I'd say the food was good and filling, but the eggs were a bit cold. The bread was toasted and good. Service was nice and had self ordering tablets. Place was clean and very nice. I would have to say it looks better then taste but overall I'd say it's a good brunch

Review 49/365 Day Challenge Came here on Grand Opening Day in the morning. Half and hour b4 opening time to get in line, They had a special promo of $ 4 a sandwich of choice. I've heard thru Ig/influencer on the Grand opening details. What I ordered ~ SPICY ROYAL WEST sandwich. It had bulgogi Patti and like a spicy mayo flavoring. Not spicy at all. Sandwich was delicious indeed especially the fluffy eggs the sandwich had. Associates were friendly. And for a grand opening celebration. We got the food on a timely manner, The restaurant i self and a handful of tables indoor & patio chairs outside. Lots of parking available. Located next to TMobile, Tilly's, Chipotle restaurant side in the Anaheim Festival Plaza.

So happy OC finally has a location. I remember the first time having it in Ktown, LA, I hoped one day OC would get a location. Years later, now we have one, although it's still a bit far from me...Egg Tuck is one of my top breakfast road trip food whenever I'm heading to Palm Springs or Vegas. I've tried this location from when they first opened and quality remains to be the same. There's no need to order online for pickup because they are quite efficient. I love their fluffy eggs and soft brioche bread....this combo is excellent. I would definitely recommend getting the Fluffy Egg Tots over the Fluffy Egg Fries, and this is coming from a diehard fries fan. I find the crevices from the tater tots absorb the sauce and fluffy tots better. My go to is the Classic Egg if I'm feeling something simple. If I want a little bit extra protein, I go for the Bacon or Ham one. The Royal West is good too but it doesn't come with the fluffy eggs that I like. It still comes with an egg, just over medium egg, and it also includes a patty. It's a bit greasy for me, so I don't usually order that.

Wow, not sure what they do with the sauce but the food is absolutely incredible! Service was also very exceptional where they delivered utensils and water when asked. Would highly recommend this place for brunch or lunch when in the area. Apparently they originate from LA so coming here is a huge treat! Eating Area relatively small but was no issue when we ate here for lunch.

Tried this place out for the first time, and it was A-Okay. I tried the Royal west as that is what was recommended. I realized I prefer a hardier bread for my egg sandos vs the brioche here, but everything was flavorful and cooked well. I'll definitely be trying their burrito next time. However, The Churro Chai Latte was AMAZING. Highly recommend. I might just pop in here just for this. Will be dreaming of this latte. Overall, if you're local- check this place out for your morning meal!

Finally managed to stop by Egg Tuck before they closed at 3pm. I used their mobile app to place my order. They had my food ready as soon as I walked in, way before the predicted time on the app. The gentleman working at the counter is very friendly, welcoming and was helpful. The original sandwich did not disappoint. Eggs were creamy, silky with a remarkable umami flavor. Pairs perfectly with tater tots. Definitely will be back. I only wish I could get one late at night.

Let me start with customer service. The workers were all very nice and helpful and ready to answer all of our questions. They gave the impression that they actually like working here, which is not the case in many places nowadays. Service and employee attitude gets a 10/10. The restaurant itself was clean and the dining area was nicely arranged. A solid 9/10. The food, however, was a disappointment. We ordered the classic egg sandwich, the spicy royal west sandwich, and the egg tots. The sandwiches were just okay. The spicy royal west comes with a sausage patty that is sweet and savory, but for me, it just didn't go with the overall flavor profile. The egg tots were the best out if our 3 items, but even those were too eggy. Every item not only had eggs as the star ingredient but also some kind of egg sauce, which for me, was too much. Don't get me wrong, I love eggs. Perhaps leaving out the egg sauce would help? Would we return, probably not. But if you're into eggs on overload, this is definitely the place for YOU!

This place was great!! Definitely very filling without any add ons. I got the avocado egg sandwich and was pleasantly happy with it. I also would recommend getting sauces on the side to help manage the sandwich. Their protein options also looked great. The service was quick and super friendly. They have a few tables indoors and outdoors it's a casual spot. I would definitely recommend as they have breakfast burritos as well.

Service is quick and easy. The egg sandwich drooooooooool. So they have this really soft, thick, toasted brioche bread and they stuff it with all the goodness. The eggs are truly soft. The flavors are a perfect blend. Nothing over powers the other. My husband did think the avocado was too much in amount -- and he is an avocado loverrrrrr. He still ate it and loved it just removed most of the avocado and ate it separately. The Lychee tea is pleasantly surprising. It's sweet yet not sugar'd up. It's refreshing. We already found our next Egg Tuck location to take my father in law next weekend. Cannot wait.

We checked out this new place for lunch over the weekend, ordered online and brought it home. Husband had their Original Classic Egg Burrito and added smoked bacon. This was fantastic! While the burrito appeared small in length, it was very thick and filling. I loved the seasoning in this burrito and I will definitely order it next time. I had the Spicy Royal West sandwich. The egg was super runny, the bread was good, sauce was SPICY for sure, and I loved the caramelized onions. The pickles didn't work for me, and the meat patty wasn't great quality. My first two bites had chewy gristle in them so I removed the patty altogether. I would stick with a simpler sandwich in the future, and avoid the meat patty. Their tots were ultra crispy and had a good flavor. We liked both of the dipping sauces we got, egg (tasted like ranch) and sriracha aioli, which tastes more like pickled jalapeños than sriracha. Overall, we liked it and I know we will get food from here again.

I've been to multiple Egg Tucks and this was similar to the other locations. Looks like they are still in soft opening so I feel they are still working through some of the stuff before full launch. My experience was much better than many of the reviews. The eggs were perfectly fluffy and creamy and the order didn't take more than ten minutes to arrive. I got these items. Spicy Royal Sandwich - The bun is buttery goodness. I love the eggs here and everything went well together. Looks like they put in a runny egg instead of the fluffy ones. (5/5) Spicy Royal Burrito - Pretty solid and heavy burrito. I liked the sandwich more but the burrito wasn't bad at all. It's carby so it's pretty filling but delicious. (4.5/5) Fluffy Tots/Fries - The tots and fries were crispy and seasoned well. Topped with the fluffy eggs made it a perfect tasting match. (5/5) Really enjoyed the food here and ended up taking plenty home. Hopefully the full launch is successful since Egg Tuck is always fire!

Greeted immediately as we walked in, clearly can tell it's in the soft opening stages as they are still setting up things and but everyone was friendly and patient and made sure we are being taken care of or answered any of our questions. It was nice to know that even though it's a self ordering screen system, the employees are right there willing to help regardless with anything. We had to ask and confirm twice if the patties in the royal sandwich were truly beef only because we don't do pork and the screen says it can be partially pork sometimes but turns out the screens haven't been updated so hopefully they update that soon to save confusion! We ordered the avo egg sandwich and the original royal sandwich over medium. Now posting this review we should've ordered tots in retrospect but oh well next time. The food came out hot and quick and nicely made!!! Both were really delicious, the royal was messy because it was an over medium egg, we're wondering now if maybe next time we could've made it with the same scramble fluffy eggs as the avo egg sandwich BC THAT SANDWICH WAS HEAVEN!!!!! My husband and I left so full and happy but it's easy for me to say I'll go back to a place but it's rare for him to say it, so good job egg tuck AH bc he says he would def come back! Overall great experience, plenty of seating inside! For soft opening tips, being napkins to table with food and maybe more hot sauce options!

Tried the egg sandwich with ham, siracha mayo on the side just in case. It was very tasty! Not one to try and eat in the car. Messy without a plate and utensils. Enjoyed the tater tots too, which may have a little siracha too but very subtle. Not your ordinary tot but that's a good thing. Didn't try the coffee drinks, which is their other specialty. This place has pretty amazing breakfast burritos. Delicious Korean flavors, and a joy to to walk into . I was met with a smile, and a very helpful attitude today, by the girl at the register. Even offered me a Small cup of water on this extremely hot day. Small kindness, but really shows who they are. Great stuff! Reasonable prices! And I just found out they also serve iced coffee! Plant baste items are absolutely delicious, which is a big deal for me , because my wife is vegetarian. Over all great experiences. Pretty consistently. This was only our 2nd time there, but I can say with confidence this place might just be our new neighborhood breakfast spot. :) Keep up The great work guys ! I was excited to see this place coming to the neighborhood since our breakfast choices are limited! We tried the classic egg sandwich and Eggcellent burrito. Both had great flavor/ seasoning. The issue was the food (eggs) was just Luke warm. I love soft scrambled eggs, but when they are not served HOT then it is just a mushy mess! They serve coffee but no fountain drinks! I don't understand why none of these "egg" places have fountain drinks! Nobody wants overpriced canned drinks! I'm sure I will eventually try this place again to see if it gets any better. We have been to this place twice now and after the second time we will not be back. The food is ok, but overpriced and messy. The meat has a weird texture as if it's fake or ultra processed. The windows need blinds because in the afternoon the sun is baking you while sitting at the tables. We wanted a side of bacon and we were told that we could not buy a side of bacon. Apparently, the bacon can only be ordered as an "add on" at the time you order your sandwich, but not ordered separately after the sandwich is already made. Make it make sense... Having multiple people standing around behind the counter while basically making the customer place their own order on the touchscreen is ridiculous. What is the point of having multiple people standing around behind the counter? Seriously, just take my order. What are you saving in labor costs by making or implying that the customer needs to use the touchscreen instead of your own people who are just standing around talking? For the prices you're charging I might as well go sit at a restaurant and be served, get coffee refills, and better food options. read more

That first bite in the eggs... wow... just wow! Tots are a must for breakfast! And the Korean influence is definitely tasted in the royal burrito with the tteok-galbi beef patty, complete with caramelized onions! I enjoyed the iced chai churro latte. We went into this thinking it may take some time to get food or that they still might be working out some kinks since they just opened. But y'all, we had the BEST experience! We walked in at a time where it wasn't too busy, the place was clean and modern, staff was super kind and welcoming, and the food was EGGCELLENT! We ordered the avo egg sandwich, the classic egg sandwich, the plantspired breakfast burrito and an iced matcha with oatmilk. The food came as ordered and everything was satisfying. My husband also enjoyed the egg sauce (mayo) and enjoyed having some extra on the side. I was especially pleased with the plantspired breakfast burrito! Perfect ratio of egg, tater tots and plant based steak. Also the plant based steak tasted like the TJs beefless bulgogi which is one of our house staples. We will definitely be back! read more

I had egg tuck delivered this morning and it was absolutely delicious. I got the avocado sandwich and the fluffy egg tots and both were great. In fact they were so good they didn't have to be that good. Even being delivered 20 minutes away they arrived hot and flavorful. I will be reordering and trying more. Soft opening. Ambience is clean and modern and the food menu is minimal. It takes 30-45 minutes to get your order. They keep giving you ETAs that don't pan out. Orders are messed up or lost. Tons of people complaining. Don't come hungry or if you are in a hurry because you'll leave hangry with a refund. Recommend not coming here until they figure out how to run their service. Current experience is not worth it. Update: Food was 2/5. Burnt tatter-tots, sandwich sub-par. Bacon super flimsy, not cooked well nor crispy. read more

UPDATE 4/19/25: Downgrade to 1 star.. Came back today with my wife to give it one more try. Downgrading my review to 1 stars. Seriously. Ordered the Royal West ($12.49), tater tots WITH SAUCE ON THE SIDE, and matcha latte. Matcha Latte is a hit. Good job. For the tots.... Well guess what, they're nice and crispy but THEY FORGOT THE SAUCE ON THE SIDE AGAIN. Fool me once blame on you, fool me twice... I guess its my fault now? Royal West with the korean patty was subpar. The flavor itself is nice if you like sweetness to it. And I don't know if it was intentional, but the consistency of the patty is almost as soft as the bread, which makes it feel too light and unfulfilling. I was expecting yolk from the egg, but unfortunately it was cooked over hard, which was not what I was expecting. Definitely not going back. Save your money and save your time. I regret going back to give it a second shot. $26.43 for 1 sandwich, plain tater tots and 1 drink. ORIGINAL REVIEW 4/18/25: Overall 3 out of 5... Sorry! It was worth a try but most likely wouldn't come back often. Summary: Food is decent, high cost, friendly/accommodating staff, they forgot my sauce on the side, the matcha drink was the best item I ordered. Cost: 2 sandwiches, egg & tots, and drink ended up being $38.11. Service/Timeliness: Two front attendants were very polite and accommodating with the self-serve kiosk. My order was taking about 20 minutes so they offered a free complimentary drink for the long wait, but I declined. Others before me seemed to have been waiting a long time to receive their orders too. Hopefully the speed will increase as the location trains their kitchen to be more efficient. Food: Avo egg sandwiches with cheddar cheese ($11.54 ea) : I'd say it tastes exactly what you would think it would taste like. The bread was nicely toasted. The eggs were pleasantly fluffy. I personally wasn't a fan of how a majority of the ingredients are squeezed up in a way that makes it look like the sandwich is packing a lot. If you see the picture, the bottom half is pretty much empty. I will say the avocado was a fair amount though. It could use a little more egg in my opinion. Egg tots with sauce on the side ($6.29): When I got home, I realized that they completely forgot the sauce on the side, so unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to fully say much for the overall taste, which is frustrating given the 20-minute wait. The tots were crispy. I ordered the egg to be over hard. So really it's just two fried eggs on top of tater tots. I was not too impressed. Iced sweet matcha latte: I think this was the best item I ordered. It was not too sweet, which is good. The sugar did not overpower the matcha flavor. I would get again. First incident on Jun 16, 2025: had to wait 30+ mins despite the ETA email confirmation to come by to pick up food at certain time. Many parties were waiting for food, no apologies from staff, nothing. Send an email to the corporate and all they said was sorry and will improve. Came back to give another chance on July 27, 2025 and lol same old story. 6 party ahead of me waiting for food, another 30+ mins of waiting failing to meet the ETA pick up time. At least the staff was trying to listen and say they will improve but sorry, your corporate wont make any changes so you will not be able to do anything. Management who will be responding to this, dont even bother i read other similar reviews you guys stating you will fix this issue. By the looks of it, I dont think so. read more

Food was amazing. It's awesome to see a place like this opening up in Anaheim Hills. We got take out and it was quick and easy. Reading the earlier reviews, I think they were still working out some of the kinks during their soft opening. Definitely give these guys a try. What we ordered: Bacon and Cheese: 5/5 Delicious soft eggs, amazing flavor, not too much sauce. If you are expecting a traditional American breakfast sandwich, this is not it. It's better. Fluffy Egg Tots: 4.5/5 Can't think of a better way to ruin a diet. These will become our breakfast guilty pleasure. The pro: Ordering was quick and easy at the kiosk. The cons: took ages to get two breakfast burritos. Burrito fell apart when attempting to cut in half, but that turned out to be a good thing because I saw the extremely undercooked bacon before I had a chance to put it in my mouth! I tried this new egg fast food location hoping for the best. Sorry to say it failed. The food was way over salted and the hot sauce had a very strange taste. Also two of our group seemed to get upset stomachs soon after. To add to this the food was way over priced for what you got. read more

Their green chilaquiles had a great flavor and they weren't too spicy. My husband had the chilaquiles oaxaqueños and loved them. I'm not a fan of mole, so they weren't my cup of tea. There's ample seating inside on the first and second floors, as well as nearby areas around DTD. The staff has been kind for the most part and has had no issues with the service or orders I've received. Magic Key holder discounts apply here, with the exception of alcoholic beverages. Terrible Service - Extremely Disappointed I had a really frustrating first time experience at Egg Tuck in Anaheim Hills. I placed a simple order of only two items ahead of at least 7 other people, expecting it to be ready in a reasonable amount of time. To my surprise, I watched as all of the 7 other customers received their food before me, despite ordering after me. What made it worse was the complete lack of communication. I didn't receive any updates or explanations about the delay until I had to go up and ask about my order myself. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially when you're paying for what's supposed to be a fast-casual meal. Definitely not coming back, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who values their time or expects even basic customer. Egg Tuck is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a clean, inviting atmosphere and some seriously great music. Ordering was a breeze - fast and incredibly easy, which is always a plus. But what truly made our experience exceptional was the outstanding service, especially from Diondre. He was incredibly attentive to our needs and his customer service was top-notch. It's rare to encounter such genuine care! Now, let's talk about the food. I ordered the bacon and cheese sandwich, and it was nothing short of perfection. The eggs were so fluffy they practically melted in my mouth, making every bite an absolute delight. I had never heard of this place before, My friend brought me for the first time and I was completely blown away. Amazing Drink menu for sure and the food was very good. Very clean and the staff had amazing energy, the girl in the front was very kind and made a recommendation, I was indecisive and she nailed it, Very pretty smile too. Amazing service, Matt and John were super stars the entire time. Even some guys from the kitchen came out and see if we needed anything. A whole team effort to make the experience a breath of fresh air. And the food??? Get out of town, it was delicious, flavorful, AND prompt. It's a little messy for my taste, but that's just preference. Everyone needs to come in and try this out. Did I mention they gave out free samples too????? read more
