When I brought my contractor in to help remodel one of my units, they took the time to break down all the options to help us match the flooring perfectly. They went over different vinyl options for both the bathroom and kitchen, making sure we had all the information we needed. We opted for the MSI putting turf with fringe pet turf as we have a dog and maintenance would be easier. They were able to get us quickly scheduled and got it done in just one day. They took care of excavating the original grass, digging out a few inches of dirt, covered it with a weed prevention layer, then filled it in with gravel and leveled it out. Then they were able to install our putting green design we discussed with beautiful curved edges. We had a water drain running underneath already and they were able to connect to it to help with water drainage in case of heavy rain. Overall, we absolutely loved the end result and spend so much more time in our backyard practicing our putts and even short chipping from a nearby mat. With less maintenance and noticeably less bugs we even have movie nights here and the turf has held up well. Worth the money and long term investment as we got more usable space for the family with rates below the average costs in LA.
