Awesome breakfast in Casper. Good lattes and the food was amazing. Great prompt service- do expect to wait for a table but it is worth it!

Great breakfast. We were told that the line could be very long, but decided to drive by and check it out anyway. No line, perfect! We were seated immediately and had no problem deciding on our meals. The staff was courteous and very helpful when we asked questions. I ordered the Bacado Omelet, cheesy hashbrowns and fruit. Top that with excellent coffee and a water and you have a perfect breakfast. My husband ordered the Pot Roast Skillet with chocolate milk and was thrilled with his meal. My MIL had the ham and cheese omelet. We were all glad that we gave it a try. All three plates had food left over because the portions are huge. I would imagine that this place could cure a hangover instantly! read more

Seriously one of my top 3 breakfast meals we have ever had! Shared the breakfast tamale with egg over easy and the pecan French toast. Both were extraordinary. Our waiter, Mike, was super friendly and attentive. Oh and the Bloody Mary was also delish! Our wait was about 15 minutes on a Friday at 12:30 and for food that fantastic- any wait is worth it! We stopped here on our way through to Yellowstone NP and it was so good we made it a point to stop on the way back. There is something for everyone but if you want one of their homemade cinnamon or pecan rolls you have to get there early. Great service. Delicious fresh squeezed orange juice. Spotted in while passing through for a hot breakfast. Restaurant was busy but only waited 5 minutes. Food arrived in a good amount of time and our servers was good. We had traditional breakfast of pancakes and French toast. Meal was good, they also had a large menu of options to try. Would recommend to stop in and eat! read more

Green Chili is amazing. The Benedict is very good, I had the Florentine with the hash browns as a side. The hash browns are baked in cheese first so they aren't very crispy inside. Just a heads up. The muffin could be toasted a little more, something to mention while ordering. The staff is very friendly and fast. The atmosphere is great, very comfortable and warm. Fantastic place to stop if you're passing through! They have a wide selection of lunch and breakfast options. I had the triple berry pancakes while my mother had the French dip sandwich. Both were excellent! The beef on the dip was lean and tender, the pancakes were fluffy with a triple berry compote. Service was good and friendly too! read more

I try to eat here every time I come into Casper. The breakfast is delicious and the service is always friendly. I love ordering the huevos rancheros with a side of bacon and the red potatoes. The green chile is delicious with the right amount of heat. I tried the breakfast tamales once, and they were so good that I couldn't stop eating them, but definitely over-ate! I usually take an early flight so I can make it in time for brunch, it's that good. read more

Eggington's has such a good selection, and their basic breakfast is always good. We love the pancakes with bacon and omelettes. It is taking us awhile to work through their menu because we can't seem to order anything else! ... and because the menu is amazing and long. Though often crowded service is excellent and the food is worth the wait. We have successfully dined with our vegan teens, friends with allergies, and picky eaters! The staff cheerfully helps, and replaces anything that isn't right. The espresso drinks are also excellent, and we have sent many snowy weekend mornings in the warm and cozy (if a little noisy) atmosphere. The staff is also fantastic at take out. I love the staff here. I wish I can remember both of the girls name that was always so nice to us and know already what we want. I would normally order the Egg Florentine but turn that into California Egg Benedict and although it's not on the menu they always make it for me. I love that they do that and not give me a hard time. Also the food is good! Order the triple berry pancakes they have and also the raspberry coffee specialty drink! It's sooo good!
