Not sure how they are getting customers? Maybe the customers are being forced into liking the service that was provided? I went in and requested Michelle based on the pictures on Google. I asked for an ashy root color and haircut and walked out with dark red roots and a haircut that looked like a 3 year old cut. Random non connecting pieces of hair on the top of my head and my length not really touched. The owner asked me to come in so he could get everything resolved and even offered me free product. I walked out with absolutely nothing and no refund was issued. I ended up going home and bleaching my roots and I am yet to find someone that can fix my haircut. The reviews are not real and Michelle does not know how to do hair. 300$ down the drain. read more
