Usually I love going to this Eggslut, however I was excited and up early today made it first in line. The cashier wasn't interested in getting my order right and I have Celiac(autoimmune disease) for people who don't understand worse than gluten allergy. She input my order wrong and both I and my partner ended up sick. I don't know why my partner rarely has issues with food. After this I can say I won't be returning.
You can find this little gem in the cosmopolitan casino! There always a line but we really wanted to try it. The line went by fast and was serviced pretty quickly. The Fairfax (added turkey sausage) was good and the caramelized onions were flavorful which went well with the fluffy scrambled eggs. The gaucho had chimichurri and sliced tri tip with arugula. It was delicious! Of course, we paired the sandwiches with their fresher squeezed orange juice. Don't get intimidated by the long line if you want to try it :)
One of the few early morning brunch spots at the Cosmopolitan. They open at 7AM and took us about 30 minutes total from waiting in line to getting our food. We used our $60 breakfast credit ($30 per person), which covered 3 sandwiches and 3 orange juice. Bacon, Egg & Cheese Sandwich Applewood smoked bacon, over medium egg, cheddar cheese and chipotle ketchup in a warm brioche bun. The egg yolk is slightly runny, the bacon is crispy and salty, which complements well with the super soft and fluffy brioche bun.
I ate here last time I was in Vegas years ago and remember it to be better... I got the sausage egg and cheese sandwich this time and thought it was very average... I think last time I got the Fairfax and enjoyed it more. The sausage was a little dry and the egg and cheese was nothing special. The truffle potatoes were nice but not particularly heavy in truffle. I do appreciate the food is really fresh. There was a line in the morning but went by pretty fast. The food also came out reasonably quick. Considering other spots at the hotel, this is decently priced for breakfast.
We visited Eggslut while staying in Vegas. We got there around 9am on a Thursday and the line was long. We waited about 15-20 minutes to get through the line and then another 5-10 to get our food, so be prepared to wait. We ordered the Fairfax with bacon, the gaucho, the slut, and the truffle tots. The seating was very crowded so we walked around the corner heading towards the back of the cosmo, where there was more seating (by the photobooth). The Fairfax was REALLY good. The scrambled eggs are buttery and fluffy. The sauce they use is the perfect addition. The Gaucho was just ok. The meat was kind of chewy. The Slut was different - think yolky egg and mashed potatoes. The truffle tots were crispy and flavorful. Definitely going to try more from this menu the next time we visit!
Pretty good food! Long line, but we got through to order in about 15 minutes. I also waited a lot longer than other people before me to get my food, but they said it was because I got the Slut. We got the French toast sticks and the Bacon egg and cheese sandwich which was my favorite. The French toast stick sauce was cold, which felt a little weird with the hot French toast. The space was really busy and has a community table that was pretty crowded. Staff was friendly, food was good overall!
One of my favorite places to grab breakfast when in Vegas. This is a franchise, originally from LA, and they don't have a location in my home state so it's something I look forward to. Located in The Cosmopolitan, the line for this place can we quite long, however they are super efficient so people do turnover quite quickly! Thankfully the same goes for seating as well, everytime I've been here I've been able to order and immediately find a place to sit. It's not fancy, more fast casual, but I would definitely recommend eating here and not taking it to-go. I can't imagine eating eggs after they've been sitting for a while, but maybe that's just me. I got the Fairfax and the husband got the Slut. The Fairfax comes in the softest bun, and the eggs are slick. The best part is the sauce that has a bit of a kick. It's just perfect! The Slut is served in a glass jar, with a side of brioche, and is a really unique dish. We enjoyed both, but my husband did say he'd rather have ordered the Fairfax over the Slut, having tasted both. Either way, this place never disappoints.
Ohhhh the sluttyness of it all! Is that even a word? Everything about this place works! The food, the ambiance, the service and your bang for your buck, outstanding 10 out of 10! Today we tried the double cheeseburgers and they were juicy, seasoned well and cooked to our requested temperature. This is the place you go to if you want something quick that tastes scrumptious and doesn't eat a hole in your wallet! I'll be back tomorrow morning to try the breakfast sandwiches.
After coming by on Saturday at prime time and seeing a very long line, we passed, knowing it might take an hour to get our food. However, we decided to go by early on Wednesday morning with the hope that people in Vegas don't get up that early to eat breakfast at a Vegas strip hotel and our instincts were right...7:30am and only about 5 people in line!! Not knowing what to order, we went with two of their most popular items the Fairfax and Gaucho and an order of truffle hash browns (which were more like flat tater tots). We also got their coffee which was just meh. The sandwiches were definitely tasty and worth trying, though, especially if the wait isn't bad.
If you want to eat here, be prepared to wait in a line. Let me tell you though, the wait is worth it!!! The line took about 20 mins from the very back. The food came out incredibly quick, the servers were very sweet and helpful. This is hands down the best breakfast sammich place let alone the best breakfast Sammy I've ever had! The brioche bun is so soft, the eggs are delectable, the sauces are to die for. Definitely try this place if you're at the Cosmopolitan!
We spent the weekend at cosmo for a staycation and decided to stop by to pick up breakfast back to the room. Line was long so be ready to wait for a while. They also offered plenty of open seating so dining in is also a good option. The whole place was open concept with very modern decor. We went with the classic bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich and added the French toast sticks and duck fat tots for sides. They also offered coffee so we ordered that as well. We waited about 5-10 minutes before everything came out and it was still great by the time we got back to the room. They were made fresh and flavorful. Service was limited as it was mostly grab and go, but the cashier was very friendly and helpful and we'd definitely stop by again if we're in the area for breakfast.
My husband seriously loves Egg Slut . The mornings can be quite a wait - but after 11, it gets to be a pretty quick line. He loves the gaucho and the chimichirri sauce is very good- I wish they offered it as a side to add in your sandwiches or even dip your tots into. I'm personally not a huge "egg" fan - but I do recommend the Fairfax on a bed of arugula instead of bread. The arugula salad is very good and fresh. Of course the truffle tots are as evil and as delicious as they sound. Seating can be an issue- I really think the Cosmopolitan needs to address that- Big time. But that's no fault of the businesses.

If you are craving a breakfast sandwich and are close to the Cosmopolitan than this is the right place for you. They have a pretty simple menu where each item is unique on their own. There was a line that wrapped around but it moves pretty fast. Fairfax Sandwich($11+($3bacon))- This sandwich was my favorite out of the items I tried, I would say the bacon added the needed saltiness to sandwich that is complimented by the creamy egg and sriracha mayo mix. Sausage, egg and cheese sandwich($11)- Not as flavorful to the fairfax but still is satisfying to eat. Slut($11.50)- Nothing special in particular to me, was just a creamy mixture of egg yolk and potato puree, it lacked salt for me. Truffle Hashbrowns($6)- Nothing too crazy, just regular hashbrowns with a hint of truffle oil Overall I did enjoy the flavors for each item even though I had to add salt to a few of them. We tried Eggslut while in Las Vegas, mostly out of curiosity since it's so popular. The line was quite long, which set expectations fairly high, but the food ended up being just okay. The sandwiches were fine and filling, but nothing really stood out in terms of flavor. Eggs were cooked properly, but overall it felt pretty standard and didn't justify the wait. If there were little to no line, it would be a decent quick bite, but with the long queue, it felt underwhelming. Eggslut used to be good years ago and now it's just very mediocre. I got a sausage egg and cheese and the truffle hash browns. The brioche bun for the sandwich was so dry, I thought maybe it was stale. You can get a better breakfast sandwich at McDonald's. The hash browns were also dry and had a very small hint of truffle. While it's convenient in the Cosmo, the food is disappointing. read more

I can see why this place is so popular, it's delicious! However, that being said- you will not catch me waiting in the long ass line that forms around 10am. It wraps around the corner and into a hallway where the restrooms are. I however went around 8 something and it was a short line. Totally acceptable for me. Cashier was friendly, food was prepared fresh, I saw them making it. And best of all it was very tasty. I ordered the Fairfax sandwich, truffle hashbrowns, and the house made buttermilk biscuit with honey butter. The Fairfax sandwich was SO good. Pretty much a perfect breakfast sando in my book. I love soft scrambled eggs. The hashbrowns were good, tasted like truffle, and somehow my least favorite thing was the biscuit. Flavor was fine but it was a bit on the hard side. I think it had sat for too long, if fresher could have been a nice flakey, biscuit texture. But it was only made better by reheating in our rooms microwave and eaten instantly before getting hard again. Otherwise, I'd definitely come back and try other items. We arrived just before opening and there was already a line of about 30 people, but it moves quick! We got the double cheeseburger, the Fairfax with bacon and the truffle tots. Loved the creaminess of the egg and the caramelized onions on the Fairfax. The burger had great flavor and is definitely a good choice if you're looking for something substantial. I've read several reviews for Eggslut and all have been good so for a quick breakfast I decided to try it out. There was a pretty long line for ordering but it moved pretty quickly. Lots of people were in the small seating area but that line for seating moved pretty fast as well and we were able to sit and eat. We ordered the Bacon, Egg & Cheese and Fairfax sandwiches along with orange juice, hash browns, and French toast sticks. The bread for the sandwiches were fluffy and airy along with the eggs. Both sandwiches had great flavor and the orange juice paired perfectly with them. The hash browns were crisps and the French toast sticks were the perfect amount of sweetness. For a quick breakfast with restaurant quality Eggslut is the place to go. read more
Came around 9:30 AM on a Tuesday and the line was already stretching around the corner, took us about 20 min to order but the food came out fairly soon afterwards. We got the bacon egg cheese, sausage egg cheese, and the slut to try. The slut was really good, it was creamy and just salty enough, just wish there was a bit more bread to go with it! The flavor of the sandwiches were good, but there was barely any sauce in either of them so they were a bit dry. Not sure if there's an option to ask for extra sauce but will definitely try next time! I can definitely see the line getting super long during Vegas peak season, so plan ahead if this is part of your breakfast plans! read more
Walked from our hotel to line up at 6:55 am they open at 7:00. There was already a line down the hall that was about :25 minutes long. We ordered the biscuit, the French toast sticks, The Slut and The Fairfax, we ordered coffee across the hall at The District since they do not make Lattes here. The biscuit I would NOT get again, at $4, even with honey butter and using the leftover maple custard from the cinnamon sticks still tough and dry. Save the biscuits for Georgia where they use Lily flour, light hands and get them flaky, moist and light! Moving on to the $11. Fairfax Sandwich states it is a cage-free soft scrambled eggs, chives, caramelized onions, cheddar cheese, sriracha mayo, warm brioche bun. This was warm, gooey, salty and about a level 2-3 on a heat scale. Delicious! Hubby surprised me with a little extra, the $11.50 The Slut. coddled egg, smooth potato purée, gray salt, chives, slices of baguette. We made the mistake of walking it back since it was still piping hot to our hotel (we were so full and thought it would give us a chance to take a breather).... it was still salty delicious but I would like to have tasted it when it was at its peak freshness/hotness. I bet it was an 8.5 by the time we got it back to the hotel and ate it, it was probably more like a 6. The egg yolk was bright orange just really pretty to look at, but the egg was getting cold. The bread was tough to eat, but we let it soak in with the salty potatoes mixed up. The egg was still really good. Overall, get up early, get in line, get a good start to the day and then go to Red Rock or something else outside and just relax!!! read more
Well who doesn't like a hot egg sandwich? A runny egg is good anytime of day in my opinion. And there is a reason the line was wrapped around the corner. But don't let it fool you, it moves quickly. A quick breakfast spot in a casino is refreshing. The seating is cute with egg chairs and Alice in wonderland theme. But it is not very big. But the egg sandwiches are tasty and come out fresh. We're SoCal natives so as soon as we saw the Eggslut we knew we'd be hitting it up for at least one breakfast! First day we tried around 9:45am after a late night & there was a very long line for a Tuesday morning wrapping all the way into the adjacent hallway. Next day we got there around 8am after grabbing a coffee from the Illy Cafe on the same floor. They were ready for the rush with well over a dozen employees working. We got our usuals: wife bacon, eggs and cheese, my go to is Fairfax with bacon. We took them all back to our room & had an excellent breakfast on the balcony. Execution was consistent with other Eggsluts we've been to, quick & efficient (at least before 9am!) Also our total was ~$40 for two egg sandwiches with truffle hashbrowns. We'd definitely return next time at the Cosmo! read more
My husband and I happened to be at The Cosmopolitan and I had to try Eggslut. Every time I pass by there always closed so I never had a chance till now. Line was pretty long. We waited about 22 minutes but it was definitely worth the wait. We ordered 2 sandwiches, slut, hash brown and big chocolate cookie for my husband. It came out to be a little over $70. It's on the expensive side for sandwich but it was an good experience. More like one time thing though. It was very busy not much chairs to seat but we got lucky and found two chairs and sat down and ate all the food. It definitely filled us up. read more
Egg slut is not just a funny name, they're responsible for some of the most trendy and popular breakfast sandwiches on the Vegas strip! Everything is done right here. From the handmade orange juice, great coffee, crispy and crunchy hashbrowns to the main star; the sandwiches! I made the solo 15 minute walk to Egg Slut. The rest of the fam was packing as it was our last day in Vegas. I had eaten good all weekend long and I wasn't about to stop now. The walk was so nice, weather in Las Vegas was at a cool 60 degrees but I warmed up with that walk. Located inside the Aria I went up the escalators and seen heaven aka Egg Slut. Sure the name is viral but would the food live up to the hype? The hallway where the line wraps around to has the menu and also bathrooms. Took about 15 minutes before I was ordering but I knew what I wanted. A Fairfax sandwich with turkey sausage and avocado! Also hashbrowns. Wait wasn't too long as I was picking up my food within 10 minutes or so. The scrambled eggs and chives were soft scrambled and phenomenal. The buns were toasty and held everything together well. My hashbrowns were bomb! Loved this spot and can't wait to try it again with family next time I'm near one! read more

I stopped by Eggslut at 11:00 p.m. on a Friday and the queue to order was quite long, extending into the hallway where the bathrooms are located. However, despite the line being so long, the line moved surprisingly quick. I think I only ended up waiting around 20 minutes before I was at the register to place my order. I ordered the Fairfax sandwich while my wife got the egg salad sandwich. We shared the truffle hash browns -- which come shaped like McDonald's chicken nuggets in a small brown bag, and a side salad as well. The eggs in the Fairfax are perfectly scrambled and super fluffy. The egg salad sandwich was not the best egg salad that I've had. I felt like the egg salad was a bit under-seasoned, and for both sandwiches, the ratio of egg to bun was a little off. The brioche bun was a bit thick for how much egg is in the sandwich. As an open faced sandwich with one less bun, the ratio is perfect. If you're in the area and there's a short line, Eggslut is definitely worth trying out at least once to see what the hype is about. read more

Definitely one of my favourite breakfast spots in the world! Food - 5/5 Fairfax - 5/5 - My favourite breakfast sandwich... so good! The sriracha mayo, scrambled eggs, and cheese mixed all together is just perfect with the brioche bun that it comes in... Gaucho - 4.5/5 - I really like this also, and nice to switch up once in a while, since I tend to get this multiple days whenever I am in Vegas. The beef with the chimichurri is really nice... the only reason I don't get this as much is because it's more of a lunch item I'd say, than breakfast, and the beef is good but I find the Fairfax better. Truffle Hash Browns - 5/5 - Everyone that got this with me loved it and ended up getting it the next day... they are seasoned with truffle rosemary salt and have a perfectly seasoned flavour. Service - 5/5 - All such friendly staff and were trying to be as fast and efficient as possible... the line was long too but moved pretty quickly, all things considered! Atmosphere - 3/5 - It would be great to have a bigger seated area since there are so many people waiting. I know it's meant to be more of a grab and go spot, but considering the popularity, a diner type venue would be really great to keep things moving for take out while also giving people the option to sit down and eat. read more
I had high expectations for Eggslut after reading about it. Although the food was good, it didn't live up to the hype. The breakfast sandwich was tasty but I have had better and the slut was good but there was not enough bread for the amount of egg given. If staying at the cosmo, I would come back but I would not go out of my way to come back. note- it gets very busy mid morning. The earlier you get there, the less the line will be. read more

The sandwiches were just ok... it's a basic breakfast sandwich so I don't get the hype. My friend got the slut and said it was amazing though. It was potatoes and egg in the tiniest jar I've ever seen but apparently really good. The French toast sticks were very delicious too. The staff was super friendly which was nice. Even though the line is super long, it moves really fast and the food comes out fairly quickly. Delicious option for breakfast at the cosmo that is far less expensive than other options. Line gets long - yeah - but they keep it moving. We arrived around 7am-8am and that afforded a quicker line and more seating options. The seating across from egg slut has a wonderland theme and I am a sucker for that. Love this place. First time I tried eggslut was in LA but I haven't been in a long time to that or the Vegas location. It's rare to return to an establishment and be just as impressed on the return visit as the initial, but that's exactly what happened. Came here twice on a recent work trip and both times had the Fairfax sandwich with avocado. The egg was the star (of course) with its fluffy and slightly runny texture and the avocado paired nicely with it. Altogether it was quite tasty! I also tried the truffle hashbrowns and though the flavor didn't stand out, the crunch was perfect. It is common to have to line up but I didn't have to wait more than 15 mins which is not bad IMO. Very casual with places to sit and easy to take to-go. Can't wait to return next time I'm in the area! read more
first meal in vegas off the plane and it did not disappoint!!! the brioche was super soft and the egg was very light and creamy. i wasn't expecting the texture to be so airy but it was a good surprise! the egg was also seasoned well and the sriracha mayo just added another layer onto that! i personally didn't like the caramelized onions because they added a subtle sweetness but it wouldn't change my rating. maybe a crispy/fried onions option would have been better to add a crisp to the soft egg and bread ensemble the french toast sticks were my attempt to try another item on the menu bc it was an easy shareable. that being said, i could have lived without them. the flavor was lackluster and the texture was a little too dry for my liking. still a solid meal though! read more

You can never go wrong with EggSlut. It's so good!! A bit pricey but it's worth it. And don't get scared with the big lines. They move quick! My favorite thing to get there is the Fairfax and you add avocado and the sausage patty. Sooo good!!!! read more
I haven't had it in a while and it's still delicious as I remember. I usually avoid going here because of the line, but we decided to wait and took about 30-40mins to get to the front around 1pm on a Saturday. Seatings can be difficult to find sometimes when it's too crowded. I always get the guacho sandwich because it's the best. We got to try the hash browns and French toast this time and it was really good as well. read more
Came here to try their breakfast sandwich. I ordered the egg salad sandwich. You stand in a line that goes fairly quick. There is a menu available as you are standing around the corner from where you order. We waited about 10 minutes for our order. There are a lot of people, so expect to wait. My egg salad sandwich had good flavor, but I wish my bun was warmed up so that the bread would be softer. We also ordered the truffle hashbrowns-that was delicious. Next time I will try their Fairfax. I would come back and try the other sandwiches. Price is reasonable considering the going rate at the other places. read more

This is usually on our stop in Vegas. The line is usually long but goes fast. I ordered the Fairfax sandwich with turkey sausage and the truffle hash browns. My husband ordered the Gaucho sandwich with the hash browns. I tried ordering a Mimosa which is on their menu but they said you could only buy a bottle. My husband ordered a Bloody Mary and they said they were out. He then asked for coffee and the young lady said they have orange juice. This was a bit confusing so he asked if they had coffee and she said yes. When I got my receipt, I noticed it said chicken sausage instead of turkey. So I went to ask and they said they no longer had turkey sausage, only chicken. The lack of communication was a concern. Food overall was ok, though I hate they changed the hash browns. They are now tater tots and had known, probably would not have ordered them. They flavor was still good, I just prefer the flat hash browns. I would give this experience a 3.5. read more

We enjoyed this place so much we went twice during our trip. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The first time there was a short fast moving line, the next time (on a Friday) there was a long slow moving line. So if you're going to Check them out on the weekend, give yourself some time, it's worth it. We had the following and it was AMAZING: Sausage, Egg & Cheese (made with house made turkey sausage - DELICIOUS) Bacon, Egg & Cheese ( Bacon was crispy and eggs cooked perfectly) French Toast Sticks w/vanilla custard dip (Love Clouds with cinnamon sugar dust the BEST I've ever had!!) You can't order over the phone for to go orders, they won't answer their phones. I tried this the one time I went. You have to go and wait in line and order.

When we went back in September on a Saturday, the wait was about 15 minutes. I expected longer but the line moved quickly.

No there isn't bottomless mimosas. You order at the counter and there aren't any servers

Eggslut is located inside The Cosmopolitan, so parking is up to you. I walked from Planet Hollywood

Both. Table seating along the outside of the restaurant, so for some people their backs are to the people waiting for pick-up. Others facing the restaurant. Some tables across the hallway of the restaurant, shared by other places.
