back a second time to install the right size part they were super efficient, detailed and courteous and discounted the service call which I felt was above and beyond. Cody showed up to measure for my new oven and saw I was struggling to put a new headlight into my Jeep. I'm a girlie girl with a screwdriver and asked jokingly if he could help me. Instead of laughing it off he installed the damn thing for me! Took him all of about 5 minutes. Wow....talk about service. And he was cute as can be besides. This was not easy for me to write but I wanted to make sure others do not get tested the way I was. I can't remember the young lady who helps book appointments but she is one of the main reasons I have this review. Let me explain: I booked an appointment for one of their techs to come pick up a microwave/oven combo that was being returned to Lowe's. I booked a Wednesday but explained I had a doctors appointment and I wouldn't be home till 9:30 AM. I was reassured that it only would notes be made but that they would be able to accommodate my time restraints. Well the day before (Tuesday) I was called to give a two hour time frame. Guess what the time frame was: 8-10 AM. I brought up the fact that i had a doctors appointments and wouldn't be home till 9:30. I was told that the note was there but this was the time frame and hopefully I would be there since it is what it is. I had to. All my doctors to cancel my appointment. Not only did that upset me, but when the tech came on Wednesday at 8 AM, I asked if he saw the note. He said there was not one. I explained what happened and while he apologized, it still doesn't make it right. Frank was nice, which was why I gave two stars. But this company really needs to learn customer service and be more up front about with their clients. Had she told me she couldn't guarantee the time frame, I would have booked a different day. Communication is key for all relationships including business ones. Hopefully this will help make that happen. Be cautious when using this company. If I have the choice of using this company or another one, I'm going with the other company. read more

This was our second time using Eclipse Appliance Installation. They installed our microwave, oven, and range almost two years ago and did a great job so we knew we wanted to use them again to install our built-in refrigerator. Stephanie was really easy to communicate with for scheduling and rescheduling our appointment many times due to appliance delivery delays. Dakota and Mitch did a fabulous job on the installation. They arrived on time and realized that our ceilings and entry ways were too low to safely remove our existing refrigerator and bring in our new refrigerator without either risking damage to our new floors, damaging the new refrigerator by having to put it on its side, or damaging the ceilings. They spent time to figure out the best way to maneuver the refrigerators and took care to protect our kitchen and home. The best and cheapest option to later repair was to cut a whole in our ceiling drywall and get it patched up. Dakota and Mitch did the job with such care and precision. They brought in our 700 pound, 83 inch tall refrigerator and installed it with no damage to our floors or kitchen cabinets. I'm sure the job took longer than they initially expected due to the circumstances and they were friendly and eager to help. Thank you so much for a job well done!! read more
