    Jason was awesome! Had a pipe leaking, he showed up on time, super chill, replaced everything quick and even cleaned up after. Really appreciated his work.

    Jason performed the first annual service for me. He was kind and knowledgeable. Jason walked thru the filter replacement process step by step for me so I can replace it myself in the future. Overall a very good experience for the service.

    I recently got this system installed at my house. The system works great . However the technicians that installed my system told me to turn on all the water faucets which i did upstairs and 1 downstairs. After installing the system they turned on the main valve and never notified me to close the faucets . The pot filler faucet was not closed and it leaked water all over my Viking range and on my custom cabinets. I wanted to resolve this issue by having them come out here and inspect the damage but they refused to come in and look at the damage. They instead sent out a rep by the name of Fabian who is the "technician supervisor" this man was extremely rude and unprofessional. I told him I have it all on video and I actually do. I will post on here all the videos and conversations from my house. Point is my Viking range does not turn on occasionally and the cabinets got wet. I wish we could have resolved this issue by simply getting the mentioned items professionally aired out or cleaned out . Even a discount would have been good, this way I could have had it professionally taken care of. I highly doubt I will get this resolved at this point. Next step if not resolved will have to be small claims. This has been extremely stressful.

    The sensor was already installed in the unit, and the technician simply removed it during the service visit.

    We were replacing a broken toilet ourselves, but removed the old one to find that the setting in…read morethe floor was completely borked. There was no actual flange at all, just a repair flange and it was set below the level of the flooring and filled in around with a mess of some kind of caulk or filler to try and raise the level up. Making this right was way out of our league, so we called MasterCraft to help us out. They confirmed our suspicions that this was messed up six ways from Sunday and talked through the process of cleaning out the filler, chipping away the concrete, and refilling it with a clean setting of concrete so they could set a proper flange 1/4" above the flooring and for a reasonable price considering how terrible the setup was. They immediately set up an appointment to return the next day. While they were there for the estimate, they offered a free inspection of the plumbing in the rest of the house, which I took to be a fishing expedition for more "problems" they could "fix" for more money, but such was not the case. They found one minor issue, said it could probably wait a few years, and even fixed another minor issue they found for free, then said everything else looked good. Startling honesty and helpfulness! From my call for help, they had folks out to check things out in about two hours, and the work was completed less than 24 hours after that. For the level of work done, an incredible turn time, IMO. All told, we had 5 different techs in our house between inspection and repair, and every single one was friendly, competent, and respectful of our home. While I'm not eager to *need* their services, if I do, MasterCraft Plumbing has definitely earned repeat customers here!

    Subject: Unresolved property damage and failure to honor warranty…read more I am writing this review to share my experience with Mastercraft Plumbers Inc. regarding a project that resulted in irreparable damage to my bathtub. While the company performed the initial task of removing a corroded screw, their technician's negligence resulted in significant, irreparable damage to the bathtub. Despite a written warranty guaranteeing workmanship, the company refused to restore the tub to its original condition, instead proposing an inadequate "refinishing" remedy that did not meet professional standards. After months of attempting to reach a professional resolution, I was forced to pursue this matter in Small Claims Court. On June 8, 2026, the Superior Court of California ruled in my favor, confirming that the company failed to meet its obligations and awarding a judgment for the full cost of the necessary replacement. I am sharing this factual account to assist other consumers in their due diligence. I have attached the Court's Minute Order and photographs of the damage for transparency.
