I'm headed out of town for a few months and wish they were up North as well should my car need service! The truth is, they prepared me for the trip, so I should be more than fine until I return. I went here because my RDX was making noise. They told me nothing was wrong. I came back because the noise got worse and they said it would be a $6600 repair because it wasn't under warranty. It was under warranty when I brought it in the first time but they refuse to fix the problem of their making. I hate the fact that I ever got scammed into giving you my money! The mechanic blatantly lied to me and told me I needed to get Carfax for my CPO vehicle. The service manager is casually dismissive and totally unhelpful. I had an accident end of Oct ( a Sunday ) and the insurance agent I spoke on the phone told me the nearest authorized for repair was Ed Voyles , so my car was towed there . The next day I got a call from Lisa asking for my email to get my signature for billing my insurance. I send the information the following day ( Tuesday) . The following week I get a call from their mechanic asking for the forms signed , stating that he can't start working on my car or do anything till he has the proper signed forms . I told him that the forms had already been send. He went on saying that he hasn't received it yet. I asked him to shoot me an email and I will resend the forms , as I'm giving him my email address he said " oh I found your email here it is and laugh " I told him that my confidence on them at this point was very low . I told him that my car has been sitting at their shop for a week now and they been just sitting on the paperwork while my insurance is being bill for storage and car rental. He assured me that they had already order the authentic parts and taken everything that needed to be replaced out ( after he initially had said that they couldn't do anything or touch my car without my signed forms ) and that I would be taken care. A day later I got a text telling me that my car would be ready by Nov15th ( accident happened oct 22nd ) Nov 15th came I called and not one could tell me if the car was ready or not , I received a call on the 16th stating my car was ready . When I went to pick up my car ( around 4 pm ) I gave the receptionist my last name and then she asked me if I had received a call that my car was ready. I told her I had received a call indeed, she then went to the back and said " Steve says the car is ready " she looked again , I said you want to try by my first name , she said worth a try . Then she found the paperwork. I told her that they needed a better system with their paperwork filling and her excuse was , I was on vacation and we had a temp. I filled up a survey and was promised a call from a manager. Almost a month and haven't heard from anyone yet . Bad customer service if you ask me read more

I love the sales experience, but service is a joke. They drag me 26 miles and keep me there an hour to get my spare tire kit, I finally ask what is going on since they never gave me an update and they don't even have it. Done with these idiots. The 3 times I have used this service department each time was a disaster. Done with them no matter how good the sales is. Just place a deposit on RDX at Jackson Acura, there sales and service is good. This service department is a mess and beyond repair. This is the worst place to service your Acura. I used Ed Voyles because it is near our house. Stay away from them. They don't care about you or value your time. My appointment was at 7am. I was the first person and it took them 2 hours just to check out my car for minor issue. At around 4pm, I received a txt from my service advisor that my car is ready for pickup. I showed up but could not find him. I went to the cashier and asked to pay for my car. The person was on her AirPods talking to her friend. She looked around and said someone is reaching out to your advisor but she did not inform anyone or bothered to call my advisor. I waited for 45 minutes and finally got hold of another advisor and he told me that my paperwork was with him. I have given ONE STAR because I cannot give ZERO STAR. I would advise you to stay away from them, drive a little further and avoid Ed Voyles who have no idea of about customer service, don't value your time and don't give a damn about you, the customer. read more

They do a good job everytime I take my TSX in for oil changes, repairs, and maintenance. They treat their customers well by occasionally providing us the status of the car while we are in the waiting room in addition to snacks and drinks. The first time I went, my part was ordered and they never called me to tell me that it was in weeks later. I had called and they stated they wrote down the incorrect phone number in which I believed they could of sent me a letter in the mail to at least notify my another way. The letter would of taken 1 business day to deliver instead of waiting for me to call in weeks later. read more

I purchased an Acura TL Type-S from Carmax and I brought it to Ed Voyles to have them do a full check of the vehicle. They did everything in a timely manner and showed me everything that needed to be fixed. Their facilities are fantastic with nice amenities. Every employee is nice and treats you with respect. I went car shopping, just looking to compare certified pre owned vehicles. I explained this upfront to Chi. He was pleasant and helpful, no pressure. Surprise, I found the car I wanted. After having it home a week I found some body damage. I called and didn't know what to expect. Jeffery Kindel on the used car side was very helpful he gave me all the information up front and when I didn't get approved for the used car he went above and beyond to continue to help me days after I had got denied. Jeffery Kindle and Allen Dean the finance manager came together and got me approved for a brand new 2018 Acura ILX. As long as those two are around I know I will be a long time customer at Ed Voyles Acura. The service department my first time there was a problem the guy Chris Epps was assigned to "help me," but my experience with him and the receptionist in the service department was horrible. The second time around 10/09/2018 James Johnson helped me and gave me way better service so I would definitely refer him when setting up your service appointments. I just have to brag about Erika and the team at the Ed Voyles Collision Center! After grocery shopping one night, I discovered that someone had rammed into the front of my new Mazda 3 and drove away without leaving a note...my entire front bumper was damaged! I filed with Nationwide and they suggested the Ed Voyles body shop. SO happy that they did! Customer service was awesome all around. Everything from how friendly the receptionist was, to how quickly they got me in for an estimate (same day!) to being so understanding and making me feel better about my situation. If you want a hassle free car buying experience, I think you should definitely try this place. And I recommend Tuan Chu as your sales person. Tuan is very professional, knowledgeable and personable. Despite this cold weather, he was very patient with test driving process. He brought out cars with heaters already on and warmed up so that it's not uncomfortable getting into a cold car. He knew about each car models and he was able to give me a comparison/what one model would be an equivalent of other well know cars, etc. The best part was, he listened when I said what I wanted. He initially asked what I'm looking for and what I want and how much. I told him exactly, what I like and how it's done during our test drive. And just like all other car sales person I've dealt in the past, I wasn't expecting much thinking he would come back with some crazy numbers that made no sense to me. But he came with several options and choices and what it could be and what not. So I was very pleased that he not only came with what I had asked but few more options (numbers) that I can think about and pick from. So rather being hassled by "the usual" sales pitch and ridiculous numbers. I was able to say lets do this and drove back home with a new ride. It was worth 2 hours drive and the traffic. He knows how to make his deals and have a good customer relations. Not only he listens but he follows through. I want to say this was the best car buying experience for me thus far. Also, when I had to clean out my car, he offered a box to get my things all at once. I think that's a pretty good system. Never had a dealer offer me a box. That was neat. :) Also, the financial coordinator (?), the person who did my paper work, Allen Dean, I also recommend him as well. He goes over the paper work calmly and throughly so that everything discussed in front matched up and made sure of it all. No more additional sales pitch, there were additional coverage of I was interested which I politely declined and he didn't try to push it to make his sales either. Overall, I want to say, this duo was great. No pushy sales threats or anything. I came, I saw, and I left with the car I want and number I want. Go check them out. I would give them zero stars if I could! This place completely tried to take advantage of me and my family. They tried to charge over $2,000 to fix a power steering rack which they said was leaking. I knew this sounded fishy after I had already spent several thousand on my car there in two months. I asked them to fix their problem (the problem which I knew was theirs) which they refused. Took my car to an honest place. Turns out Acura hadn't tightened a hose and that was what was leaking. Cost me only $20. I can't believe the dishonesty and lack of integrity at the service department. I'm truly at a loss!! And now literally at a thousands of dollars loss for prior work that I probably didn't need. My family trusted them and they took advantage of us. Jesse you really let us down. AVOID AT ALL COSTS OR YOU WILL BE PAYING WAY MORE THAN YOU NEED!!!!! read more

After getting a price quote through my credit union since they are a preferred dealer I didn't have to haggle at all. I hate car buying. I hate pushy sales people even more. I dealt with Bryan Felton who was awesome. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable during my car buying experience. Bryan already had the paperwork ready with the no-haggle price of the MDX I was looking for (which I was pleased with) and their trade-in offer (which was also great). The numbers looked good and I signed the papers for my new MDX. The entire process was seamless. Aside from being slightly pressured to buy into their extended warranty the experience was great. I walked in to Ed Voyles knowing pretty much exactly what I wanted. I have a friend who has two of his family's cars serviced here who have said good things about the service department. He had no experience with their sales department, but I took his positive experience as a good sign and gave them a chance to earn my business on a new TSX. I dealt with Bryan Felton in the sales department. He was not overly high pressure, conversational, and up front and honest in answering any of my questions. I usually walk away from car negotiations feeling angry and annoyed. Never had that here. I did shop around at various Atlanta dealerships and I feel comfortable that I paid a fair price for the car. I'm in sales as a profession and I always appreciate people who are good at their trade and take measures to actually build a relationship with the prospect/client- for that, I feel like I need to pay some Karma forward. Bryan was very responsive to my inquiries without harassing me about closing the deal, as well as being very diplomatic when I was asking for unreasonable concessions. Referrals are the best stimulus to any salesman's business, so please give him at a shot at your deal. This was by far the least stressful car purchase I have ever made. Joy in finance is an LSU fan- she tells it like it is. She's definitely "the hammer" I didn't buy the extended warranty and at times I felt like she may have beaten me into submission, but I held my ground because Dawgs are better than Tigers. She was still great to work with- just doing her job. Seems like an overall good group of people working there. I dealt with Bryan in sales, Tom (sales manager I think), and Joy in finance. I'll be servicing my car here over the next several years- I'll come back and update if the experience sours, but for now- Good experience overall. read more

We have been a customer of this company since around 2005. Overall the service has been very good and we had a good relationship with them. Recently we had a continuing problem trying to analyze our 2001 MDX with regard to it needing a new torque converter and transmission rebuild or not. The service dept. was very helpful until right at the end when for some reason the service dept. manager would not return my calls to discuss my concerns and options for the vehicle. Even though I spoke with his boss and 2 of the service assistants he never did return my calls or speak with my wife when she was there trying to get assistance. To be fair he did speak with me on my call in, one time, and offered to come out to my home on a Sunday but he didn't show and didn't call to let me know he could not get by so we wasted a Sunday waiting on him. This manager has always been very good to us and we do not understand what happened. I don't think we were out of line in any way...go figure. The bottom line was we have stopped going to this company and are shopping elsewhere for our next new vehicle. read more

Avoid the guy that rhymes with "Ham" in Service!! I've been taking my car here for the past couple years, and never had a problem before. I've noticed a few Service Technicians run through the Service dept, but, nothing jumped out at me. Now, Mr. Rhymes with Ham tells me I have a severely corroded battery and that the mechanic says he would break off the terminal on the battery if they try to take it off, so they have to replace the battery AND the positive battery cable. Roughly $250 + Tax to fix. I say "Thanks, but no thanks'. I go to Pep Boys to get a terminal cleaner, and to Publix to get some baking soda & vinegar. I spent $6 and cleaned the battery up in 10 minutes. It was obvious no one had touched the battery. When I asked the guy about it, he stammered and stuttered and acted like I shouldn't be questioning him. Now, I'm not a Acura certified technician, nor mechanic, but I know enough to know that battery terminals can be cleaned. If you're a Service Adviser, then you're supposed to mechanically inclined. I call BS on you, Mr. Green Eggs & Ham!! Straight BS!!! read more

My endeavor continues, as I have written an extensive review before after having brought my new vehicle in time and time again. I have again had to make a service appointment for my vehicle that is just now a year old. Ed Voyles has been responsive, and hopefully this time there will be another repair that can actually be addressed and rectified. The front end of my car now screeches and squeals when the steering wheel is being turned at all to the left while the car is in motion. We will now add this to the list of the issues that have occurred with my 2015 Acura RDX. So far, we have a sunroof and rear suspension that have had to be replaced in order to resolve the issues occurring. The audio/entertainment system in the car including the sub woofer has been completely replaced to no avail. The car cannot be driven more and an hour or two on the highway without having the audio system cut out, so it has proven to be great for those long rides in silence. Ed Voyles has been as accommodating as I guess they must, however it is to the point now that it is absolutely ridiculous. read more

Ed Voyles Acura body shop could have killed me. I took my Nissan Rogue to them (chose them because of the location- I was in the middle of a move and this was the body shop closest to my house and I just had to choose the most convenient body shop at the time) after a wreck. About 2 weeks later I noticed my car driving strangely, but tried to write it off as just funny grooves in the road or windy conditions. During a 100 mile road trip, I realized it was not just strange coincidence- my car felt like the tire was turning sideways as I was driving down the road. When I took it to a Sears Auto Center, they found out that the bolt that holds my tire to the car was missing and Ed Voyles either put the wrong one on or did not put one on at all. My tire could have fallen off of my car at any moment because they screwed up a $2 part. That $2 part ended up costing me over $200. The manager didn't seem to care at all, not even an "Oops, we screwed up." just told me to have my insurance contact him. Awful people and awful work. read more

This review is for the service department. It took the service department 2 hours to do an oil change an tire rotation. I asked the advisor if I was almost done and he said yes in about 5 minutes. Fast forward 15 minutes he informs me that the car is ready and I'm ready to be checked out. I pay with the individual at the counter (she was really nice) and then I wander outside. My car isn't outside, the advisor has disappeared and I'm left standing in the blistering heat with no direction. Finally after about 5 more minutes I ask a gentleman where my car is and the advisor then comes out after he sees me talking to someone and tells us that the car is at car wash. I pace for a few more minutes only to see my car flying by headed to the car wash. So the advisor LIED!! I was so annoyed and will not be returning for any future services. read more

We came to Ed Voyles Acura after a bad experience with Acura Carland. We spent two years with Ed v. They had been good to us, so my only complaint is having three different reps, and the last being the worst. I had an a123 service, so I called my rep to schedule service and to get a price. He told me $610 (OUCH!). I asked if there were any specials. He began to tell me to look at their webpage for specials. I looked online and blank for specials. One, as a service rep he should have known if they had specials. Two, he is totally lazy and never looks up what his company offers to pass on to his customers. Three, he finds it funny to direct his customers to an empty webpage special. I can't tell you or get an answer from him because I am on to my third dealership. My other car is a Honda. I have had to serviced at Honda mall of ga. I called Chris and told him if they worked on auras. He told me same parts and lower labor. Needless to say I had my car serviced there for 1/2 the price. read more

I was able to come in at 7:00am drop off car and get a courtesy vehicle (which allowed me to still be in the office by 8:00).
