Thankfully our pup was ok after an incredibly expensive stay and literal brain surgery at urgent care. While dealing with the stress of not knowing if our dog would recover and with the unexpected cost, we knew we needed to get more protection up asap and I reached out to 4-5 fence companies to help. Everyone was wonderful but Mike stood out. He was sympathetic, knowledgeable, and managed to get us slotted in on the schedule. He met with me at least three times before we finalized the quote to make sure he knew exactly what we needed. Jason and Jobel were our installers and they worked hard to get the project done. They were also perfectionists which my neurotic heart appreciated - the two of them literally went over every inch of the install at the end and swapped out any slats that didn't pass their quality check. They even redid a tricky corner four times to make sure I was satisfied. Mike came by every day to check on everything and discuss all steps with me. We had some issues with the gates and the locks/handles I had already purchased and Mike had his welder fabricate custom pieces to make sure the gates worked and looked nice. He takes pride in his work and his entire team follows his lead. Our project was not cheap but I've learned in the past two years of renovation and building that you get what you pay for - and the feeling of security and relief I have when outside is absolutely worth it.

Disappointing experience with K Star Vinyl Fencing I hired K…read moreStar Vinyl Fencing to install a vinyl fence in my backyard, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with both the workmanship and customer service. During installation, underground pipes were damaged while digging for the fence posts, including a water pipe and an issue involving a gas line. I was concerned that these problems were not properly addressed. The fence is also wobbling, and the workers left dirt and debris behind, including debris buried in the soil. I had to clean up the area myself. They also used my garden hose without asking and damaged it, and no apology was offered. I found the employees to be sarcastic, condescending, and disrespectful. When I contacted the designer, about my concerns, I also felt that I was treated rudely and dismissively. Unfortunately, the quality and overall experience did not match the price I paid. I have photos and videos documenting several of these issues. I am sharing my experience so other homeowners can make an informed decision. I expected professional workmanship, proper cleanup, respect for my property, and good customer service, but unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations.
