Chose these custom fit fingertip inserts to contrast the green logo

Whether you're new to bowling or have been at it for years, Ed is your guy. With over 50+ years of experience, real service like his is hard to come by these days. As a newbie who was totally clueless, I really appreciated how friendly and patient he was while walking me through the basics of bowling balls. Plus he has some very friendly dogs that stick around for your fitting if you're a dog lover. At our first appointment, we sat down for a fitting, got my fingers measured, and figured out which ball made the most sense for me. I came back a week later to pick it up and it was a perfect fit. (Crazy how much lighter a ball feels when it's made for your hand!) I also got to pick the color for my fingertip inserts and add a name engraving. It's been almost a month now with around 100 games, and the fit still feels great. I can hold the ball with barely any effort and my thumb comes out smooth with a nice pop. I'm learning a lot as I grow with this ball, and I honestly can't wait to go back to Ed for the next one.

I was looking for a Bowling bowl for a first time player nothing fancy just something simple. I don't wanna get pressured into buying an expensive ball or anything like that and I came upon Ed's shop on yelp, read a couple of the reviews and really liked. He seems very legit, he called me back and I set up an appointment. he only takes clients by appointments and cash only, which is understandable. When I met Ed, he was such a nice guy, made me feel comfortable and took his time and explain about what I need as the first time bowler.. I chose the ball I wanted and he ordered it for me, and he measured my fingers for the holes in the ball and he shared some tips and stories. Overall I spent a whole good hour with him. After a week, my ball was ready for pick up, with my name is inprinted, love the color and it was beautiful just the way I wanted and it fit perfectly. Ed is your go to guy. I definitely recommend him.

Ed told me I would never believe the difference my own custom bowling balls would make! Boy was he correct about that! Thanks to Ed's pristine drilling service my game feels upped and for a great price too! You cannot go wrong with Ed!

He's amazing! He's a wealth of knowledge and wisdom, and straightforward. I'll definitely make him my go-to Pro-Shop. I'm buying a bag and another ball from him. He drilled holes in my ball. I came with a video and he knew exactly what I needed. Service was exceptional. I trusted everything he said. I plan to take lessons from him. Parking was easy. He is responsive. Located in a nice neighborhood. I was able to run errands when I dropped off my ball.

Ed is hands down one of the best guys around. He's been my go-to guy for bowling ball purchases and drilling, and will always give you an honest opinion. Not a typical salesman. He'll do his best to get you gear that best suits you and that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. But he also won't argue with you if your mind is set on something altogether different (before you attempt to blame him for anything though, just remember he gave you his opinions first). He currently does appointments only, which I actually really prefer. Ed's a pretty busy guy, but he has your attention when you're there with him. New at bowling and don't know where to start? Ed will help you out.

I finally found a pro shop to get my ball drilled. The experience was so great and he was kind and patient, we talked bowling and shared stories. I can't wait to go back to get another ball the prices are amazing. I love my ball and can't wait to use it. Thank you Ed, see you soon my guy!

But i misplaced the receipt and was unable to do the exchange for the correct item.. This was frustrating for me and i got upset but Emily went out of her way to ease my frustration with a 10$ credit towards the new purchase if the correct item and just gave overall great customer service!

I had a very disappointing experience shopping here on Father's Day…read more My son was using gift cards to purchase his birthday present and accidentally miscalculated his total after adding a $63 pack of football cards. When I realized the mistake, I politely asked if that item could be removed from the transaction. The cashier immediately responded, "I can't," and offered no explanation or attempt to help. A manager was called over and seemed visibly annoyed. We were told there were only two options: either void the entire transaction and wait approximately 20 minutes for the gift card funds to be restored, or pay the difference and then return the football cards afterward for store credit. Since there was no way I was spending an additional $63 on football cards, we chose to void the transaction and wait. We specifically discussed that it was Father's Day, that we needed to get to a family dinner, and that we would wait the required 20 minutes so my son could repurchase the correct items. The manager advised us to wait near the entrance or continue shopping. After the 20-minute wait, we spent another 15 minutes waiting for the same cashier to help us complete the purchase, only to discover that all of my son's items had been returned to the sales floor. We were then told, "You just left the items," despite the fact that we had clearly communicated our plan and followed the instructions we were given. What bothered me most was not the store policy itself, but the complete lack of customer service. There was no apology, no empathy, and no effort to make a frustrating situation easier--especially for a child trying to use birthday gift cards. The entire interaction felt dismissive and unnecessarily difficult. The saddest part was that my son left the store in tears instead of excited about his birthday gifts. What should have been a fun experience became a frustrating and upsetting one due to poor communication and a lack of basic customer service.

I wish I got the young gentleman's name because it seemed like he was one of the only ones in the store who 1) knew where things were 2) could perform an assigned task 3) actually help us out. The reason I am saying this is because we went to the cash register upstairs and the cashier was uncertain that the service was downstairs. Not a big deal, she radioed them and confirmed where we could go. Easy. We go downstairs and show that cashier the glove (brand new, just bought for christmas) and that guy did not know how to do the steaming services, which was also fine because he asked another staff member who helped us, HOWEVER, the first guy told us the cost of it (which there is no cost because after a certain price glove it is a free service). The second guy (bless him) corrected him and stated the price of the glove and why it's free. As the worker was breaking in the glove the other guy cashier asked him multiple questions about where things were, if they did certain services, if he could help this other guest. Honestly that cashier guy was doing NOTHING. This is all in the midst of our guy fitting the glove which consists of steaming and banging it with a mallet which could be dangerous! Just seemed like an unprofessional thing to do. Now maybe this guy was new so I'll give him the benefit of the doubt but seriously it seemed like he didn't even bother trying to figure it out on his own before turning the the gentleman helping us. All in all the service was great, he was knowledgeable and answered the questions we had! It seemed like there was a large selection of inventory and some decent sales. I would go back if I needed something from dick's specifically
