Im not getting any kind of white glove service that they advertised in costco ad. Not sure how they connected me with a dealer that's 60 miles + from my house. I signed the agreement to purchase ERR 3700 model but when I followed up with some questions about warranties and salt bags with my rep (JD Mckerring), he simply just replied with "Yes" and haven't received anything about warranties after that. Customer service just wasn't there for me. Didn't really like the way he was talking to me either. Thank God costco gives 3 day cancellation! My neighbor stated he went through Costco and got the Eco water system. I set up an appointment and the sales rep didn't come at the time they said they would. About 30 min after the appointment, a rep called and said he called several times, but it went straight to voicemail. I had no missed calls and no voicemail. He stated he was running behind but will still make it out later. I told him I had to be somewhere and just wanted the price list and available systems, since I have had one in my previous home. To date I still have not received the information. The next day I stated receiving telephone calls from "Nancy" and "Pattie" checking on the appointment. I also received a text message from "Pattie" to see how the consultation went. I texted back and stated no one showed up and never received the information. She asked if I wanted someone else to come out, I declined and asked if I could just get the pricing. She said she would have "Mitch" call me. I said no its ok I will just go with another company. "Pattie" texted me, "Well tell "Mitch" that when he calls. I don't have any way of getting a hold of him. I had to get two other people involved to make this happen for you. Just let him know".
