I visited Eden nails and spa on 06/21/25, I arrived at 3:30 PM. Unfortunately, I had to leave at 6:00 PM without having my nails completed. Other clients who arrived after me were finished before me. Additionally, I was not asked if I wanted shellac on my toes--they just assumed and applied regular nail polish without consulting me. I found the service to be highly unprofessional and disappointing. I hope they take this feedback seriously to improve their customer service. read more

They don't honor appointments, the woman at the door is extremely nasty, and the price for acrylic fill-ins has increased from $23 to $30 (three weeks ago) to $35 (yesterday). I won't be back. Well I got to this salon at 4:50 and there weren't but 4 other customers in the salon so I though perfect I'd be in and out. I was not greeted upon getting there so I just stood there waiting on a greeting 9 months pregnant. I'd give this 0 stars if I could. I went here one time before. And my experience was TOTALLY different. My brows were amazing! I got so many compliments. I guess it's my fault since I didn't get the same person. I should have insisted. First, I painted my brows on today. The woman who did them started waxing them without taking off what I put on top. How can you possibly see my actual brow if I had stuff on them? Do you know how LAZY you have to be to not get a cotton ball and wipe it off? Then she made them as SKINNY as I have ever had them. I personally just did not have a good experience here. I had never been to this nail salon before and decided to give it a try. I had a time restraint and I called ahead to ask if they were busy and the lady on the phone said said no so I got up as quick as I can and headed straight over. I arrrived about 25 minutes later, entered through the door and politely asked if they were busy (for the 2nd time) if not I would like a pedicure. I already knew what color I wanted I was ready! The lady that I asked said no and told me to take a seat at an empty chair. Let me set the scene for everyone. There were about 4-5 ladies working that day and each one of them was with a client BUT no one else was waiting to be next besides me. I sat for about 7 min when one lady came up to me and nicely offered wine and turned on the massage chair. She probably knew I was going to be sitting there for a long time. I sat and I sat and I sat! I sat for over an hour! One thing I hate is when my time is wasted. I could've left, ran an errand, and came back in the time I was waiting. I think what made me mad was that no one said a word to me while I was waiting. One lady finished her client and went to help another lady when she could've started on me. I know you're probably thinking why would you wait that long? Just leave! BUT I was desperate and this was my only day off. Anyway, someone finally got to me do I decided to change my attitude around. I got upset again when it took another hour for the lady to do a BASIC underwhelming pedicure. It seemed as if she really worked hard on it too. But I had to tell her twice that my nail was crooked she just couldn't see it. I will most likely not be back. read more

Got here around 5:38 pm and inquired about their different packages. I was trying to get some specific details about their pedicure packages. As I perused the menu, another customer came in and asked for a shellac refill and the nail tech A at the front desk left me standing there and settled in to assist her with the refill. I told nail tech A my choice and she told me to have a seat. Another customer (customer B) came in and had a seat also. When one of the other nail techs became free, she called customer B before me, could be because she was a regular or because the first lady didn't notify them that I was waiting. When they called up the customer B, nail tech A saw that I was watching all of this and so put me in one of the pedicure chairs. She then explained to me that when another nail tech became free (she gestured at a nail tech now applying a clear coat to a client) that I would be helped. I sat there like an idiot waiting, but after 5 minutes, I picked myself up and took myself over to Royal Nails and Spa where they were having a 20% off nail special and where I was immediately helped. Although they are further I much rather giving them my business. As I walked out nail tech A kept asking if I couldn't.....I walked out at 6:04 p.m. While the wait was not a problem, the fact that not one, but two walk-ins came in after me and was dealt with before I was totally felt like a huge form of disrespect to me. I come here literally all the time it's 2 minutes away from my house. Majority of the time the service is decent but I just had to speak up today because today a new girl I never seen before was working and she was pretty nice but I came for a nail fix and the results was just terrible. The whole time she's on her phone, and she put the acrylic on then put me under the lamp. Never filed, buff, or anything to the nail. Then after she finished polish she removed it twice before she got it right in which i didn't understand. Finally it's done in like not even 10 minutes and this was the result. I have mixed feelings about this place... If you want a relaxing massage from a long day at work, do NOT come here... BUT if you're in a rush and need great nails in the shortest amount of time possible, then this is the place to be. Came after work on a Friday. It was around 2pm and there was a decent amount of ppl here already. I needed my nails to look amazing for someone's birthday later during the day, but was also exhausted and needed some relaxation. I asked for a pedi ($20), gel+manicure ($25), and eyebrow waxing ($8). The pedicure was very rushed. The tech barely pushed my cuticles back and went through each process in just a few seconds when I know she could've taken more of her time and been more careful. My leg massage was even more rushed and was probably one of the worst massages I've ever had :/ she applied no pressure at all. She was basically just wiping/rubbing my skin :/. My mani was done by a different tech, but the result was the same. She was super speedy, and as the salon got more and more packed with customers, she went even faster. Felt like my gel nails were barely under the UV light between each coat. I had to make it obvious I wanted it in there longer when asked me to take my hand out cuz I knew it hadn't been enough time. She also barely rubbed/wiped my right arm during the massage like the other tech... And she didn't even massage my left arm or hand at all! I was totally jipped. In the end my nails came out fabulous though. Manicure tech did an amazing job at cleaning up the sides of my nails, even though she was going at 100mph. I was surprised my gel nails looked so amazing (probably cuz of my demanding it dry for longer under the light). And my eyebrows were on fleek. I may actually only come back here for brows. But as you can see, this place had a lot of pros and cons. Toes were great, gel nail quality came out amazing, brows were on point.... but I didn't get to relax or enjoy any moment of it. read more

Myky (pronounced Mikey) is the only person at this salon I allow to do my nails. She does everything you tell her to do and doesn't try to convince you to get something you don't want. Plus, she soaks my acrylic nails off instead of using the white tip to separate the acrylic from my nail (which I hate because it is extremely painful). I give 4 stars because the pedicures aren't the best. I usually feel rushed and they tend to not do a very thorough job of taking off the dead skin. read more

The best thing about this nail salon is that they are fast and more importanly effecient. They have the good OPI polish...not the cheapo stuff. The ladies here are great.
