UPDATE. Edible arrangements customer service DOES NOTHING. I emailed twice about this order and issue. They just emailed me back a few weeks later saying the issue was closed. Never got an email from anyone even apologizing. I officially will never spend any money at any edible arrangement locations after this. I advise people not to buy from this location specifically. It's unbelievable the stuff they give paying customers. I really do not know how this location is still open after seeing other reviews.

Ordered these for delivery through DoorDash for my mother on Mother's Day and was pretty happy with the result. I paid around $80-$90 total (including delivery + tip). I think the pictures don't actually match the bouquet that was delivered in terms of color, but I am happy with the quantity. Just look at that picture! I wish the wrapping was a bit better-- the plastic looks cheap to me and I would've preferred brown paper wrapping.

    Never buying from here again

I ordered from this location and was very disappointed. I paid almost $50 for chocolate covered strawberries and they were barely coated in chocolate. This was a Valentine's Day gift and was left disappointed.

    Get well arrangement for $115!

Do not order from this store. I ordered a large $115 fruit arrangement. The recipient sent a photo of what they received. They sent the small arrangement with about $20 worth of fruit. This store rips you off! I called and the manager never responded to me. Find another vendor. They are dishonest with no customer service! I e-mailed the corporate office (there is no telephone number to be found anywhere). I received a robotic response that the store would contact me directly. Well, they didn't. Three phone calls to the store and an e-mail to corporate, and no response. Why would you want to patronize a business that completely ignores you?!

The process of placing the order, payment, and delivery was quick and easy. Unfortunately when I got inside, I opened the box, and they put this awkward heavy piece of paper on top of the deserts. This piece of paper the company put, it took off chunks of the brownies in the box, and messed up the marble design so it looked overall messy. This piece of paper also took off and made the frosting on the cakes look especially messy...Will not be ordering again.

If you want to surprise someone and give them something sweet, get them these strawberries and cookies! ::Dessert:: The strawberries are delicious but you need to eat them as soon as possible because they don't last long. If you wait too long the strawberries get soggy and wet. I also enjoyed the chocolate chip cookies, it was crispy and soft. On another occasion, I received another surprise but this time it had pineapples. I wasn't a fan of the pineapples because it was bland and not sweet. ::Delivery:: The person who delivered the package made sure I was home and she was wearing a mask. ::M's Notes:: Order online

I got afraid after reading all the reviews here on Yelp though I will say my experience was a bit different. I ordered online and had same day delivery (which was $15, yeah it's not cheap.) I was surprised to have it delivered within three hours and I got exactly what was expected. Fruits looked fresh and cut into the shapes that it was supposed to be. Definitely not cheap, I believe I paid like $67 dollars after some discounts but I got exactly what I expected. Would order again if I need some more edible arrangements!

See! No balloon! No teddy bear!
    Joanna C.

Birthday FAIL! I sent my 2 year old nephew a birthday package with an edible arrangement, teddy bear and balloon on April 1. They only delivered the edible arrangement without teddy bear or balloon. My sister in law sent me a picture of the arrangement but not the bear or the balloon. I asked her, but she said that it never arrived, even sent me a picture of her front door camera with the delivery guy bringing only the edible arrangement. I called the next day and asked them to just deliver the bear and balloon. They just take down my info and say someone is going to call me back, but no one has. I had to call again today. Apparently, only the manager and owner can fix these situations and they never seem to be in the store. What a shame! They haven't sent me a refund or given me a call back. I'm going to have to call corporate. All this trouble for the $2 teddy bear and $1 balloon that they charged me $89.98 (+ $9.99 delivery charge). TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

    Instructions on drop off time

My mother had bought an arrangement for my birthday today and wanted to originally surprise me at my job with it , paid the extra for delivery of course and even told them what it was for . The big guy who delivered the arrangement was first off LATE 40 MINS , second rude as hell to my mom and had an attitude because HE was late ? Clearly on the paper it says before 2:00 . He was then arguing with my mom that he didn't want to drop it off at our house . I think if she paid money to have an order taken to a spot AND with a time frame that was set which wasn't met and he didn't call in advance as well , he should go out of his way to drop it off max 7-8 mins away to make up for the "silly" mistake . At drop off as well he had an attitude. This location needs better drivers and better communication skills .

These flowers were not fresh when delivered to me. Disappointed how they're dying already
    Yvonne L.

I received flowers and they were bad . Roses and sunflowers were in the process of dying and sh. Edible arrangements advertises the fresh flowers and fruit. Although it was a sweet gesture from a friend, I woke up this morning to see my roses dying as well as my sunflowers. Disappointed, considering that edible arrangements is a bit pricey :( I recommend buying flowers from your local ladies selling flowers on the street. Invest in them not big companies like these

The chocolate-dipped strawberries were disappointingly small, and each one was only half coated in chocolate.

No parking, way too busy, way too full to seat us, a line bursting out the door, the tiny bakery cafe still seduced us. That is, Mr B circled the block in the car but pushed me out to get in line. It was the idea of a flaky, buttery, chocolate croissant crumbling all over his shirt that made him do it. And I had no intention of saying no. The line went quickly. The last Kouign Amann had just escaped my clutches to the guy in front of me, darn it. But there were still trays upon trays of freshly baked, massive chocolate croissants displayed in their custom, wood display case right next to the register. Sorry about no pictures, but you know how things get out of hand sometimes. However if you want to experience an orgasm in pastry form, I suggest you high tail it here.

The staff was very nice and we ordered the classics. - Croissant : was fresh, flaky and a good size. The only small issue: 20% of it goes on the table as it literally crumbles at each bite. A good croissant should have some elasticity lacking here. - Pain au chocolat: quite large with maybe too much chocolate. But the flavor was on point. I liked it but my wife thought the extra chocolate was too much of the good thing. She reminded me that in the pain au chocolat in France, you actually feel the chocolate under the tooth at each bite. Between the two, I would get the plain croissant next time. Final thoughts: These pastries are more expensive than in other places( pain au chocolat for almost $7 and croissant for $5.5). Would I come back: yes to get the plain croissant.

Luckily, today I was in the area with my best friend to get a massage, and it was only about 10 minutes away from where we were, so we decided to stop by. The egg tarts here were honestly as good as people had said they were. They were delicious, and I especially loved how affordable they were. The staff was also very nice, and the restroom was so clean. The parking sign said that parking was free for 2 hours, but we only stayed for about 10 minutes to grab and eat our egg tarts. My friend said that after parking there, she met the owner of a restaurant next door, who told her that the parking is actually only free for 1 hour. Either way, we left after about 10 minutes because it was almost time for our massage appointment.
