Overall: 3.8/5 We grabbed two items to share before our couples massage and it was enough to hold us over for a couple of hours. Good spot overall, though I think Eggslut is slightly better. The Greenwich Village Sandwich ($13) was pretty good for an egg white only sandwich. I loved the kale with the sunflower seeds and the bun was nice and soft. The Crispy Hash Brown ($6) is a huge thick rectangle, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It was a little too much potato for me and I think it would be better just a bit thinner. Still solid though.

I was skeptical as I am not a big fan of buns for egg sandwiches but boy was I wrong. The soft scramble eggs and crispy bacon were amazing. The sauce they had in it was superb. I was totally sold and got another one because it was so good. Take the time and give them a shot because they are totally worth it.

Located in the food hall inside the Aria where there's plenty of seating. There was a short wait to order around noon, and I ordered the Greenwich Village Sandwich and Cripsy Hash Brown. The sandwich was good, but the hash brown was too dense and greasy.

We wanted breakfast but something relatively quickly but with some seats. A food hall at another resort was packed and someone in our party remembered this place from their last trip - and I am glad they did! You can order at the counter - or after we discovered screen kiosks you could use - not sure which one would have been faster Egg sandwiches are about $13 and worth it. I went and got us a seat while the rest of my party waited for food. Some sandwiches have scrambled eggs or you can get a fried egg one. I opted for fried because I wasn't sure I would like scrambled - which is what everyone else got My dining companions said the eggs were made to order and not just premade and being scooped out of a pan. Everyone loved the sandwiches and they were a decent size and excellent quality for the price The hash brown was good - it was a large rectangle with a crispy outside and soft inside. The crispy to soft ratio was off for my liking and I would not be compelled to get it again Bottled water and juice were 6 bucks each which is high - but it is Vegas. The food court area did have a Coke machine where I was able to refill my bottle with water which was very nice

Pretty good and fresh egg sandwiches, the block hash brown was okay in my opinion, a little dry and stiff.

This tasty egg spot is in the food court of the Aria hotel We got the soho which was big enough for the two of us so we split it along with a hash brown which was huge. So good that I went back a second day. The staff is very friendly I may be back again :)

Great quick breakfast spot located inside Aria's food hall (aka Proper Eats). I had the soho: scrambled eggs, American cheese, bacon. Simple and a perfect breakfast! All their sandwiches are $13 and fun fact named after boroughs in NYC. Grab coffee nearby and you're good to go!

I had made reservations for the Café next-door, (Salt and ivy) but how they handled their reservations is a nightmare. I didn't wanna wait another hour so I just decided to grab something at the food court, (egghead) and it was delicious!! I got 2 sandwiches. One with bacon, one with sausage and the cheesy hash brown. Everything was so good!! I definitely recommend coming here for a quick bite.

So the hot and trendy breakfast spot these days consists of the word Egg next to any other word for quick breakfast treats. Whether its Egg Head, Egg Slut, Egg Face, Egg Yolk, Egg Cracked, The Fried Egg, Eggs Out Buns Out! Or any other combination of the word Egg and some other word these are like the undercover breakfast fast food joints! This past Vegas trip we chose Egg Head because of the Gluten Free bun option they had. Day 1 ordered the Chelsea. See below pic. Day 2 ordered the Soho. See below pic. Both were very tasty sandwiches. Chelsea had a fried egg and the Soho has amazing scrambled eggs. All these egg joints are very fresh and tasty. Maybe the Vegas Yelp Elites could have a taste off with these joints to lead us to the The true Egg King!!! Good luck and Godspeed.

Egghead is a counter service restaurant located in the food court at the Aria. There are only a few things on the menu, including 4 breakfast sandwiches. (See picture below.) There is a separate coffee place for you to order coffees/smoothies in the food court as well. Sandwiches were tasty and just the right size. A great option if you just want a quick bite and don't want to spend a lot of money.

I usually dont like breakfast sandwiches but this is the best breakfast sandwich that I've ever had! I got the Greenwich village bc I needed some veggies and it was so flavorful. The egg whites were so fluffy and it was a generous portion! The only thing I didn't like was the American cheese...I wish they'd allow you to sub for a different cheese. The hash browns were the best hash browns that I've ever had! Another item that I usually don't like, but these were soooo perfectly crispy. My only regret is not ordering the cheesy hash browns bc I love pecorino cheese so probs would have enjoyed it! 100% recommend if you're in Vegas, it's the perfect way to start your day.

Located in aria promenade, if you want a cheap fast breakfast this is the spot! Simple menu of egg sandwich with different toppings. They also have hash browns with cheese or plain. Would come back here again.

Located in the food court and easy to find. The sandwiches are a good size and the service is good. Plenty of seating and they clean the area regularly.

We always make a…read morestop in Vegas to stock up on groceries and grab brunch before heading to Zion for camping. The food here is incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious - but they really need to step up their dishwashing and make sure the food is served hot. There's nothing worse than ordering coffee and seeing purple lipstick on the rim of your cup. It makes you want to leave right away. Then comes the inner debate - do you say something and risk being that customer, or just wipe it off and move on? On top of that, getting food that's supposed to be hot but arrives cold is frustrating. You sit there wishing you were at home where you could just microwave it - because the food is that good and would taste even better at the right temperature. Our experience wasn't helped by our waiter, who seemed disinterested after the lipstick incident (same guy mentioned in previous reviews that comes off rude AF/ agreed!). We didn't feel like asking for much after that. On the bright side, one of the waitresses was amazing - she looked like she was carrying the whole place. The chef clearly knows what she's doing because the food coming out of the kitchen was fantastic. That said, attention needs to be paid to cleanliness and serving hot food. There's no excuse for that. Despite these issues, I gave it five stars because the problems are fixable and don't take away from how incredible the food is. For reference, we visited on Friday, January 3rd, in the morning. There was a nearby parking structure and no wait time. The decor is a mix of farm-to-table and modern bistro - nothing overly exciting or disappointing. We were just looking for a good brunch spot, and this place is truly a hidden gem. Hopefully, they address the concerns we mentioned because it's worth coming back for! __________ To the Chef, Your food is incredible - truly Michelin-worthy. However, the staff is serving it cold and sometimes on dirty dishes. This isn't the first review mentioning these issues. Also, the tall white guy with grey hair was incredibly condescending and rude. Hospitality doesn't seem to be the right fit for him. It's disappointing to see someone like that representing the amazing work and love you pour into your dishes. On the flip side, the waitress with long brown hair was picking up the slack and holding the place together. She deserves recognition - maybe even a promotion. I hope you see this because if the team can consistently serve food hot and on clean dishware, this place could easily become the top brunch spot around. We appreciate your talent and hope this feedback is helpful! - Vee & Mike

It has a rustic, darker ambiance and not your usual bright and sunny brunch spots. The menu not too big, but offered enough varieties that we decided to try the biscuit and gravy as well as the corned bee hash. We also got house coffee and they were from mother ship coffee. Food came out quickly, but they were lukewarm and felt like it was already made and just put under a food light to be kept warm. The biscuit was good and soft, but the gravy was a little too salty. The corned beef came in a smaller portion than I expected, and the beef was diced too thin that they didn't have great texture and flavor. Coffee was good, but overall food was not as good as we'd expect. Service was average, the waitress was nice but didn't offer much service besides bringing out initial water and coffee over. No one really checked in on us after the food was served. I'd most likely not be back as there are many other brunch places in the downtown area to explore.

We were enjoying the music and it was a vibe until it came to pay the bill. At 9:30 PM, a full 30 minutes before the posted closing time of 10:00 PM, the staff began rushing us out while my wife was still eating. When it came time to pay our bill, our bank cards were temporarily unavailable due to a system outage. We had the money. This was not a financial issue. It was a technical one we were actively working to resolve. Instead of being given a moment, security surrounded our table and treated us as though we were attempting to leave without paying. We were not. We never attempted to leave. I want to note that a couple of the security members were actually kind and professional throughout. A manager then approached with immediate hostility white male, tattoos, wearing a white crop shirt, and beige pants) no introduction, and no interest in hearing our explanation. I want to Emphasize That everyone working there refused to give me his name (white male) I even attempted to ask him and he walked away. He made demeaning remarks about our finances and specifically told us that if we didn't pay, he would call the police and trespass us, but if we paid, he would not. We paid. My brother sent $30 via Zelle directly to a security staff member to settle the bill. It was paid in full. He called the police anyway. And trespassed us anyway. I had offered to leave my ID as collateral, leave card information on file, or return the next morning. Every offer was refused before we even got to that point. The responding officers acknowledged his behavior was inappropriate. His own staff was visibly uncomfortable. Unless you are prepared to be treated as a suspect over something completely outside your control, I would think twice before dining here.

The waitstaff were dressed very casual, jeans and t-shirt casual. Although the food is upscale, everything else about this place seems very casual diner like. We could even see most of the work going on in the small kitchen. Mostly shareable plates... Our table chose the deviled eggs with caviar - these were a hit! Dynamite shrimp, most at the table liked these, they were spicy and the flavor was decent, but I just felt like the sauce made the breading a bit soggy and it wasn't a favorite of mine. Pork Belly - This had a buffalo sauce on it, which I wasn't too excited about at first, but it worked better than I expected. Wish it was just a little crispier but it was tender and I enjoyed it. Oxtail risotto - this one had mixed reviews from the table, I really enjoyed it. The flavor was good. There's only a small amount of meat and it's shredded into the risotto. Overall the consistency was a little weird, very thick and almost sticky/dry, plus the dark color. They had a steak on the menu and the flavor was great, one of the pricier menu items but it was a good share. My wife ordered a burger without the bun. She said the patty was well over-cooked and so it was pretty dry. They don't offer gluten-free buns or bread - bummer. The service was generally prompt, but seemed uncoordinated at times. For example, it seemed our waitress was also handling a very large party outside on the patio, and randomly the hostess would bring us a drink refill (hostess stand was right beside our table). That's good in a way, they are all a team, but she also picked up my plate and silverware after only the first appetizer - mind you they bring everything out as it's ready, so don't expect the whole table to eat together, you are expected to share! When I asked if she could replace my silverware, she grabbed a fork and knife and handed to me, but they weren't rolled in a napkin or anything, just barehanded me some silverware... anyway, I thought that was odd. Overall, the food had some bright spots and perhaps worth a lunch if you are downtown. I probably wouldn't seek it out again, but I'm not mad about the meal we had either.
