No one cares about the ambiance or service at a place like this because it's all about the food. Here's the good part: it was cheap. Bad part: Bacon, egg and cheese burrito. Don't you dare get this sloppy, crappy mess. The eggs are loosely scrambled and fall out of the burrito. They slapped an unmelted slice of "cheddar" cheese inside. Thanks for that. And there was one, ONE skimpy piece of bacon that didn't appear until I was almost finished. Definitely skip this place. Egg Tuck has been a go-to spot for me for a while now! If you love a soft scrambled eggs this is the spot for you! They have sandwiches and burritos that are absolutely amazing and also have loaded tater tots. Their drinks are also great as well. The biscoff latte is my favorite. Service is always great. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. They have a self serve kiosk which is nice so you can see their menu items and how good they look! Ambiance is nice. After years of driving past this place, I finally came by for brunch and I was SO HAPPY that I did. First of all, the sandwiches are divine. The bacon and cheese was heavenly - so soft, tender, warm and FLUFFY! There really isn't a comparison with other breakfast sandwiches, plus Egg Tuck is fairly priced. Second, the drinks are so satisfying. I love me a good Biscoff Latte and I adored the one at Egg Tuck. Extra chunks of biscoff cookie, too?! Yes, please. Service was efficient and I received my order in 10 minutes or so. Not bad, as there were plenty of other patrons at the same time. The shop is a bit small, so it's more of a grab and go, but there's seating available if you decide to stick around. All in all, a very delicious decision. So my next trip out to California I knew I had to try it out and I am so glad I did. I got the sandwich with ham, my mom got the one with bacon, and my sis got the avocado one. We all loved our choices. The eggs are cooked to perfection. The bread is perfectly soft yet crispy and the sauce is amazing. Came in a clear wrap which I had to peel over. The egg was so fluffy and the bread was a Texas toast and was just an amazing combination. I didn't want anything fancy so I stuck with the basic one. I wish I had a fork because a lot of egg fell out of the sandwich. It was very good. Glad I discovered this spot. Only gripe is that there was lots of plastic waste with the bag and the wrapper. I had been to the one in Hollywood during the pandemic and was excited to hear there was one in Burbank. I ordered the Avo Egg and the royal west sandwiches. They were both on buttery toast! This spot has gotten so many compliments but I have to admit it wasn't really for me. The Avo egg was delicious for a few bites but after 1/3 of it the texture of the egg was a bit much for me along with the amount of toast. The royal west has the kalbi sausage which was okay, the patty itself was a bit on the salty side and it came with a sunny side egg. The tater tots were nice and crispy. The parking here can be a bit tricky as there is a lot of establishments and dieting certain hours it is busy. I did realize that I hadn't had this spot in a while because I wasn't a fan of the texture, but did want to give it a fair shot once again. I ordered the bacon and egg sandwich with a side of tater tots, Sriracha sauce and a Matcha strawberry iced latte everything and I mean everything was so freaking good. These delicious the egg is fluffy. The bacon is crispy and the bread is crisp but still soft. It can be a little messy so prepare the napkins. Here's to my 1000th Yelp review! :) My bf and I first tried this place in KTown years ago and I was so happy to come back to it in another location! Didn't know this Burbank location existed but we made the drive out to try it. Parking lot is huge which already makes it better than the KTown location. It's in a shopping center lot so there is a ton of spots. Small spot though so only like 3 tables and maybe 2 outside. They have ordering kiosks which is convenient but you can also order with a worker. We luckily got a table and food came out quickly! If you haven't tried this place, they have the absolute fluffiest eggs, unbelievably fluffy, it's like eating a cloud. Super delicious and definitely a must try! After much a do we got to try Egg Tuck! First off the vibe is so fun and bright morning colors when you walk in. You order at the two kiosks and the workers checked in with us if we had any questions. We got 2 Eggcellent breakfast burritos one with ham and the other with ham, bacon and cheddar cheese with cooling sauce on the side and one small order of tater tots...yes i said tater tots! Knew I was making it back eventually. We had another long day of fun ahead of us and I was looking forward to fueling up with a new item here. The Royal breakfast burrito looked good last time, as advertised by my friend. He went with the spicy variant for his first order - I wanted to evolve my order into that. No complaints for the basic tier. In fact, the Royal, thus far, may be the favored entree to beat. Loaded portion size, bright colors for the filling (always nice when the food seems extracted from the menu monitor) and those grilled onions might've been the flavor/texture agent that brought everything together for even bites every time. I was pretty content not to eat again until dinner. More of the same for service, which was already orderly for the first trip. I've been avoiding the sandwiches, which look great, but are part of my usual at-home breakfast regiment. Ok, YUM!!! We ended up here by a whim. I called next door for a quick bagel, but they said it would take 25 minutes because they were busy, so I remembered seeing Egg Tuck and decided to give it a try. We ordered the original egg sandwich and SO glad we did. They were absolutely delicious! First of all, the presentation is neat and cute, secondly, the toasted bread is soft and a tad sweet, and third, the eggs are the most fluffy, moist delectable eggs we've ever tasted. And not moist in a runny raw way, (not for me) but maybe whipped and buttery? Whatever they do, they got it right! My 14yr old "foodie" son said it was the best breakfast sandwich he's ever tasted.
