Pretty good American breakfast place! Food (5/5): This place has got your classics as well as some Mexican and Hawaiian food options. Food is good and portion sizes are huge. Ambiance (5/5): It's a cozy place! Everything is farm themed and there's an automatic toy train circling the restaurant. This place is generally busy on the weekends and mid-mornings. If a wait list is available, take advantage of it. Restrooms were clean and tidy. Service (4/5): Staff were friendly. It took longer than expected for our food to come, but I understand the restaurant was a little busy. We were not asked on refills or to-go boxes. We did have our server check in with us once during our visit.

Great food. They give you a lot of food. It's very fresh and tasty. The service is good too. They seat you right away. The server comes and assists at the right time. You can sit outside and eat as well. The ambiance is very diner style and family style. Great for groups.

Jakhori was an AMAZING server! He gave us the different options for our sides EVEN offered the half for my daughter fiesta plate. Everything taste so delicious! My omelette was stuffed with a generous amount of avocado which made it so perfect!!!!

Wow, what a breakfast! Now I know why they have 7 locations in the valley. Super charming diner decor and fantastic food. Not sure if the servers work in teams or if they just are helpful to each other but we received awesome service. My skillet was so well balanced of salty and savory. If you've never tried Egg Works and want a great meal stop by here!

Egg Works will always be one of my favorite breakfast spots. They are always crowded but service is always friendly and quick too. We ordered the kids scramble with bacon and my favorite skillet with chicken, mushrooms, and spinach. The portions are huge so we always have leftovers. They have plenty of options for both breakfast and lunch.

My hubby and I had breakfast here, and it had such a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. The menu offers plenty of breakfast options, soups, salads & sandwiches to choose from. I ordered the Hawaiian French Toast with a side of fresh fruit. My hubby had the Denver Omelette with diced ham, onions, green peppers and cheddar & jack cheese, served with seasoned potatoes and toast. Our breakfast was so good and we'll be back again.

Amazing skills on the skillet!! Country fried steak.

This place has soo much style and flair. From the art walls to the train around the restaurant. Everyone was friendly, it was not too busy when we went. Ask our waitress what she recommended since we had not been there before. We went with the chile relleno omelet recommendation, it was great! I also had the fried steak, mmmm I can taste it now! It was crispy on the outside and juicy when you took a bite. I can wait to go back to Vegas just to eat there again! Oh the menus are printed on a news paper style, a unique touch. (I took 2 home) lol

I finished the Red Rock Canyon Half-Marathon in 3:08, my fastest time to date. I swear it took me two days of feasting and 3 different sound baths to recover. It was by far the hardest fitness event I've completed. Luckily for one of the spots, my new post race tradition, I found the CHIPOTLE PORK BREAKFAST BURRITO at Egg Works ( @eggworkrestaurants ) [ A flour tortilla stuffed with homemade chipotle pork, diced onions, diced green chilies, diced jalapenos, fresh cilantro and Cheddar & Jack cheese. Grilled then topped with chipotle hollandaise and a dollop of sour cream. Served with a side of Habla Diablo seasoned potatoes. ] I added extra cheese and chorizo!!!! I've said this before, and I was shocked my friends, but this feast won number one for breakfast burritos in town. OMG! I had to post the cleared plate as proof. Perfectly cooked. Fast service, & when you order coffee they leave the pot. Love that! I can't wait to go back!! IG: Egg Works ( @eggworkrestaurants ) Address: 10839 S Eastern Ave, Henderson, NV 89052

If you're visiting Vegas and looking for a breakfast spot that's actually worth the hype, this is…read moreit. The food was absolutely incredible. I ordered the Mix & Match French Toast, which included the Banana Crunch, Churro, and Strawberry Filled French Toast. Every single one was outstanding, but the Banana Crunch was on another level. Without a doubt, it was the best French toast I've ever had--perfectly cooked, packed with flavor, and something I'll be thinking about long after this trip. My wife ordered the Chorizo Bowl, and after one bite, I found myself reaching over and stealing a few more. The dish was loaded with flavor and cooked perfectly. It's rare to find a place where every item at the table is a hit, but they nailed it. The service, atmosphere, and quality of the food made for an amazing experience from start to finish. Whether you're a local or just visiting Vegas, this place deserves a spot on your list. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in town.

It has this farm to table feel as soon as you walk in.. First off.. Our Server "Chantal" was amazing!! From the moment we walked in she greated with a great smile and positive attitude.. She asked each of us how we were doing and had this glow that she was going to show us this place that stands out from the rest. She explained the drinks and food options.. The coffee is really good and the story about the coffee they serve does make it that much better.. The food... OMG Breakfast was Really Good!!! The BLT benedict with the bacon and a small super greens salad was different and so tasty.. Salad with Breakfast?? It worked and was really good! We also had elevated egg sandwich was crazy good and we upgraded to the million dollar bacon as suggested by "Chantal" .. That bacon was off the chain good! We also had the Trifecta Breakfast with French Toast and a Mint Mocha Iced Coffee.. Everything was Very Very Good! If you haven't been here.. Stop in and try it.. I am a foodie and quality and service matter so this place is on my list for return visits when we are in town.. Thank You Chantal for a great experience.. My wife and I were seated and waited for about 12 minutes without any service. During that time, at least three servers walked past our table multiple times. There was no greeting, no offer to get our drink order, and not even a quick acknowledgment like, "I'll be with you shortly." What was most disappointing was that the servers clearly saw us but made no attempt to make contact. And no, they were not busy. The Stephanie location is usually much busier, yet we have never experienced anything like this there. At around 8:45 am we decided to leave. Before leaving, I spoke with the host and asked for a manager. The manager did apologize and asked us to stay so they could take care of us, but by that point we had already made up our minds to leave and go somewhere else. They also offered a gift card, which we also declined. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad impression, and I don't think we'll be returning to this location. I suggest more customer service training for these server. Hopefully, others have a better experience than we did.

Bland, undercooked food and slow service…read more Restaurant opens at 0800, walked in to an empty restaurant at 0819, wasn't seated until 0825 because no staff was in the front of the house. Server was nice although slow to provide service. Ordered the hangover heaven burger, asked for well done burger. Server asked if sunny side up egg on burger was acceptable, I replied yes. Significant other ordered the country fried steak and eggs, requested over easy eggs. At this time one other couple was in the establishment as well. Server was slow to provide refills of water and water glasses were overfilled with ice. Food was delivered and I immediately noticed my "sunny side up" egg was still raw from the uncooked translucent snooty egg whites running down the side of the burger. I'm not one to send food back, so I just scrapped the uncooked egg off the burger and onto my plate. Took me three tries to pick up my burger without it falling apart on me, at which point the bun was starting to disintegrate from the extra liquid running off the burger. My burger was well cooked as requested and not greasy, which I can appreciate. Significant others eggs: one over fried almost burnt, the other in a similar raw shape as mine. Country fried steak breading was overly salty and the country gravy was bland. We are not the types to return food even though the thought had crossed our mind. We ate what we felt was edible and politely waited for the check. My significant other has been to this establishment numerous times before, although not recently, and had greatly enjoyed their food, hence why he recommended it. It's possible this is a one off or a different cook, but from this experience I would not revisit this establishment again.
