3-30-2019 First and last time here. Next time you host a party over 20 make sure you have enough staff for the rest of the restaurant. We didn't see a waiter for 15 minutes. Ordered salads, 1 pizza, rolls and spagiatti. Waiter brought out only 3 salads and 10 minutes later my wife's. Then the pizza another 10 minutes later. My youngest sons pasta dish didn't get his garlic bread until the end of our meal and told them to keep it. Bill was $51. Have had better food from the mall. We came late but people still were there, and a waiter assured us that they are still open. Fantastic dinner! We are new to the area and found this just out exploring. The signs for this restaurant do not do the inside of what awaits you justice. A very nice surprise greeted us when we walked in. We found the place not crowded, amazing for any restaurant. It wasn't loud either, a quirk we find more often than not these days eating out. We didn't have to practically yell to hear each other talking. The greeting was very warm, and the setting even warmer. We started with the stuffed mushrooms, which were out of this world delicious, and my husband and I split a wonderful salad (Mike's Salad), tossed greens, cranberries, walnuts, blue cheese... just loaded right so each bite had a treat. Dinner was exceptional, Michael had the Chicken Piccata, and I had the Forney Jack Rabbit Special. The sauces in our dishes were amazing. Just the right touch for our meals that made it a special relief to have a meal at a first time restaurant for us such a success. We finished with dessert and coffee, and enjoyed our server Leo, who loves the food there as well and was very knowledgeable of the menu. This will be a regular for our family. Tried this place on a whim after reading a review from someone on Yelp. The ambience is very pleasing, like a small, cozy restaurant should be. The chicken fettuccine Alfredo here is solid. Why would you go to Olive Garden? The Alfredo sauce is so smooth, it's silky. Chicken slices are good, but the serving is a bit small to justify the $2.50 upcharge. Fettuccine noodles are great and the dish, while not huge, is piping hot when served. The "breadsticks" are interesting too! They are more like small rolls. Service, while not overly attentive, is good but could be better. I feel like that, plus the smaller portion dishes, would be the one thing holding them back from 5 stars. If you want delicious and reasonable priced Italian food- this is the spot. The restaurant it self is so classy and yet still casual. Love the way it's setup! I always get the spaghetti w meat sauce meatballs. Hostess and waiter was great. Their rolls and marinara sauce is soooo good as well. They don't speak to you much but I'm assuming it's because of a respect thing while we're eating ..or maybe the service is like that here..but don't get me wrong- service is good too; they refill our drinks without us even having to say anything lol back to where I was saying that they don't speak to you much. We went to this restaurant based on the reviews that I had seen here on Yelp. I was hoping the bread that was raved about would come close to the garlic knots at Siciliano's, but they almost tasted as if they were day old and reheated. I had the chicken piccata and it was so tart I could not finish it. The grade of the chicken used was probably a bit below par for the entree price of $11, but the sauce really made it to where I could not finish it. My husband had a chicken Caesar salad and said that the salad was watery and oily, but lacked flavorful dressing. So, what a bummer! For a restaurant so conveniently located, we were hoping for better. One of my assistants wanted to try this restaurant out for lunch yesterday so I said "Sure!, Italian food is always good!" Took a quick glance at the menu outside before stepping into what would turn out to be a not so fun culinary experience. So, here are my thoughts! Garlic bread : very soft and very good, the marinara sauce that was served with the bread was well seasoned and had chunks of tomatoes which was superb! And that's pretty much the highlight of this experience... Stuffed mushrooms: This appetizer was brought out on a hot boiling dish of cheese and some other stuff mixed in the goo. Not exactly what I have in mind when I order "stuffed" mushrooms. The cheese sauce was not that good and I couldn't even tell what the chunky inclusions were, perhaps the same primordial soup that created all living things. Now, I'm a huge fan of mushrooms, but I've never tried the "fun" kind so I can't really compare the tastes but I hear the "other" ones are terrible tasting and I suppose this comes pretty close to it. So, this dish had all of the bad taste along with no hallucinations, BUMMER! After trying the nasty shrooms and expecting paint on the walls to bubble and a massive black hole to appear on my assistants face I decided to try the "tried and tested" perennial Italian favorite, spaghetti!! And once again, what a sheer disappointment! I can make better spaghetti, I'm not joking! My spaghetti has been loved by all of my compatriots, but this dish was bland, had runny/watery marinara sauce, bland meat balls, bland sausage, etc... I dumped a ton of Parmesan cheese onto it (about half the bottle to be exact) and half a teaspoon of salt, but much to my dismay, the spaghetti could not be resuscitated. I don't even think Mario and Luigi OR hell, EVEN Ratoutville (BOLD claims, I know!) could stand a fair chance at saving this dish from the palate terrorizing blandness this dish had to offer. Very clean. The host was very polite. The food was hot and tasty. The pizza sauce was unlike any I have ever had. It wasn't bad but it was different. Their spaghetti meat sauce and marinara were good. My daughter got spaghetti and the noodles were slightly over cooked and very watery. However, the sauce covered the water some. The food took a little longer than we thought it should have but I think they were busier than usual. Our waitress did an okay job but she wasn't very friendly or welcoming. I order the shrimp fettuccine alfredo and I asked that I wanted to replace the chicken with shrimp. It said the cost was 10.99 on the menu. When I got my bill back I was charged with 19.11. they said that the shrimp cost 3.50 but it didn't make sense because they added chicken to my meal but I never wanted any. 10.99+3.50 does not equal 19.11. the waiter said because of tax and everything else... and it was a small bowl! I paid a total of 20.00 for the pizza which we could not eat(we don't like pepperoni) and she said she couldn't give me any credit or another sausage pizza. Door dash would only credit me 8.00. Came here with my sister for lunch during the week. Really just found this place on accident as we had our hearts set on Chipotle but saw this place from around the corner and said why not. I must say though, this place had me pleasantly surprised. We were greeted promptly as we walked in and was shown our seats. I'm guessing the owner was the one who seated us, very enthusiastic person and made us feel right at home. I had the chicken parmesan and my sister had a pasta dish, forgot the name sorry. The food was prepared fresh it looked like and everything tasted delish. Let me add that the bread they serve beforehand is super fresh and good. I love me some carbs!! Wonderful food. We really don't have many good Italian restaurants in this area so I had been hesitant to give this place a try. Napoli's is in the space previously occupied by Coopies at Firewheel Mall. I sincerely hope that bad memories of that restaurant are not hurting Napolis. Everything we had was extremely good. The bread is accompanied by a great marinara sauce that has that "long simmered" flavor without being overly salty. I had the Vicky's Special and my husband the Spaghetti and Meatballs and we both had the garden salad with the house dressing. Everything was fresh and perfectly prepared. We had a bottle of very reasonably priced Cabernet and split the Cannoli. Great service, large portions and prices that certainly will not hurt! Went here a few weeks ago for lunch. Our food took an unreasonable amount of time to be served. Waiter said something about the order machine not working. Service was okay, I believe there was a lot that was out of his control. I ordered the pasta carbonara and it was extremely hot, the pancetta was an unusual color (brown) and the "pasta" was basically egg noodles. My daughters had the basic spaghetti with meat sauce, no complaints from them. We ordered 2 pizzas to go but when we got home I noticed they had not put any mushrooms or Canadian bacon I had asked and was charged for! Also pizza was very good. Customer service: We came here to get slices of pizza and sodas to go. We sat in the waiting area sipping on our drinks while we waited for the pizza. When the pizza was ready, two of my friends asked for a drink refill so that the drink could be full before leaving. The waitress picked up the cups and "weighed" them with her hand. This place comes as close to five stars as any "less-than-oppressively-expensive" Italian place I've eaten. Their rolls are a magnificent change from everyone else's old breadsticks. Marinara is savory and not too tangy like most others. So far, I've enjoyed only one of their many pizzas but it was outstanding. I normally need to pile-on the Parmesan, pepper flakes, and salt; not here! Perfect seasoning and the many toppings didn't make the crust soggy.
