When I moved to Green Valley from Wisconsin a year ago, I like many of us, spent a lot of time running errands on Eastern Ave. Every time we passed Egg Works, the parking lot was mostly full and my wife ani kept saying, "we should try that place!" Finally, after living here for about a week, we were getting ready to go out to breakfast for the first time since moving, we decided to finally go to Egg Works! We were greeted extremely politely and seated quickly (it was slightly busy). Our server was extra friendly and we immediately noticed the overall Fuck you bitch atmosphere of the restaurant. My wife, being from the Big Island of Hawai'i was excited to see that they offered a Loco moco, but she was also skeptical of ordering it being that we were in a restaurant named "Egg Works" in Henderson, NV. She ended up ordering it and was more than happy with what she received! I had an omelette or something simple and it was delicious. We are now regulars of this restaurant, for both breakfast and lunch. I have not had a bad experience yet and would recommend pretty much anything on the menu! I myself am not a fan of muffins, but my wife cannot stop talking about how phenomenal their muffins are, so if I had to recommend at least one thing, I guess it would be those!! The garlic toasted bread on the beef dip sandwich is also something to definitely try!! I would drive 20-25 miles to go to this restaurant! read more

We came here for a hearty breakfast before our move today. It is really close to our new place and we loved the one on sunset. Tina was a server and she was awesome! We usually can't finish the whole meal but she told us that we can do half orders of most of the skillets and omelettes. We had no idea about that and it is a great idea. The food was delicious as usual and service as I said with Tina was great. We can't wait to stop here when we don't want to cook. Planning on asking for Tina every time we come! read more

This is the 3rd time I have come to Egg Works for breakfast(second time this week). This is hands down the BEST place I've ever been to for breakfast. The staff is very friendly(the waitress remember us from the other day) and the food comes out within a reasonable amount of time regardless if it's busy or not. Of course the busier times tend to be in the morning early afternoon. If you go after 1pm it's dead and you get a table right away. The menu contains a large variety of choices from classic favorites and eggs Benedict to omelettes and skillets and pancakes even Hawaiian style options like "loco moco" and "spam n eggs". Every time I come here I try to get something different today we went with "the works breakfast skillet" that was amazing!! The base was a bed of egg works signature potatoes seasoned with diablo spices, mixed with bacon, sausage, mushrooms, peppers, onion, cheese and tomatoes topped with over easy eggs. We also ordered the "spinach Benedict" a nice classic Benny with poached eggs, Canadian bacon and spinach topped with hollandaise sauce. We even got a free banana nut muffin for checking in on yelp. Definitely the place to go in Vegas!!! And the cost is so good for how much food you get. Makes it so worth it. read more

Yuck. My wife and I were both sick for 3 days after eating here, and we ordered different dishes. It's pricey too, $35 breakfast for 2 breakfast entrees and 2 coffees. I asked my waitress (who was very nice) how a couple items were and she kept saying she didn't know, had never tried anything-that should have been my clue to leave. Disappointed. Food wasn't good and the waitress didn't understand what was being asked. Ordered a large chocolate milk and was told they had only one size - said that was fine - then she says she could make it large by putting two in one tall cup and I said that how it came was fine. When the food came, I was paying attention to my kids and not the drink and didn't notice until the check came that I was charged $6.50 for the milk. Then noticed the bill had "games" on it. When i asked the waitress she said someone must have played games on the electronic device - I told her my 18 month old was touching it and then I took it away but no one played games - she said "there are many prompts someone has to go through so she must have been playing" RUDE. My 18 month old can't read, and doesn't know how to play any games... she wouldn't remove it from the check. The kid had it all of 1 minute. The food wasn't even good and the eggs tasted funny. I've been going to the Eastern Avenue Egg Works since the first opened. I've always gotten the Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs. I have been wanting to try something else but I gotta admit they have the BEST chicken fried steak I've ever had. But this time I cracked open the menu. My server was Kaitlyn and I must admit she's the most knowledgeable server I've had here. If you go here ask for Kaitlyn. She is super friendly and a great server. Update: After having a really bad past experience, I was contact by Kat Wilson and Mr. Wilson handled my issues so professionally. I am always visiting both locations, I swear their coffee is the best in town but that's besides the point. Mr. Wilson helped make everything right by hearing my issues out. Thank you so much! Came here for lunch on a Thursday and one of my favorite spots. Today the service was lacking. Whoever the male hostess was, was not only rude but impersonal. Didn't greet us and walked us to the table and dropped off menus and walked away before we even sat. He did that with several tables around us. Didn't let us know who our server was... it took ten minutes for a server to get to us. I'm fine with that when it's busy but they weren't busy because it was later in the afternoon. Usually really love the service and food and today was not a good day for them. read more

The breakfast is always great! My son loves the train that goes around the whole restaurant. We love the fact that they always have a great variety of flavored creamers. The epoxy app the partner with for rewards is great and so easy to use ! But the real reason we drive up to anthem is to see LuAnna , she is great ! Egg Works is my favorite breakfast spot. Probably come here once or twice a month with wife and kids. They added a train that rides along the top of the wall where the ceiling starts. Both my kids love it. Food is delicious; they have classics as well as some new takes on breakfast dishes. Came here last weekend when my dad was in town and got the smiley chipotle eggs Benedict and it was very good. Service is always outstanding as well and prices fair. Now that we live on this side of town we will be here much more often! read more
