Service was great and clean dining room. The food was questionable ordered the Nashville hot with some dirty fries. The sandwich has potential but dues to them using chicken strips/fingers the overall integrity and structure of the sandwich just fell apart once the wrapping came off. The coleslaw and chicken kept falling out so I ended up using a fork to eat it. The dirty fries sauce was sweet and had too much of it which through off the sauce to fry ratio making it taste like desert. I've been here twice already and have enjoyed the experience both times. The staff have been nice. The place is clean. The food is good, fresh and is prepared fairly quickly. Big portions. Chicken is flavorful and crispy even after driving and it eating at home. The crack sauce well deserves it's name. It's delicious and addicting. My only complaint is about the rice in the rice bowl. Just finished the Island Bird with avocado. Love, love, love this entree! The chicken was crunchy on the outside and so moist, tender, and flavorful on the inside. The combination of the crunchy chicken, rice, mac salad, avocado, and cole slaw was perfect! I got the banana pudding for dessert and it was super yummy - totally hit the spot! First time customer. Tried the mild hot Nashville sandwich, seasoned fries, and the banana pudding. The chicken over all was cooked nicely, the seasoning was on the sweeter side. The fries were probably the best part. The crack sauce just tastes like a sweet honey mustard sauce, not bad, but nothing to write home about. The banana pudding was very disappointing. I asked the cashier before if they make it in house and he assured me they do, so I was excited to try it. When I tried it, no joke it was straight whipped cream with bananas and chunks of bread. First time here. Came in for breakfast. You can combo your order by adding hash brown and juice or any side and a fountain drink. You order first and they bring your food. They check on you in case you want any condiments or extra crack sauce. We tried the egg and bird and the country bird and added a fried egg. We also tried a side of hot elotes. Very yummy. Just the right combination of flavors. Will have to return and try wings. The chicken pieces were huge. First time I've seen the pictures match what you get. I had heard about Egg N Bird for the first time on Instagram a few months back and had totally intended to try them once they opened but completely forgot until I found myself in the same shopping center they were in while running errands for work so I decided to stop in for lunch. I was totally excited because I'd see all the hype on social media and the photos of the food looked amazing so I figured it was meant to be. When I got inside the decor was great, the whole place very clean but what I immediately noticed was that I, aside from two other customers wrapping up to leave, was the only person in there. It was a few minutes before an employee finally popped her head out from the back and then quickly rushed to the front to take my order. They're menu while all chicken had a lot of options that looked really good. The offered breakfast options, lots of sandwiches, salads and sides that included things like coleslaw, Mac and cheese and French fries. After reviewing the menu I decided on a Nashville chicken sandwich, mild because anything too hot for me just doesn't taste good and French friends fries. I really appreciated this was the kind of place where they had the option to make your meal a combo or not but they didn't force you to buy everything separately like at other places. I got my food relatively quickly and was on my way. My first thought when I pulled my food out of the bag was the fries looked like they'd been there all day. They were barely room temp and looked a little sparse. To be fair they open at 8 and I was there at 12 so it's a possibility that I was getting the end of the last batch before they made new ones but still my first impression was off to a bad start. Moving onto the chicken sandwich all I can say was it was a mess. The paper it as wrapped in was greasy and soaked, I took my first bite and the bread being as soft and saturated as it was made the whole sandwich fall apart. For what it's worth the chicken itself was good and the mild sauce had decent flavor but for the price tag it just didn't give what I had expected it to. That was one of the best chicken sandwiches that I've had in a long time. Most place over salt their chicken, but this is one place that didn't overuse salt for seasoning. Finally. As soon as we entered, we were promptly greeted by a man named MJ. At least that is what my receipt shows as the employee who helped my husband and I out. Our first impression was with how clean and modern the decor in the restaurant was. It was also very busy for only being 9:30 in the morning. MJ was very helpful and attentive. He was also very friendly and helped us in getting in the right direction for the best possible experience as first timers. My husband and I both decided on the Nashville Hot Sandwich. We both got the "hot" level, but I got mine without pickles. This was the best chicken sandwich my husband and I have both ever tried! It was packed with flavor, and the chicken was crispy. I am also typically not a fan of coleslaw, but I enjoyed it immensely. The sides of "crack sauce" was also a wonderful touch to our meals. I would recommend eating this at the restaurant or maybe in your car, because the bread does soak up all the flavors of the sauce and may get soggy if you must travel with it. read more

The food we ordered when I got home was half right I ordered bahnme and Korean sandwiches and only got bahnme and a regular sandwich did not get extra sauce I paid for and it took almost 40 minutes to get my order. The sandwich I ordered that they got right was very good but service is terrible. I hope they fix it cause the sandwich was good.
