I have been EcoWater's customer for a long time. I have been using their filtration system installed underneath our kitchen sink for many years. Lately, the water started to taste bit funny even though we recently replaced the filters. Thus, I called EcoWater asking them to send someone to test the water since I wanted to make sure the filters were working properly. However, EcoWater refused to send someone unless I paid $150 call service charge just to test the water. This is ridiculous. I have supported their business for a long time and this is how they treat their loyal customers. Charging $150 just to test the water. They should be ashamed of themselves. read more

You don't get this level of service with too many companies these days. I've had my whole home filtration/softener for 3 years and it's been amazing. The reason I'm just posting is I needed service , and they naIled it. The softener is great. Water feels smooth and our hair and skin feel clean and moisturized. No more hard water spots, no dry skin, clothes feel like new after being washed and they are lasting longer. Now, to the service. I needed to replace the filters and I was also having water pressure issues with the drinking spigot at the sink. I called just before they closed and the awesome woman who answered the phone spent 10 minutes walking me thru ordering the filters AND how to restore the water pressure. I'd had a leak (unrelated) and the leak detector had triggered to shut off the filters under the sink. I didn't even know we had the feature but nice to know that if the system leaks it will shut itself off to prevent additional water loss and damage. Sadly, I'm shocked at having received this level of service since it's hard to find. Thank you Eco Water! Keep up the quality work you're doing! read more

We purchased an ECO water softener system in November 2022 after moving to a new home. Recently we had an issue with the ESD2750 unit - a malfunction occurred and error codes appeared in the display. Thankfully Leisa, Marissa, and Kevin assisted me with quick and efficient service. Each member of the team took interest in my concerns, attempts to recharge the device, and scheduling a timely appointment to correct the issues. They were professional throughout the entire process from the initial visit/quotation to the installation (shoutout to Carlos L. for an excellent job). Admittedly the system may have been on the more expensive side, but I would rather take the extended Costco warranty and a quality product than pay less for a unit from a "quick sticker company".
