They expedited my ticket and the older gentleman honored my last minute request to change my eggs to boiled, without any grumble or weird facial expression that many other places might have given me. Such a great spot for breakfast. The food is amazing and this is easily becoming one of my favorite spots in the area. The hubby and I came and ordered a Texas Farmhouse omelette with potatoes and raisin brand toast and the shrimp and grits. I'm not a fan of the grits as they're not thick enough for me. Sunday brunch and we decided to give this new place a try, we had never been to any eggs up grill location before. We must've waited 15 minutes for a party of 5 (Not bad for brunch), the manager is hands on helping the waitresses and helping them get our drinks started. Food was out quick and well cooked, as busy as they were the orders was brought as requested. Their gluten free pancakes are delicious! I tried ordering my meal for pick-up through the Uber Eats app. However, when I showed up, the app seemed to have not picked up my order. I re-ordered my food and they gave me a complimentary coffee while I waited. The server was very friendly made sure my order was taken care of. I ordered the gluten free pancakes, an omelette, and hash browns with an egg on top for me and my fiance. The omellete came with grits and cheese were bland and flavorless. Fortunately, the grits were the only dish that I could describe this way. The omelette and all its ingredients were mixed well and quite enjoyable. The hash browns with the meat and eggs were the highlight. The potatoes were crispy and everything was savory and really good. The pancakes were an enjoyable way to finish the meal and have a bit of dessert. We haven't been in a while because they are busy and open just for breakfast lunch. We went on Friday my hubby was off from work so we took the opportunity to go for brunch. My husband orders the Philly cheesesteak omelette, loved it. Good experience. So Sunday I say let's go see if they busy if not get omelette again. The manger as always greets us. Fellow Marine! Says Christina was gonna take out order after delivering our drinks. Not good experience! My husband order the same thing Philly cheesesteak omelette which she repeated to us, as she takes our order. Well food comes after maybe thirty minutes. They were busy. The food server says my order then my son but my husband was something else's that we didn't order. So we said no Philly cheesesteak omelette. So she takes it back and then comes back and says yea it's the Philly. Well I say to my husband the white cheese wasn't on it. So he eats his grits first then goes into omelette and it has corn beef in it. Which my husband doesn't like. So we tell Christina and she says so you didn't order patty something. My husband says no I ordered the Philly. She looks and says well I must have totally misunderstood you cause it says patty something. She looks like so you want me to change it? So my husband and I look at her!?!? That is why we were telling her, but her mannerisms put us off. He says it's ok I'll eat it. She says ok. We came so he can get that cheese steak omelette. She never topped off drinks and didn't even tell her manager what happen, we were facing the kitchen so we saw everything. Just disappointed. We ate, paid and left. I wish I would have said I wanted another waitress. She served me at a girls breakfast and she never checked on us then. But I give people second chances. Somewhere between a popular breakfast place and a Denny's. The food is good in all respects. Food is served on a plastic plate and they put everything on it (toast etc...) They advertise that they have drinks but they ONLY have mimosas. Portions were a bit small. There is a wait on Sunday. I love Eggs Up Grill and they're always pretty fast and the food is good and low priced and most of their staff is very friendly. The one thing that bothers me is that it's interesting every time I've been here I've never seen a waiter or waitress that was of color, but all of the people of color are only working in the kitchen. We've been to this location four times and the staff always looks like this. It would be nice to see you all diversify your staff since the people who frequent your business are diverse as well. read more

I have to say I randomly selected this restaurant today and I was more than impressed and surprised at the level of customer service the cleanliness of the restaurant and I need not see the food oh my God it was so good the French toast banana foster is not with this restaurant is known for but I tell you it need to be I saw Jesus and all of the angels when I eat that banana foster French toast it was so delicious.
