Every time we come to the Escape Game and try a new room, we are blown away by the tech they use. It's not-your-average mom & pop escape room, and for that reason we LOVE it. It operates with a first-come reservation basis, but each room has a max of 8-12 players. This means that you can bring your whole group in, and there's a chance you might have some strangers joining you as well if there's still space. We tend to wait last minute and book the rooms with no reservations yet so we can try to do them on our own. This time, our game keepers Ally and Marcy were so sweet and helpful. Can't recommend her enough! We will keep coming back!

For the Game Show Showdown, we split into two teams and competed in the Wheel of Fortune, Jeopardy, and Family Feud. My group had lots of laughs from start to finish, and the friendly competition made it even more fun. Our game show host brought so much energy and enthusiasm that it really elevated the experience. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a group activity where everyone can participate and have a great time. Next, we went to the Excalibur escape room. The room is themed around the legend of King Arthur, where Merlin has hidden Excalibur under a powerful spell. The puzzles weren't easy, but they were fair, and when we needed a little help, the staff gave us helpful clues. My team escaped with 8 minutes left. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and explained everything clearly before each activity. From check-in to the end of our visit, everything was smooth and organized.

Apparently we had broken the rules by taking photos (for memories). He came into the room and yelled at us for taking photos, which my brother took maybe 2 of for memories. He would not let us talk and we were very stunned. He very rudely told us to leave. If the mics were working and we heard him we obviously would have stopped. None of us heard anything while we were playing. The worker was also very rude originally and was very disrespectful. Very unpleasant and disappointing. Our gamemaster, Jerry, made the whole experience, especially when we were escaping SASHA. He really paid attention and offered hints only when we were really struggling. I do appreciate that he really abided by the level of help we requested initially. Most places will give you X number of hints which can add pressure to the experience, but Wild Goose offers unlimited hints but based on your groups preference. (Super helpful, only when needed/asked for, no help). Overall, great time! I'll be keeping an eye out for their new rooms. And thank you, Jerry! You were the best!! I like how this theme was different. since a lot of escape rooms are like relics, zombies, etc. We made a reservation and everything was fairly quick to get us situated and started in our room. I would say this one was not as exciting compared to other rooms, and a bit small. I like how it did not rely too heavily on locks and codes. The Game Master was not too involved and honestly not very enthusiastic. I think when you do have game masters that are really fun, it really improves the game. Of all escape room places so far, this was just mid tier for me!
