Was our server amazing - yes! Was it clean- absolutely! Was our food tasty---YASsss. FYI- they even allow custom changes, want chocolate chips in your pancakes (not on the menu)...no problem! Want the red, white and blue on French toast (instead of a waffle like on the menu), they gotcha! Wanna top it off with whipped cream- just ask. First time here. Like that it's an "open concept"....feels roomy. Coffee was hot and delicious!. However after our orders service was slow. Got here at 9:00 and now 9:35... no food yet. 9:40 finally mine breakfast arrived. Husbands not until 9:45. Food was good. read more

We were in the area yesterday visiting the delicious shoyu hibachi and the walk in chiropractor that shares the same shopping strip mall and I spotted this place and thought oh that looks nice we can go get breakfast tomorrow morning. Fast forward to today and we came in. This place is super nice and everything is new. We were promptly greeted by Calvin a young gentleman in every definition of that word. He did a great job welcoming us and educating us in their specials. For first timers this is exactly what you want to see and experience. Our server was Autumn and she was kind and attentive. They are fully staffed and I appreciate seeing so many people employed. The GM came by and greeted us that was nice. Unfortunately, next to us what a booth that had not been swept or tended to. With so much staff I wish they would have not overlooked that. I stopped a staff worker that was getting ready to sit a party in that area and brought to her attention that that booth had not been tended to. She immediately routed them elsewhere and I appreciated how quickly someone came out to sweep that booth. The food industry is a hard industry. Cleanliness is a must. The staff is welcoming and friendly. I had a classic breakfast . The potatoes looked pretty and looked well seasoned they needed a little salt. The eggs were cooked perfectly to my Liking. The coffee was ok and my husband enjoyed their oatmeal with fresh fruit and cinnamon sugar. Overall it was a nice experience. Aspen took our picture near a beautiful wall art. Let me tell you! This wonderful establishment was so delish! What made it so delicious was the Amazing Calvin! We are so Team Calvin , we would wear the T-Shirt stating it! His mother should be so proud of him and his hospitality! Food was a hit with our family. Clean and so inviting! We visited for Mother's Day; the restaurant's only been open about three weeks and they're already doing a lot right. Cute decor and very friendly staff. We were seated promptly and our server- Debbie-took drink and food order together-drinks arrived quickly. Food came out in a timely manner, looked great tasted fresh. She was so friendly, and happily answered all our menu questions. The restaurant is clean, fresh, and very cheerful. The Cinnamon Swirl French Toast is absolutely wonderful, the best I've ever had! The portion size was perfect, and the prices were excellent. Shylah was so efficient and sweet as can be! We wished we would have gone here on our 1st day in Cocoa Beach instead of the last day. Went to Cocoa Beach Eggs up grill. Beautiful establishment, clean and very friendly. Ordered oatmeal, rye toast, bacon and coffee the oatmeal was very good the rye toast was served warm at best with no butter on it. Decaf coffee was spot on the bacon was very tasteless all most like eating a tasteless. wafer. I will be back to try something different next time. Right. read more

All of breakfast was cold. The biscuits are frozen not homemade. Coffee was not even hot. Asked for lightly toasted dry rye and it came out burnt. The waitress Ashley said is that too dark?
