I enjoyed these ginormous steamed dumplings. The texture was soft and fluffy. It was meaty with a subtle taste. Dipping it in the sauce brings the flavor to another level. It's like a sweet, tangy soy sauce. The Lobster Dynamite... presentation is incredible, but the taste, PHENOMENAL! The lobster is fried and the seafood bake on top was really good and seared. My only issue with the place is cleanliness. It's not dirty per se. It was sticky and had a very persistent gnat/fly while I was dining by the window. They do have outdoor dining as well, but not sure how usable it is during this time when the mosquitos are so bad. All the folks I interacted with were elegantly friendly, with my server being attentive (keeping my tap water constantly full), even though I was only a party of one and chose not to drink. I was here only to sample (since I still needed to bring back food for the rest of my party), so chose two things off of the small Happy Hour menu: 6 HH Oysters (3 Eastern and 3 Pacific for $18) and Karaage Chicken ($14). The food came out fast, and both were excellent (though I wish the chicken had some more interesting sauces than just the bbq sauce and mayo). I was in/out in less than 20 minutes. One interesting thing was that the on-site manager interacted with me twice: once to make sure I was being helped while waiting to be taken to my table, and once I was leaving to make sure everything turned out well.
