Went for breakfast and decided to sit outside bc it was warmer than inside- and it was a cool 68 degree morning! We had fantastic service and I especially enjoyed being able to have hot tea with free refills! I ordered the eggs Benedict and substituted the Canadian bacon with crispy bacon. It was very good and the hollandaise was excellent! I also enjoyed the roasted potatoes! Def a good spot!

Father's Day Breakfast for 4 We were in South Carolina for a family event when my family surprised me with breakfast at Eggs Up Grill. As we pulled in, we noticed a large shared parking lot, so finding a spot was quick and easy. We made our way over, and Wifey let the host know we preferred a table for four--of course, we were hoping to sit outside. The host mentioned there'd be about a 25-minute wait for outdoor seating. Wifey gave her phone number to get the text notification, and we decided to wait it out just outside the entrance. About 20 minutes later, the host came back out calling names. At first, she said there were still three or four parties ahead of us, but then paused and asked, "Are you waiting for outside seating? Because we actually have a table ready now." It threw us off a little since that's what we'd originally asked for--but we didn't make a big deal of it. We followed her to the outdoor area, which was a mix of picnic tables with umbrellas and additional seating under a large tent. It looked like they added extra tables outside for Father's Day. We picked a nice sized table under the tent. As soon as we sat down, menus were brought over. We glanced through them quickly and placed our drink orders. The menu had a ton of options, with something for everyone. They even had a small section of specialty coffees. I ordered a hot Cafe Mocha, and Wifey went with a regular coffee and the girls ordered a couple of juices. For our entrées, Wifey and I both went with the Crème Brûlée French Toast. Our oldest daughter chose the Caramel Apple Crisp pancakes with a side of bacon, and our youngest decided to build her own plate: scrambled eggs, grits, bacon, and toast. Despite the Father's Day crowd, the food came out surprisingly fast. Everything looked great--and tasted even better. We all dove in so quickly that I ended up taking pictures of our food after everyone had already started picking at their plates. Everyone was really happy with what they ordered. Our oldest described her pancakes as "delectable." This was a great choice for a late breakfast and made the start of my Father's Day morning feel extra special.

Love this location! Employees are always so nice. Our waitress Michelle was very attentive. Atmosphere is pretty calm and diner-like. Pancakes are amazing. Especially those with chocolate chips, not too sweet but perfect. Homestead platter was very good. The biscuit was my favorite part. I love that they split and toast it a little. Turkey sausage patties were surprisingly spicy, but still good. Grits were a little too thin for my liking. Potatoes were well seasoned. Will be returning! (an anonymous person actually paid for our food, which was so nice and unexpected! So we paid for another table's food. Hopefully, the pay it forward trend continued through throughout the day :))

This was a really good breakfast. Most of these locations have plenty of seats open whenever I go. The staff is always nice. I like seeing what the seasonal options are throughout the year especially around Christmas time.

The breakfast bowl was okay. It needed a little more flavor & seasoning but it was filling. The vanilla sweet cream cold brew coffee was amazing. It was not too sweet and made a great morning wake up drink.

Upon entering we were greeted and seated fast. But I noticed two people came in after got there server and food before my table. The food was good. My table all ordered the same dish steak and eggs. Renee was a great server she did get kinda side tracked but it happens I get it. The ambiance was usual breakfast talk. The strawberry lemonade mimosa was good first time trying I would definitely order again. Thanks cane bay eggs up

Time: Around noon time Day: Sunday Seating: in the middle of restaurant Food was good, I was craving a regular gravy biscuit so came here with my parents. Parents ate everything on their "classic" plates (the regular and grand) and since I ordered the biscuits and gravy I didn't finish the rest of my crab"ocado" plate - overall the food was good ... took the rest what I didn't eat to go and also drank the rest of my coffee on the way out ... seems like it gets really busy on Sundays, the lady server was kind and overall great atmosphere ... Time to update, and yes I ve been here many times since, enjoying their great performances. Today I tried something new, a Chorizo Bowl. Wow, very good and very filling. I remembered to take a picture, and you can see I had home fries and raisin toast. It was a yummy meal and deserved mention. The Service was spot on as always, need I say more.

    Grand Classic with all bacon
    Victor M.

Ordered the Classic and the Grand Classic on a take out order which we verified before we left and found the home fries were missing in the classic. Glad we did because I would have not driven back just for the fries. BTW I was not greatly impressed with the seasonings on the fries but it is just me, nothing wrong with the fries. Eggs were cooked to perfection and the grits in the Grand Classic were as expected Ordered "crispy bacon" but it wasn't really crispy, maybe because of the take out factor where they sat in the Styrofoam until we got to the car. When Omicron is over will go back for in house service, looking forward to some of the other options. Good service considering all restaurants are short staffed and place looks clean

The new egg bowls are so good! I got the chorizo minus the chorizo & asked for steak. The crema sauce is amazing.

Sunday morning I was feeling a little hungry so the wife and I I figured we'd order fromEggs Up Grill. Eggs up Grill is within walking distance of my house, and I didn't want to have to sit down and eat anywhere. We ordered through the app and in about 15 minutes we went to pick up the order. When I walked in the place was packed. Standing room only. Even the outside was full. I ordered the Homestead platter and my wife ordered the Corn beef hash. My order was exactly what I wanted meat and eggs. The bacon was cooked to a nice crispness. The sausage could've been burned a little bit more but that's my personal preference. The eggs had a nice taste to them. There was a biscuit in the platter that was just so so-so. My wife advised that corn beef hash needed more salt. All in all we enjoyed the food and will be going back.

They both had the Cheesy Burchy Burger and fries and I had the Deluxe Burchy Burger with onion rings. We split fried pickles and I had some hot wings. Server was friendly and food came out fast, which I appreciated because we were all pretty hungry. Fries were slightly underdone which is fine and needed salt but that was easy to fix with the shaker in the table. Burgers are a 1/4 lb smash style and were really good. Super crispy and tons of flavor. A+ on the burgers. Onion rings were fine, and I really liked my wings, crispy and the hot sauce was just right. We all agreed that the pickle chips were good. Kids liked their burgers as well. Note that the burger prices don't include a side, but $6 for a good burger is a Burger King or Wendy's price and for a local place, that's a great value. I'll take a Burchy Burger over a franchise mystery patty any day. J.Ja

The Good: The actual BBQ meat, coleslaw, and pickle slices were very good and full of flavor. The Disappointing: Unfortunately, the bottom bun of both sandwiches was completely soaked through with liquid and totally unfit to eat. We had to throw the bottom buns away and eat the sandwiches with a knife and fork, which defeats the purpose of a sandwich. Since we ordered a bit late after the lunch crowd, our onion rings were cold, and the sweet potato fries were cold and limp. We usually order out so we don't have to cook, but I ended up having to reheat both sides in our kitchen. Once they were hot, they were actually pretty good! We didn't want to make another trip back to the restaurant to get it fixed, so we just made the best of it. Verdict: The food definitely has potential, but the takeout packaging and timing missed the mark today. If we decide to try it again, we will definitely "dine in" instead to make sure everything stays fresh.

I can't believe I've lived in five years I've lived in 4 states and never tried Culvers! Well that…read morerecently changed and I'm here to talk about it. Located on Ladson road in a safe and easy to access area, Culvers is home of two notable products; the butter burger and concrete. I will start out with for some reason all the cars were in one line, totally dismissing the other order station which I accessed and skipped ahead three spots! Also the people are extremely nice although they have an interesting number system as I suspect it takes them a while to make their offerings. First up I ordered onion rings since my mom finally got out of the hospital and was craving "real food." I'll go on the record stating the onion rings were probably in my top two in town. Freshly fried with REAL ONIONS and a semi-thick batter. First bite, if one survives the magma hot touch will be a huge crunch with a slight resistance from the onion itself. In thinking back, I should have ordered two servings as I didn't want to share. Alas I ate less than half because I'm trying to be a good son. Next, I finally got to try a butter burger or in this case a mushroom and Swiss burger. To be honest I thought they cooked the burger in butter rather than they lightly toast the top bun in butter. That seems a flimsy proclamation to hang your hat on but I digress. The burger was darn good, the meat tasted better than a fast-food joint and had a slight smash to it. The mushrooms were perfectly cooked and the Swiss! The cheese really brought the sandwich together. I dare say this is the best fast food burger I ever had, yes it was that good. As for dessert, I love concretes; I eat them anywhere I can find them. Culvers is probably last among the restaurants that offer them. Please note a concrete is basically a custard - think ice cream with egg yolks; it offers a thicker and richer experience - with a lot more calories. I got the cheesecake concrete with cherries. What I got was a little bit of cheesecake, no graham cracker crust and 6 whole cherries thrown on top. Moreover, it wasn't that thick, but thicker and tastier than any milkshake available from competitors. I'm a bit confused about my experience at Culvers, I was expecting a more decadent hamburger, one I thought would be seared in butter but what I got was equally good. The onion rings were phenomenal compared to subpar concrete offering. The people are nice and the speed is a bit slow, but perhaps that's warranted. After a few months if the hamburger and onion ring itch comes on, I'll be back but if I desire a concrete there's better options. Still, Culvers is a very good restaurant and I advise dropping on by to try for yourself.

I have difficulty with steps but there were enough railings to make it navigable for me. The building was likely to have at one time been a small house. There were six of us in our party and we were initially told we would be sharing one bill and the gratuity would be automatically added. A couple of our folks expressed concern and intentionally ordered cheaper items and no drinks to make sure they had adequate funds to split the bill. Fortunately our waitress, who was a joy, did individual bills and did not put on an automatic gratuity. The policy had the potential to seriously reduce the restaurant's income. They should probably rethink this stance. As noted, our waitress was terrific and rapidly got drink and food orders sorted. The menu is pretty short, but probably a good choice for a small pub type restaurant. My wife and I both selected an on-tap local brew, both of which were good and reasonably priced. We both also selected the fish and chips. The order came with a side of cole slaw that was pleasant. The chips were obviously made on site and both properly cooked and well seasoned. We are always surprised at restaurants that serve obviously bagged and frozen fries. The fish itself was reasonably sized and nicely fried. Quite tasty, but we sort of expected good seafood as this is a sister restaurant to a local seafood establishment. For the price the portion sizes of all the meals at the table seemed just a bit small. So we will quite likely return. It's not fancy. It's not high end dining. It's a tad pricey for pub food, but overall pretty good. I note here that had our waitress not been a gem or had they enforced the one check policy, this review would have been a good deal more negative. I suspect they have an accessible entrance but it was not obvious. That may be a consideration for some and checking ahead of time would be prudent.
