Always extremely busy so if you don't have a reservation, be prepared to wait. Food is awesome. Service is up there. Prices are just that: prices. Nothing free in life especially the better end. (They're not that bad ) For breakfast or lunch this is a great place to enjoy with friends of family. They tend to be on the country side of life so no ties required! read more

Food is good, especially the corned beef hash. It's a little on the pricey side and always has along wait on weekends so don't go when you're too hungry. They always suggest using their app to make a reservation but I can't seem to work. Might just be user error, though. read more

I came to this location last December. Yet again, nothing but store-bought, pre-frozen, pre-cooked ingredients. All the way from the bread to the sausage to the potatoes, everything except the eggs is pre-cooked. How dare you charge people money for this garbage? read more

Went today for Mother's Day. The crowd wasn't too bad but there deafly was a crowd but I must say the employees handled it correctly. The food was a lot better than the last time I went which is roughly 6 months ago. The hashbrowns actually taste like hashbrowns and not cute red potatoes with lite seasoning like last time. First time here this Tuesday morning and I am pleasantly surprised at how great everything is! Place is spotless and our breakfast was wonderful. My husband ordered the Mason Dixon and ordered a parfait. Perfect sizing and the price was a little on the higher side for breakfast, but not that bad in my opinion. One of my favorite places for breakfast or brunch - one of these days I might try one of their lunch offerings. The problem is I see the corn beef omelet or the corn beef eggs benedict and I can't think of anything else. And the portions are so large it lasts me all day. My greatest pleasure is they know how to cook a perfect poached egg which most places fail miserably. the service is always good and prompt and the atmosphere is what you would expect from a breakfast/brunch place. They also have call ahead waitlist but be warned, anything over a party of 4 will probably still have to wait but that's understandable in a place this small. read more

I have been going to Eggs Up fairly religiously since they opened up. At least once a week. They certainly had their rough patches in the first couple of month, but what business doesn't? I'm happy to say that this is one of my favorite breakfast restaurants in all of Columbia. The staff it friendly, the owner isn't afraid to get in the Kitchen and help the staff, and the quality of the food is always great. We will be back and often! :) read more

I have never been here , every time I try to come there is over 45 min wait . so you can see I was very excited when I finally got the chance to dine in. Absolutely horrible!!!! Brooke was amazing, very knowledgeable of the menu also very nice and polite . the food however old bacon, eggs were cold, and I saw them put the food In. the window and then they brought it straight to us. Grits tasted like they were reheated from the day before . I literally just spent $20 on food my husband and I didn't hardly eat and had to go get another breakfast after we left . we will not be returning !!! read more

My wife and I have talked about trying this place for a while, and finally did today. The place was packed, and there was a wait. That should be a good sign. I got the Mason Dixon and my wife got the Patty-O-Sullivan. For mine, the eggs were eggs (can't really mess those up). The sausage had a nice spice to it. What threw me for a loop with mine were the biscuits and the sausage gravy. The biscuit were not light and fluffy, like I am used to. These were dense, like a hockey puck. I'm guessing they come in frozen, not fresh made. I'm guessing the gravy must be premade also, because it had no flavor what so ever. Even though you could see sausage all in it, it definitely didn't come from the same sausage that came with the food. The home fries were ok, but nothing out of this world. For my wife, she loves corned beef hash, so she got the Patty-O-Sullivan. She described it as "horrible". She said it tasted like it was cooked in some chemical and if it was homemade, it was a fail. She didn't care for the home fries either. She said the toast was the best part of her meal. read more

The second you walk in the door, it is so pleasant to smell the bacon, eggs, and coffee. We visited on a Sunday morning about 9am, and there was no waiting. Apparently it does get busy later in the morning. We will probably be back once a month or so to treat ourselves to an unhealthy breakfast for a change, and will use the NOWait app that they suggest using on their door. My husband had the omelet and I had the Home Fry Platter. They were both good, but the Platter was huge! I had to take half of it in a box to eat the next day. Highly recommend if you are super hungry and are value conscious. I was taken aback by how large it was. I did not find the prices unusually high. The coffee was excellent and there was not a thing wrong with the service either. The atmosphere is OK, like a diner. I like the variety of the menu, and look forward to choosing something else next time we come. read more
