Friends suggested we go breakfast at Eggs Up Grill and what a great suggestion it was! As the name suggests, the atmosphere is a very casual setting. The menu has lots of choices, definitely something for everyone. With four in our party we tried a variety of the breakfast offerings and everything was delicious. Service was prompt and courteous. A shout out to our server, Sydney B, for taking such good care of us! Expect a wait if your are going a peak times. Mid morning Saturday we had a about a fifteen minute wait, but they do an excellent job of cleaning/sanitizing tables and seating the next guests quickly. read more

This is one of my favorite breakfast locations. They have a the usual suspects when it comes to choices. I've tried most of the dishes at this point and the only complaint I can have is that I've had watery grits at one point. Their French toast and omelets are my favorite but when getting it to go, my choice is The Classic. This dish comes with a choice of meat, eggs prepared as you wish, grits or potatoes, and choice of bread. The nice thing is that this dish is now a Monday special that comes with coffee. They've also started incorporating specials during the other days of the week. Each are actual popular dishes and not ones that fall low on the popularity totem pole. Another nice addition has been the ability to request seating ahead of time. I'm not sure if they have it every day but on my last trip I saw a web address at the register to do it. My wife and I are visiting from Atlanta for the weekend. The wait time was none at all and the service was fantastic. The ambiance in the restaurant had diner vibes. I had the classic sub a waffle (waffle was recommended) in place of the toast. This was a good meal after a full body workout. I was not a fan of the waffle as it was cooked too long for my liking. My Son & I ate at Eggs Up Grill today. The service was not good today. I ordered a BLT with turkey bacon, no avocado. I was given a totally different sandwich than what I ordered with pork bacon; I don't eat pork. The waitress offered to change the sandwich, I told her I would just keep what I ordered, didn't want to wait for a new sandwich to be prepared. Once I received my receipt, I thought the amount would be adjusted for the inconvenience, it was not. A Manager came to speak with me, I told her the situation I was given a "$2.88" discount. My order was over $26, so a $2.88 discount did not rectify the situation. I will go to the Eggs Up Grill in Lexington moving forward, the staff is better there. read more

What a wonderful breakfast place. We stopped here on our way home and had a delicious breakfast. Gluten Free pancakes were fantastic, lovely eggs and home fries. Another great breakfast experience at the Irmo Eggs Up Grill location. We had a table of seven that we called ahead to get on the list. They were ready when we arrived at nine. Our server was polite and very friendly throughout the meal. I ordered the traditional breakfast and my wife got the Eggs Florentine Benedict. Food was great! My server was very attentive and provided amazing service. Usually this place is really packed on Saturday but we had no wait. I had the "Little Waffle in the Hen House". Unannounced, the owner Steve Perry (No not journey) literally drove up to his location to meet me and ensure my experience was up to par. I was seated immediately, had an amazing meal and service was on point. I highly recommend going to this location, absolute 5 stars! They are number one in my book!
