Ordered a Mother's Day Gift Box (screen shot below) that was supposed to come with a stackable gift box. Instead, I received flowers and the most standard box of chocolate covered strawberries. The description clearly states "Classic, chocolate-dipped strawberries meet beautiful blooms in a stackable gift box that's meant for two "wow" moments rather than one," meaning my delivery should've come with the stackable gift box. So disappointed, this was not the presentation I expected, especially for $150! I understand it was a holiday and can't even imagine how busy it must've gotten, but I would've preferred them to cancel the order or let me know that I need to pick another option at a lower price (even though I ordered this a week in advance). I recently had a promo for a free cone & was unable to redeem online. I called into the location for assistance. I spoke with a young lady that said they weren't doing cones due to Mothers day weekend. I asked for the manager for further assistance being that I had tried to redeem the promo 2x prior during the week online. Angie, The manager was very accommodating & assisted me with getting the promo redeemed. Both were very helpful & handled the concern well. I had a horrible experience yesterday, walked in to order my wife a gift for valentine's day. A female hispanic lady with glasses was helpful but i asked if they can deliver on valentine's day she stated yes but later in the day. The female white, glasses heavy build while she was sitting down on the phone told her coworker the word deliver shouldn't have come out of her mouth and then proceeded to tell me that they have schools, businesses first and they can't do home deliveries she was just so rude. I tried going to this location at 6:30pm on a Tuesday (hours posted that store closed at 7:00pm M-F). "OPEN" sign was on and some lights were still on in the shop, when trying to open the door It was locked - sign said the door sticks and to pull hard, but this was locked. We called the store to ask someone in the back to open the front door and we were immediately put on hold. We called two times after a few minutes of being on hold and no one answered. This location unfortunately lost a potential customer. I am sure if there were people in the front end of the store I would have a more positive review. read more

So thank the lord above for this staff! They saved the day for me. I had originally placed an order at the country side location (wahhh, wahhh) and all was well until I showed up to retrieve my scrumptious strawberries & not a living soul was around to give them to me. So I thought okay maybe they're on a delivery. I waited.... now as I waited I realized my fiancé would be home soon & my little set up idea I had in mind was close to being ruined. It's not 20 mins past my pick up time and I start to frantically look for different stores around me to attempt to make a new fast order. Welp! Eureka! Mike answered the phone at the archer location & told me he would be happy to make my strawberries & to come on by. As mike and I were on the phone I see the female worker coming back to the countryside location with her edible arrangements shirt, the store keys & a dog - yes a furry friend in tow with her. She opens the door and lets fredo Just waltz right in with her. Ummmmm ewwwwww! Mike reassured me he had my back and Just to go in and ask for a refund. Well I sure did. I raced over to the archer location via i55 during rush hour on a Friday (I love my fiancé people) and I finally obtained my mixed topping strawberries. I ordered an edible arrangement online after hours (once the shop was closed) a night prior to when I needed it delivered the following morning. I called the shop in the morning to make sure they had my order, and when I asked if I can get it delivered before 11 am, they informed me that they usually don't deliver anything starting at 11 am but they would try their best. I understood and went on with my day. I get a text from my mother (it was her birthday) telling me it was delivered and it was 10:30 am! These folks went above and beyond to deliver a delicious box of chocolate-covered strawberries! I ordered the treats as a gift for my daughter who was visiting the area for an athletic competition. The address I used when I ordered these treats was wrong--long story!-- and so the delivery failed. Then the driver went to the new address but--unable to confirm my daughter was there because the room was listed under her team only--could not deliver the berries. I talked with the store staff and on the third attempt, the strawberries were delivered. I know the store was busy with Valentine's Day business and deliveries but they never expressed frustration with the situation, even though the fault was mine. Wow, what an amazing location! I've been to so many Edible Arrangements locations as its a perfect gift for client pop up visits. However, this location takes the cake! Long story short, Nicole Mendez helped me. And by helping me, she absolutely nailed every possible point that she could have. And then an additional couple points for the heck of it. She isn't a manager, but if I was her manager, I'd definitely be keeping my eyes open on promotion when the time comes around. Went to this location to pick up my order which consisted of 4 boxes of chocolate covered fruits and cashier/ clerk refused to give me an extra plastic bag! Offered to pay for the plastic bag but still refused! The next day spoke to the owner/manager Ricardo who related that because of the high volume of business due to the promotion they would not give customers an extra plastic bag!!!! I received an arrangement as a gift yesterday and my friend told me how much my friends collected to send me this get well fruit bouquet. To say the least I am so disappointed with the quality and the smallest amount of fruit that was used to make this.. It was so bare and the fruit which was used probably cost $5 . My husband received an edible arrangement from coworkers a get well soon after his surgery. It was horrible we had to toss it out. Nothing was ripe very hard no flavor and the strawberries were extra extra ripe. I picked up two arrangements from this location on Mother's Day morning, before church. I expected it to be packed and got there about 20 minutes earlier than I told them I would be because I was prepared for a line out the door. Not so! The place was pretty empty, which I took as a good sign only because I needed to rush across town to get to church with my moms. The location itself is clean, which is good. I could see into the kitchen in the back and saw that the prep areas were clean as well, which gives you piece of mind when you're presenting fresh-cut fruit to your mom for Mother's Day. My wait time was a little longer than I would have liked or expected for Mother's Day morning. I arrived early expecting it to be crowded, but when I saw that it was empty, I was hoping to be in and out. I walked in, told the girl behind the counter I was there to pick up two arrangements, and I waited. And waited. And waited still. Overall, I think I waited about 15 minutes. I was annoyed when someone came in and picked up an arrangement while I was still waiting. He paid for it and left. Perhaps they were still cutting and dipping my arrangements, which accounts for the delays, but I wasn't offerred an explanation. There's not much to sit and look at in the lobby area, because it's meant mainly for choosing arrangements or for walking in and picking up what you need, not for browsing. If I was going to order another one, I'd go to this location because it's close, not necessarily because of the service. However, despite the wait time, the fruit was fresh and delicious and both moms raved about it, so I upped my review based on their satisfaction. read more

Your store really does an amazing job in ensuring quality products are being delivered. Usually pictures are prettier than the real thing. I received the chocolate pineapple "cakes," chocolate covered bananas, strawberries and apples, and truffles for my birthday. Everything was too pretty to eat! Went in on a Friday morning hoping to get chocolate covered strawberries with out an order. They did not have any made but said they could make me a fresh dozen if I didn't mind waiting a few minutes. I usually place my orders online, but today I came into their store to buy an arrangement for a dental office. The worker Angela was such a great help! Explained different fruit arrangements that I could buy along with prices. Then she made sure to go beyond and answer my question to my free box of arrangement for my birthday month.
