We had All Cities Water replace a Puragain water filter system that we had installed in 2022. All Cities did an excellent job of explaining the options and going through how a salt-based hybrid softener system would provide the water quality we were hoping to achieve. I asked a ton of questions, all of which were quickly and thoroughly answered. There was no attempt to upsell us or talk us into anything. It was a very low-pressure engagement that made everything much simpler. We ended up going with a hybrid salt system that uses carbon and sodium chloride to condition the water (it can also use potassium chloride but the cost of that is prohibitive at this time). The installation went very smoothly. We were told it would take about 4 hours to remove the old system, install the new one and run a drain line across the garage to the sink. That is almost exactly what it took and the installer was very professional and easy-going.
