At 5:00pm, we start trying to call the store they assigned it to, and the national customer service number only to constantly get disconnected or redirected to voicemails that go unanswered. $300.00 for no service and no product? I called Monday (September 25) mid day because of the lack of update and it's stalled progress and no answer or call back after leaving a voice mail. I made the decision to order an arrangement for my daughters birthday as a surprise! I called several times Friday morning and afternoon and left a message for a return call bcuz I had questions about additions to an arrangement that were not listed on the site. I called again on Saturday and still no pick up or return call from Friday. I decided to place an online order Sunday for delivery Monday. From 11am the status has been "en-route" . it is now 4:30pm and there has been no delivery. Needless to say I have called at 12:30, 2:30, 4:30 only to get the same message. I ordered and paid for a fruit basket for over $100 to be picked up at 12:30 pm. Dont even bother with the Plano Store on Coit Road. I needed a birthday gift for my brother and his wife so I went to my Cedar Hill Store and placed an order on Sept 9 for delivery Sept 17. My brothers birthday comes and goes and they do not get the order. I tracked the order and status shows it was never even filled. I called the Plano store monday morning and never got in touch with anyone. I could only leave a voice mail or it disconnects. After 3 tries and a leaving a voice mail i called my Cedar Hill store. They could not reach the Plano store. Cedar Hill gave me the number to the corporate office and they could not transfer the order to the next closest store. As a small business owner in the Dallas area, I too have been affected by COVID and the weather/power/water challenge. We were fortunate to have a week's notice that this storm was coming and so I reached out to my clients to make them aware of likely impending issues. Communication is so important and so I used whatever means to keep them updated and checked on them as well. Although I called Edible Arrangements several times just for an update, I never heard from the store and received unreliable information from the call center. I understood that there would be a delay, of course, but it now been four days after roads have opened up and power has been restored. I finally requested the refund through the call center today. Very sad this did come through for a very dear friend's birthday as she turned 71 alone and continues to be housebound awaiting her Covid vaccine. read more

To say that I am frustrated is an understatement. I placed an online order on a Tuesday and scheduled the delivery for Sunday. The website accepted the order and I assumed everything was handled. I got a call Wednesday stating that the store is closed on Sunday and the delivery date needed to be changed. I informed them that delivery for Saturday or Monday was fine. Whatever was easiest. By Tuesday (a week after the order was placed) it still had not been delivered. I called the store 5 times with no answer. Finally I had to drive to the store at 1pm and try to sort the issue out. Upon walking in, the front desk area was a mess. I told the young guy working up front that I had attempted to call them 5 times but no one answered. He responded that the phones were turned off.... I asked the young guy working up front if someone could track a delivery order for me. I gave him my order number but he was unable to locate it. Finally I had to give him my name and phone number for him to find where I had placed the order. He said he needed to check on the order and went to the back. He spent about 10 minutes in the back before he returned with my order. He, or someone else, were obviously attempting to throw my order together right then and there. He tried to hand me the order and I reminded him again, this was for Delivery!!! By 6pm that same day my order still had not been delivered. Now I have to follow up again tomorrow. And my delivery is already 3 days late from the original order. Terrible customer service and recovery service. ***Update-today marks two days since the original order was placed. The order was never delivered. I placed a call to customer service and the issue was not resolved. I placed a second call to customer service who finally reached the store by phone. They took my info are supposed to process a refund today. We shall see what happens. After spending nearly $90 on chocolate covered strawberries, within two days the strawberries had MOLD on them. After calling the store they were of no help and gave no information as to why that would have happened. Obviously still frustrated, I looked into how long strawberries should stay fresh before molding. Typically strawberries unwashed and refrigerated should stay fresh for 5-7 days. Washed refrigerated strawberries stay fresh for only 2 days. Although it makes sense now why the strawberries have molded, the store SHOULD have explained why they were molded after two days instead of implying "sorry about your bad luck". We still won't be returning based on the outrageous price for strawberries that won't get eaten within two days. read more

I arrived but the store was not even open, i waited for 30 mins with 2 other customers and called the number, which directed me to a call center, and spoke with Adrian. He tried contacting the store and apologized because he couldn't reach anyone, he suggested i come back later and speak with the mgr for a credit. I came back an hour later and spoke with a girl, she apologized and said she was locked out all morning so hadn't had the opportunity to even start my order, so i would need to come back. I returned @ 1:00 and my orders were ready, she advised the card printer wasn't working properly so i should be refunded and they were out of lids for my platters. i spoke with the mgr and explained this was my 3rd trip on an order 4 hours late and he didn't care! I ordered an arrangement yesterday from Edible Arrangements for the first time and what a pleasant surprise! I had a special request for all white chocolate instead of semi sweet on the strawberries and they met the request without hesitation. I was torn between the small and regular sized arrangement. When I was told that the small one would have approx 30 strawberries in it, I easily selected the smaller one. I have seen (and tasted) what was delivered and it is substantial and DELICIOUS!!
