This place was really good, we had a couple couples massage. It was my first time getting a time. Massage to massage was great. The place was clean. It wasn't a building with all these other suites that had massage therapy as well but this one had really good reviews very satisfied with our services. It was the perfect way to start our trip after a five hour flight.

    Valentines photo opportunity

Just had a fabulous 5 star massage by Michelle. This was my second time visiting here and I have to say I really love that they tailor the massage to my needs. I asked for the couples massage with the deep tissue and I really really like deep tissue and she provided exactly what I needed. She tailored it to my left shoulder, which I had broken a few years ago and really needed some therapy. She also tailored it to my head and my back as well as my feet. I love when the massage therapist listens to all my requests and follows exactly what I need and this is exactly what she did I'll be returning every time I'm in Waikiki and the prices are incredibly fair The romance package which included beautiful flowers in the room as well as two 60 Minutes massages was $190 for a couple and it included the 20% gratuity! Do yourself a favor and definitely take a couple hours out of your day to go here ...they're so friendly, and expert at what they do

Best massage ever! We can't wait to return! They were kind, considerate, thorough, considerate an healing! It was the best day ever !Thank you for fixing our bodies during our lomi lomi couples massage!

Not the worst, but just not worth the price. My boyfriend and I went in for the weekday special couples massage for $266 for 90 minutes. This is with gratuity included as it states on their website. Mind you many of their other services are much pricier. We were able to book last minute which accommodated our busy schedules which was really nice. Finding the place and parking is easy, but they do not validate for parking although they had designated reserved parking stalls you could park in? Not sure why we had to pay when the parking was reserved, but was only $4 so not a big deal. The staff was nice and overall setup of the spa is regular, nothing fancy. There was relaxing music in the room, but no aromatherapy type of smells, or even fake candles. Just decorated to the bare minimum. The ambience of the room was not very great. They started the massage with the curtains wide open in the day time with a view of the Alawai. Which isn't horrible, but nothing spectacular. About 20 minutes in, I just couldn't relax so I asked if they could close the curtains. I hate speaking up about these kinds of things because I don't want to be THAT customer, but figured we're paying almost $300 I should speak up. Even when they closed the curtains, it was never really dark in the room so again ambience wasn't great. The massage itself was fine, I didn't particularly feel refreshed after. I got a lomilomi and my bf got a Swedish massage. He said it felt like they were just rubbing oil on him and putting pressure here and there. I on the other hand felt fine during the massage, but now am in pretty bad pain. My shoulders feel more sore than before I went in. My biggest ick was that they massaged our feet and then went on to massage our face and head after! I was so grossed out by this part. Lastly, I recommend paying cash. The credit card up charge was about $10 plus tax making our total about $287. All in all, it was fine. Mediocre at best. I wouldn't say that I would never ever come back, BUT I think your money could be spent elsewhere. At first, I thought I would rather spend an extra $30-$50 here than go somewhere cheaper that sucks and regret not splurging a little more for a better massage but not I feel like I should've booked someplace cheaper where I could've chosen my own gratuity.

Had an amazing massage by Eva. Highly recommend her if you're in the Waikiki area. The place is nice and clean. Located on the 26th floor.

As soon as you check in for your appointment, there are forms you will have to complete and while you do that, you are provided with a warm face towel and soothe the nerves and to begin your relaxation treatment. The staff member that greeted me was very warm and welcoming. You are offered a luxurious robe and slippers to wear during the entirety of your spa treatment. Prior to entering your treatment room, they ask you to wait in a beautifully curated and super cute room with a water dispenser and mixed nuts for you to enjoy while you wait. It was a whole vibe with low lighting , modern touches and such comfortable lounge chairs. Donna was the female who served me. She seemed very knowledgeable about how to better care for my skin and was thorough with each step she took. After your treatment, you have the option to take a nice, warm bath in their state of the art, delta showers and help yourself to the products in the bathroom. I can't wait to visit again :)

I had a wonderful massage experience at Uilani Spa from the moment I walked in. Everyone who works there is friendly and attentive. I was greeted with a refreshing hot towel for my hands and given a consent form to complete. Then I was escorted to the women's locker room with a bathrobe and slippers, where i changed and stored my belongings in a complimentary locker. Afterwards, I relaxed in a quiet, dimly lit lounge until my massage therapist, Yumiko, retrieved me. She expertly honed in on my problem areas before she began working on me. My shoulders were very tight and in pain while she worked on them. I heard my spine pop a few times. It's that moment of "Ahh..." when the pockets of tension you didn't know about are released and you wonder how much you were low grade suffering in daily life without realizing. I signed up for the lomi lomi massage, which I've never had before. I'm not sure if the hot towel treatment is part of every massage they do here but it's a nice touch that helps undo the knots. It's like Uilani thought of every little thing to help you relax beyond the massage itself. The massage cot can be adjusted to a seated position, which is how my massage ended. It's like they're easing you back into being vertical again. The experience continues: You go back to the lounge where you sip iced tea and eat a small crunchy snack before you leisurely make your way back to the locker room for a hot shower. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, a blow dryer, Q-tips... all provided for you. You're not rushed to pay and get out. This place is about 50% more than another place where i had a one year membership, but all the little touches they use to enhance your relaxation and enjoyment make the experience so relaxing. You didn't just get a massage, you got a full relaxing experience.

We had the Platinum Body Scrub (#5), and one had the facials only. My technician was Mina. She performed my service package. At other spas I've been to, different people performed different tasks in the spa package. Mina was excellent at everything, from scrubs and massages to facials. She was professional, friendly, and thorough with her work. She also provided instructions after each item session (my package included facility use, scrub, massage, and facials). I got to the facility ~30 mins before my appointment. An employee walked me through the facility and provided instructions. I used the hot tub and plunge pool before the scrub. After my session was done with Mina, I had lunch with friends. After that, I used the dry and charcoal rooms. The business was clean and organized. They had lockers for us to store our things in. The posted signs on the wall were a little confusing, but you can always ask the staff if you are unclear. They were friendly. In the beginning, I was a little nervous about booking for my group after reading the negative reviews and responses, as I wanted the day to go smoothly since we were there to celebrate birthdays. Anyway, I'm glad it went well :).

For me, I expect more if I'm paying a total of $187 for a 60-minute massage. FACILITY: There's a utilitarian wet sauna (e.g., no aromatherapy), dry sauna, and hot & cold pools inside; a small lounge area is outside with what appears to be a jacuzzi. I say "appears" because I just happened to notice the jets. There was no sign identifying it or explaining how to turn it on. The wet sauna was off and there was no sign explaining how to turn that on, either. PERSONAL AMENITIES: You're given a nice robe and one towel. I was only told to bring a bathing suit, so I was expecting disposal spa slippers. Nope. I had to walk everywhere barefooted, including the locker area where people (naturally) had walked in their outside shoes. Ugh. You could pick up a small tube of hand/body lotion, a small shaving kit (disposable razor & tube of generic shaving cream) and/or a small vanity kit (tiny nail file, cotton swabs & cotton pad) at the sinks. There were no snacks or even drinking water available unless you had a massage -- then you were given a bottle of water when it was over. MASSAGE: This is the first time I thought to myself, while getting a massage, "This woman could easily kill me with her bare hands!" Her hands were that strong. She'd asked me if I wanted my massage "hard" or "soft," and I replied, "medium, and we'll see how that goes." Well, it went very painfully at times -- I had to tell her repeatedly to go softer. It's a week later and my shoulders still hurt with certain movements. SERVICE: The receptionist (the only person always onsite; the masseusses and such are called in when needed) was not very gracious when I asked her how to turn on the wet sauna and only reluctantly went back and did it ... so I didn't bother to request her help to use the jacuzzi. Clear communication, in general, was lacking. For one, I was told on the phone that a bathing suit was necessary for the saunas, but once I got there, was told I could choose to just wear a towel. I've read the other reviews, and I see that they offer a kamaaina discount. No one told me that, even though I said at multiple points (on the phone and onsite) that I lived in the neighborhood. BOTTOM LINE: I'll try some other day spa next time I want to pamper myself.
