This was my time at this location. It's located in Santa Clara in a nice shopping center with a Starbucks, Chipotle and Whole Foods. We found parking right away. There was no line when we arrived. After looking over the extensive menu we decided on a Pork Belly Banh Mi sandwich. And since I couldn't decide between the Biscoff Iced Coffee & the Banana Pudding Iced Coffee I got both!!!!! There's a few places to sit inside along with a few tables outside. We found a spot inside and waited for our order. Biscoff Iced Coffee - strong Vietnamese coffee flavored like Biscoff and topped with cream and a Biscoff cookie. Flavor was good, but too sweet for me! Banana Pudding Iced Coffee - strong Vietnamese coffee, banana flavor and topped with a ton of thick, creamy banana pudding and Nilla Wafer cookies. Oh my! The Banana Pudding Iced Coffee was my fav! 10/10

I stopped to pick up some Bahn Mi on the way home. These aren't my favorites in the area but they are solid. This location is nice but parking is terrible.

Foodie ready! Banh me Fried roll boba milk tea I can never finish the banh me sandwiches. It was so tasty though I cms where for a quick lunch. People came in and took their food to go because it was such a beautiful day. Since there is a park nearby some people headed there to eat The staff is quick and friendly. It's a small place so not recommendable to stay and eat because it's small and the seating is near the bathroom There is limited parking because it is a shopping place shared with sprouts and other restaurants and services. This shopping center seems to always be busy. You can be circling around for a while for parking. Other than that, come and grab a bite to eat!

Tried the viral banana wafer iced coffee at Lee's Sandwiches and it actually lived up to the hype. You still get that strong Vietnamese coffee flavor, but the banana comes through nicely without making it overly sweet. They even added fresh banana slices, which made it feel more like a treat than just a novelty drink. And of course, the fresh baked baguette is always a must get. It's warm, crispy on the outside, and one of the best things to get from Lee's!

One of my favorite lunch spots on busy weekdays. I love the sandwiches here, especially their popular #1 combo. I tried the biscoff coffee and for its price it's completely worth it! it's just the right amount of sweetness. The inside has plenty of seating and looks modern.

Went to Lee's to pick up Vietnamese Ice Coffee. It's strong caffeine, sweet with condense milk, and addicting. The bread smelled so good I had to pick up some baguettes too for family. Saw them baking the next fresh batch. The staff were super friendly and separated my 4 breads into two bags as requested. It looked more presentable since I'll be visiting my parent's house and they love their coffee, sandwiches and bread. Location was clean and quiet and had plenty of seats inside and outside with trees and shade. Felt peaceful with beautiful Cali weather.

Incredible banh mi spot!! It's kind of tiny, but there's seating both inside and outside, which makes it perfect for a quick lunch break. I went during work and it wasn't busy at all. Service was super fast, I waited maybe five minutes. The menu is HUGE. Tons of banh mi, bowls, rolls, plus European-style sandwiches and little snacks at the front counter. And as a vegetarian... I was honestly shocked at how big the vegetarian and vegan selection is. Like omg. I got the vegan caramelized beef banh mi and this was INCREDIBLE. It was about $16, but the portion is solid, loaded with veggies and plenty of the vegan meat. The bread is toasted perfectly too. It's enough to hold everything together without falling apart, but still soft and easy to bite into. Actual perfection. Definitely coming back.

I stopped by to try the viral Vietnamese coffee. They have two option: the Biscoff and the banana pudding. At first, I was a little skeptical, thinking that it was going to be too sweet or overpowering. It actually balanced everything out very nicely, but I feel like it could've been a touch less sweet. I normally get all of my drinks without ice, but I do actually like the round crush ice cubes here. Since it's a specialty coffee, it actually quite pricey for what you're getting. They don't really have a reward system app so I had to call in my order which was a little inconvenient, but the order was made on time. The coffee had a great strength to it. It was also very creamy with a touch of the flavoring behind it all. There is no option for milk alternatives so have that in mind before ordering.

3 Same Spring Rolls - bbq pork shrimp

First time stopping by - glad to see this place next door when my kids requested chipotle for the bajillionth time. Got the rolls - friendly staff recommended this as the best standard thing to try if I wanted a roll: Bbq pork and shrimp with vermicelli noodles and peanut sauce. It was good and hit the spot for reasonable $$. There was no line at 6pm on a Friday Saturday, the food came out in 5-10 minutes. Definitely will be back. Something I loved in particular was the crunchy crispy thin roll that ran down the middle of the roll. As someone who doesn't like cucumber, it usually leaves only the lettuce for crunch, but this thing gave the most satisfying crunch noise and texture add to the roll with a subtle crunchy youtiao type taste.

This was my first time trying Lees sandwiches. I ordered the grilled pork bahn mi and their biscoff iced coffee. Honorable mention to the banana wafer iced coffee was to die for! Everything was a 5/5 in flavor and freshness. The only downside is the wait. It was very busy due to popularity.

This location is in a very nice plaza, doors were opened which made it feel very welcoming and I also noticed that it suits for people who are grabbing lunch during the work day and are ok the go. They do have a small seating area as an option to sit and eat. I ordered the grilled pork banh mi sandwhich. It had a lot of sauce on the pork so I'd say maybe less would be better because it did make it very sweet. The bread was very soft and really made the sandwich better. I also ordered their medium iced coffee which was strong and sweet! I could've used an even smaller size because I couldn't finish it all

I happened to be in town and lucky for me this location just opened recently. I have loved Lee's sandwiches since I went for the first time in Las Vegas. They have delicious sandwiches and hot yummyness. Plus they're known for their drinks. This location was super cute! And I appreciate the story on the wall and the decor based on the streets of Vietnam. I arrived a little after they opened hoping to get some goodies to bring back to my hotel room. Unfortunately nothing was ready yet and I was told I could wait or come back later. I was disappointed but decided to come back a little later. When I came back there was no line so I was able to order immediately. The prices were higher than I remembered, but to be expected. Food came out pretty quickly. I got the Vietnamese Sandwich with pork roll (a traditional option) and a chicken Pate Chaud. Both are best fresh and hit the spot. Service: Decent except for the food not being ready when the opened. Drinks: Non alcoholic but good coffees and other classics. Parking: Street Parking

Bánh mì (Vietnamese sandwich) is one of my favourite kinds of sandwich, so when I discovered that a Lee's Sandwiches (a counter-service chain for Vietnamese staples such as bánh mì, plus some classic deli sandwiches) is just a short walk from the office, I was super stoked. My first experience with this Lee's Sandwiches location was via a delivery order from Door Dash to the office. I ordered Pork & Shrimp Egg Rolls, a Chicken Pâté Chaud Puff Pastry and #14 Pork Roll & Pâté ASIAN SANDWICH. The pâté chaud and bánh mì were great, but I was disappointed that the egg rolls, which lost their crisp by the time they were delivered, came with sweet & sour packets instead of nước mắm (Vietnamese dipping sauce). My second experience was an in-person visit to the store in the Santa Clara Square Marketplace on the afternoon of Wednesday, September 17, 2025. I arrived around 4:15 PM, easily finding a spot to park in the private lot of the shopping centre, just steps away from the shoppe's front entrance. The eatery is tiny with their counter just a few feet from the front door and a very small dining room to the right with seating (table and counter) for no more than twenty persons. The venue was clean and tidy during my short visit. This time, I ordered Pâté Chaud Puff Pastries ($4.49 each), one Pork and two Chicken, and the #14 Steamed Pork Roll & Pâté/Cha Lua & Pâté Bánh Mì ($9.99) which, oddly, is missing from the posted menu above the counter. I was super hungry, so before I left, I ate the Pork Pâté Chaud Puff Pastry which was extremely dry, I assume from sitting under the heat lamp for so long. Interestingly, the Chicken version was much better, even a day later...and reheated via my home toaster oven. My sandwich was yummy. I appreciated that they did not skimp on the pâté amount. Service was quick, accommodating, and friendly. While I scarfed down the pork pâté chaud, the guy behind the counter even served a small cup of water to me. If I'm in the area again, I'm sure that I will stop by because I can't resist a pâté chaud and good bánh mì. I will also need to get a Vietnamese Coffee, Tea or Smoothie while I am there.

It was very quiet during my visit, and conversations were kept to a minimum, which made it easy to concentrate. Even though it's located right across from a Caltrain station, I couldn't hear the trains at all. Parking & Accessibility: Parking was a breeze for me. I parked in the garage in one of the guest-reserved spots, and there's also street parking available. Since it's directly across from a Caltrain station, it's also easily accessible by public transportation. Seating: The café is connected to a leasing office, so be mindful of where you sit. The leasing agents do monitor the area and make sure café customers stay within the designated Coffeebar seating area. Drinks & Service: I ordered a loose-leaf tea and asked for it iced. The staff was warm and friendly, and as they handed me my drink, they said, "I hope you enjoy the tea." I really appreciate little details like that--it made the service feel more thoughtful and welcoming. Overall, I would definitely come back, especially when I need a quiet space to focus and get some deep work done.

I've enjoyed a few of their specialty seasonal drinks but those have never become core menu items. I am talking some really great items like mango matcha's, strawberry matcha's, lavendar latte's etc that I have thoroughly enjoyed but their core menu is not something I ever want to order from. They have really great stuffed croissants but those are also seasonal! My office catered pastries from here once and I still think about the spinach and cheese croissant we had alll the time! I have never seen it in their case though. And while they are really great, ~$8 for a pastry is highway robbery. Parking here is very difficult and I think most people who come here live nearby enough to walk. You gotta hope to get lucky with some street parking as they have no designated parking areas. I've had several odd cashier interactions where I am met with blank stares and no dialogue as I order. Today took the cake, however. When I ordered, the cashier looked at me confused. I picked up their menu and pointed to the item one I wanted. The cashier had to come find me again after placing my order to confirm it again. They have a seasonal chai listed and 'can be made into a pumpkin chai by request.' There was confusion around it coming with a shot of espresso and because my stomach has been completely wrecked since I had it, I think the they must have put two shots into my drink. In the past 5 hours, I've used the restrooms 4 times and eventually projectile vomited. I don't drink coffee often and had this in ONE sitting. I realize this is a unique experience as I do not drink espresso often but wanted to share so you all understand how strong their coffee is and seeing as how its across SCU, it DOES make sense why so many people come here. Upset is the least of what I feel right now and can confidently share I will not be back. Shits fucked up. No pun intended

I visited this coffee shop after seeing its 4-star rating and was excited to try a new place,…read moreespecially because I was looking for somewhere with spacious seating. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing, particularly when it came to customer service. When my party of three approached the counter, the woman in the black top with short hair, who appeared to be the owner or manager, finished taking the order of the customer ahead of us but did not acknowledge or greet us. I stood there waiting while my party and I looked toward her, but there was no acknowledgment or indication that someone would be with us shortly. Eventually, my mother had to ask another employee, who was working on the other side of the counter, for assistance with the pastries. That employee was the one who eventually assisted us and took our order. I asked whether we could choose a seat and have our order brought to us, and she nodded yes. I also left a tip when paying for our order. When our drinks and pastries were ready, the curt short hair black top woman called out loudly on our order at the pickup area. I found this a little odd given that I had specifically asked whether the order would be brought to our table, but I went ahead and picked everything up myself and brought it to our table. About 30 minutes later, I noticed that the same employee personally carried a drink and pastry to another customer who had arrived after us and was seated behind us. At that point, I was confused about why service seemed inconsistent. We had been told to pick up our own order, and we also had to clear/manage our own table, yet another customer who arrived later was being served at his table. I initially decided not to make an issue of it because I had seen other customers picking up their own orders as well. What bothered me most, however, was what happened with my elderly mother when she needed to use the restroom. She knocked twice but received no response, so she asked a staff member for the restroom key. She was told that someone might be inside. After waiting a couple of minutes, it turned out that the person inside was actually a staff member. My mother asked why the employee hadn't simply responded when she knocked, especially since she was waiting to get access to the restroom. The employee in the black top ignored her and walked away without responding. As a customer, I found the overall interaction to be extremely unfriendly and lacking in basic hospitality. I also couldn't help but notice that my party was the only Chinese/Vietnamese group in the coffee shop at the time. I cannot say what anyone's intentions were, but the inconsistent treatment left me uncomfortable and made me question whether we were being treated differently. A business in the hospitality industry should make all customers feel welcome, regardless of their background or ethnicity. Unfortunately, from the moment we arrived until we left, the customer service was close to nonexistent and there was very little friendliness or acknowledgment toward us. The space itself is spacious and looks nice at first glance, but the interior is not particularly well maintained if you look closely. I'm honestly unclear how this place has a 4-star rating based on my experience. The poor customer service and lack of basic courtesy left a bad taste in my mouth. I came here intending to support a new local business, but based on this experience, I would not recommend this coffee shop and do not plan to return. If you're going to operate a business in hospitality, customer service should be one of the fundamentals. A little acknowledgment, courtesy, and consistency would have made a significant difference.

I've seen people study or do work in there but it's not the most quiet place. Staff is always friendly to us when we're ordering drinks. We tried the Guava Matcha with Guava Cream, and this was easily a 10/10 for me. The li hing powder on top adds such a unique, slightly tangy flavor that makes the drink really stand out. This is the drink we always order whenever we visit this place. We also tried the Double Matcha Melon Matcha, which was good, but I still preferred the guava matcha. My husband likes the Melon Matcha better though. The Vietnamese Coffee was very strong for me and on the less-sweet side. The Pandan Latte wasn't really for us either. It wasn't very sweet, and we didn't get much pandan flavor. We've definitely had better pandan lattes elsewhere. The drinks aren't cheap, but I think they're worth trying, especially the guava matcha and double melon matcha. Lines can get pretty long on weekends, and parking is free but limited. Definitely a spot I'd come back to for the guava matcha!

Staff was friendly and super helpful in recommending a drink to me. Folks making the drinks also got them out fairly quickly despite the line. Unfortunately, I came late in the morning and basically all the pastries were out - next time! Location is convenient, but parking is terrible - I got lucky and snagged a spot as someone was leaving. Seating inside is not bad but also not super spacious, however there also several tables outside, with a nice grassy area nearby as well. The coffee shop doesn't have its own bathroom, but you can ask for a code to use the building's bathroom if needed. Given the parking situation, I probably won't be frequenting this place too much, but it is definitely worth a visit for a solid matcha latte as a treat every once in a while. I do want to find a chance to come back and get a chance at a pastry.
