Ordered an Original with smoked bacon. The flavor is good, but the egg texture is not desirable. I prefer my scrambled eggs firmer. The egg oozed out of the sides. The bacon was not chopped and left in tact, when you take a bite the entire piece comes out of the sandwich. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The store was clean and inviting. We just tried the new location in Anaheim HIlls. I had the bacon egg & cheese sandwich, and my husband had the burrito, unfortunately it wasn't our favorite. I guess we're not used to the texture of the eggs. They were fluffy and seemed uncooked, but I think that is just how they are made. Plus we had a 30 min wait to get our food. Not our kind of breakfast. Hopefully it was just because they just opened and they are still working out the kinks. I don't think we will be going back. read more

The menu is curated and intentionally curated - they do their signature thing well and they stick to that, like In-N-Out. The eggs are fluffy and delicious - whatever they mix in there gives them a nice, creamy texture - and the Royal burrito is a great take on a breakfast burrito, similar enough that it knows what it is but unique enough you won't find it elsewhere. We had a small mishap with my order but DeAndre fixed it quickly and was a consummate professional. Will absolutely return. read more

They are still new so I won't rate it 0 stars but I tossed the patty on the burger and just ate it as egg sandwich. The burger patty was overly sweet with bulgoggi marinade. The worst experience I have had in a really long time! It took 42 minutes to get my order. I asked a number of times just to be refunded and they kept saying that the food was on its way. Obviously not true! I tried to ask the manager, Paul to refund my Food and he went back in the kitchen and disappeared, pretending like he was checking on my food, but it wasn't even done. The manager looks like he's very unprofessional towards his staff, as I could hear yelling coming from the back. Seems like a toxic work environment and I wouldn't recommend anyone I know to work here. The food was good but because of poor management and treatment of employees, I will not be back. Love coming to this place! It's conveniently located in the same shopping center as my job so a lot of the time I am coming in a rush to get what I need before work. I can surely say that they never disappoint. Staff is always so friendly and I never have to wait too long for my order. Literally in and out and I have come on some pretty busy days. First and last time here. Came in and no one acknowledged me. It was my first time here so I didn't know you were supposed to place the order by myself with the kiosk. Probably because there were 2 workers standing there having a conversation with each other 2 feet in front of me and neither even looked at me for several minutes. I stood there awkwardly while they finished their conversation. Eventually the guy said i could either place the order with him or the kiosk. While I was waiting, another woman came in and started ordering on the kiosk. Has I known I would have submitted my order before her. She RUSHED to get that order in before me. Because I waited several minutes to even be told this, I put my order in about 20 seconds after her. The result? Me waiting 10 extra minutes. The woman who ended up having her order go through 20 seconds or less before mine got hers in just a few minutes. First and definitely last time here. So unprofessional. I even wrote this entire review while I waited. Haven't even tried the food yet. Doesn't matter though because I won't be back. Update: for the bacon egg sandwich and it's not good at all. Veryyyyy eggy and no other flavor stands out. Got the fluffy eggs and they were kind of good though. Definitely worse after that awful taste in my mouth from the service. read more

I had the spicy royal west. It was a flavor explosion. Not too heavy. It was filling, and it felt like it was made with quality ingredients. Honey oat latte and the New Orleans latte were delightful. To the people reading this comment, you don't need to go to McDonald's, Chick-fil-A, Starbucks , and others like them for breakfast anymore. Yes the sandwich I had was $13, but it was well worth it.
