Still one of the best bacon egg and cheese sandwiches you will ever get. Not the cheapest establishment. But you will get quality, fresh food.
The Fairfax sandwich is BOMB. So good, so buttery, so soft, and flavorful with chives and caramelized onions. Highly recommend. It doesn't look that big but it is pretty filling. The truffle hashbrowns were very good as well, although I felt that they were a little overpriced for the portion size. (6 small hashbrowns for about $6). Even though the line was long on a Monday (Labor Day) morning, it moved pretty fast. Once we placed our order, it took about 5-8 minutes for the food to be ready. The food is so rich that if you're not getting a drink, I'd recommend you ask for some water.
Eggslut is still delicious, but pricier now of course! Did an early morning runyon hike and stopped by GCM on the way home. The line was not long so ordered a sausage egg sandwich, fresh OJ and truffle tots. $25 total. Service was fine and it took about 15 minutes to get our food. Looked like alot of delivery orders were coming in as well. Sandwich was filling and the egg was over medium so yolk popped all out of my sandwich. Everything in the sandwich mixed well though. Tots were good but pretty basic. For over $5 for a "fresh squeezed orange juice" they need to make the cups bigger. Felt like i got a kiddy cup and was way over priced. Overall its still delicious and a vibe but get ready to wait a while and empty your wallet!
Service was great. The line wasn't too long and another person came to help cashier. I've been here multiple times and this is THE WORST experience I've had. We got the slut, Fairfax (added avocado and bacon), truffle fries and cinnamon toast cold brew. Meal was good, like it's been before. Now comes the horrifying experience. Halfway through my cinnamon toast cold brew coffee... I take a huge sip and something is halfway in my mouth and halfway in the straw. It was long light colored hair *barf*!!! I've never had this happen before so naturally I'm horrified and disgusted.
I've been wanting to try Eggslut for years and finally got around to it. I got the slut with bacon and the truffle hash browns. The hash browns were so good. I could definitely taste the truffle. The bacon was nice and crispy. The slut is a coddled egg with potato purée. It was pretty good and it comes with toasted bread. I'm glad that I tried it but next time I would try a sandwich or the French toast. The line was long but it moved very quickly. I was told my food would take ten minutes but it was ready in less than five. I didn't know what to do with the glass jar that the slut comes in. I asked and they told me to either keep it or toss it, which seems kind of a waste.
A delicious but pricey breakfast‑burger spot. While the surrounding shops are still asleep, this place already has a long line at 8 a.m. They only have locations in L.A. County, so I have to drive 43 minutes from Irvine to eat here. Sausage, Egg & Cheese Sandwich: This is the one I think tastes the best. The chicken sausage is shaped into a patty, and with the mayo, the jammy egg, and the brioche bun, it's genuinely delicious. Calling it an elevated McMuffin isn't an exaggeration. Their brioche bun is excellent. Even after sitting for 20 minutes and cooling down, it stays soft, fragrant, and slightly sweet. Double Cheeseburger with Bacon: Tasty, but the $20 price tag for a single burger shocks me. The best part is the satisfaction of biting into the double patties loaded with caramelized onions, special mayo, and runny egg yolk. The extra $3.50 bacon is good too--neither overly salty nor too tough. Egg Salad Sandwich: The organic egg salad mixed with arugula, chives, and honey mustard tastes good, though not particularly mind‑blowing. Slut: Honestly, the toast itself is just okay, but dipping it into the egg‑potato mixture is a creative way to eat it. A glass jar holds a sous‑vide organic soft‑boiled egg blended with potato purée, topped with a sprinkle of sea salt and chives. Before eating, it's best to stir the egg and potato thoroughly so the salt doesn't stay concentrated on top. Cinnamon Toast Cold Brew & Vanilla Cream Cold Brew: Slightly bitter, slightly acidic, and pretty enjoyable. The ingredients differ, but they actually taste quite similar. The kind of breakfast spot that makes you consider moving closer just for convenience. One of my favorite places to grab breakfast in Grand Central Market. Every time I'm in LA I somehow end up back here, which probably says everything you need to know. The food is consistently good, reasonably priced for LA, and the atmosphere inside the market makes the whole experience better. You order on one side, pick up on the other when they call your name, and the whole process is surprisingly quick considering how busy it gets. One thing I really like is that there are plenty of places to sit throughout the market, so if the seating near Eggslut is full you can just wander a little and usually find somewhere to post up. Definitely split the French toast sticks with at least one or two people unless you're trying to speedrun a sugar crash before noon. They're ridiculously good. Also worth noting, the bacon egg and cheese comes with ketchup on it automatically. Some people will love that, others will take it as a personal attack, so ask them to hold it if ketchup on eggs is not your thing. Great spot, good food, fast service, and the kind of vibe that reminds you why Grand Central is one of the best food spots in LA.
First time coming here and didnt realize there were soo many other places to eat at. Eggslut was the first booth that we saw. I got the egg salad, cinnamon toast cold brew and wanted to try the slut as well. I love the ct cold brew. I wished they haf a bigger size that it definitely wasnt enough. The egg salad was creamy with probably mayo,salt and pepper and went well with the arugula. They always gave a fork with it. The slut was okay. It was super butter but felt weird because you are dipping bread into mashed potato and egg.
I went to Eggslut before in Vegas and did not realize there were multiple locations scattered across the world. Whoops. Anyhow, unlike Vegas, the line at the Grand Central Market wasn't as long. Therefore, it didn't take me very long to get my Fairfax Sandwich. I didn't go overboard with truffle hash browns this time because I was flying out from LAX later in the evening. However, the sandwich was quite good. Also, I didn't order the cold brew because it was still a very small size. But at least the sandwich tasted quite fgood.
Simply the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. I also loved the hash browns and the french toast. The side salad is a nice side to have if you want some greens with your breakfast. Good coffee too. Service was nice.
What I thought was a social media campaign turned into a legit meal for an egg lover. Chives mixed with the right amount of eggs and cheese plus spicy mayo created a balanced flavor. Not to mention the soft bun! Every bite is satisfying. I paired it with vanilla cream cold brew Service was fast and friendly, even with a crowd! Love the cozy bar seating too!
I'm glad this spot lived up to the hype. Our hotel's breakfast was weak, and we were walking distance to GCM, so we ate here twice. The bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich was bomb. I also liked the egg salad. But the truffle hashbrowns tossed in duck fat were addicting. My kid loved the French toast sticks and fresh OJ. Definitely one of my favorite breakfast spots.
Came to Grand Central Market on 7/3 and was so happy that Egg Slut was open! The hubs and I shared a Fairfax and a Slut. The line was about 5 minutes long with about a 10 minute wait after ordering. Not bad at all! It was crowded today but definitely worth the wait. We found covered seating right outside at a table, which was so convenient. There were tables without covering too, but a bit too warm for today. The Fairfax was meatless with lightly scrambled eggs, chives and cheddar cheese on a very soft Brioche bun. Some filling oozed out-it was a generous serving! The slut with lightly toasted bread was phenomenal! So yummy! Loved the silky egg on top of the textured potato puree. The perfect combo on the toast! There is parking associated with Grand Central Market but we were fortunate to find free street parking today due to the holiday!

I had heard so much about Eggslut over the last few years, and I finally had the chance to visit during a quick weekend trip home! My friend (hey Telena!) and I came around opening time (8am) on a Friday. We thought that getting there early would mean that the line wouldn't be too long, but we forgot it was a federal holiday, and when we got there shortly after Eggslut opened, the line was already weaving around in Grand Central Market! After talking to some friendly tourists, the line seemed to move relatively quickly. I ordered the Turkey Sausage, Egg, and cheese sandwich, and my friend ordered the Egg salad sandwich. We both thoroughly enjoyed our sandwiches down to the last bite! My sandwich was juicy and flavorful. The yolk was still runny, which was AMAZING, especially with the toasty brioche bun. My friend's sandwich had a lot of arugula with was a nice fresh contrast to the richer egg salad. The facility itself, situated at the Broadway end of Grand Central Market, has some bar seating but there's plenty of seating within the market anyway. Service is quick and the sandwiches are just as pretty and "Instagrammable" as they are delicious! read more

I've been to the egg slut in Las Vegas at the Cosmopolitan and wanted to try one in California. First off this is at the grand central market, so there is plenty of options around you. I absolutely love this place for its wife range of food and culture. It's an open seating with a bar side and little tables. We ordered the sausage egg and cheese sandwich and the slut. What's really impressive is the eggs quality. They taste just like the ones at the farm, the yolk is super savory and packed with flavor, nothing like what you guy at the store. The sandwich tasted great, the sausage is seasoned heavily, I feel it doesn't let the egg stand for itself. The Slut was something I hadn't tried, it tasted great! Until you run out of egg, the potatoes purée tasted bland. Over all, the place is good! But I do feel there seems to be an over hype about it. It's a very solid 4! You should still go check it out! read more
Went really early, and there was still a line! Line moved quick though, and food came out pretty quick too! Be prepared to wait a little if you order the SLUT though, they boil it a little longer, to-order. We had the following: BACON, EGG & CHEESE - hardwood smoked bacon, cage-free over medium egg, cheddar cheese and chipotle ketchup in a warm brioche bun - the sandwich melts in your mouth! The warm soft brioche bun with the creamy delicious eggs.. yumm SLUT - cage-free coddled egg on top of a smooth potato purée, poached in a glass jar, topped with gray salt and chives, served with slices of baguette - it looks so good, but so overrated! The poached egg and potato purée was so flavorless! Definitely need more salt for sure! Pretty solid breakfast if you are in the area! read more
When slave girl asked me to meet and have lunch at Grand Central Market, I had no desire to eat at Eggslut due to all the horror stories I heard about the wait time and the line, etc. Since slave girl was late, I figured why not stood in line since I was waiting anyway. Well, I don't know about everyone else, but my butt was at the register after 15 minutes. Slave girl almost didn't make it because she didn't expect that either. Shoot. Where was the powerball vendor when you needed one? We ordered a slut (needed by slave girl), fairfax sandwich, and bacon, egg, cheese sandwich. I know i know, who the hell orders 3 items with only 2 people? Well, fatty who doesn't like to wait in line did. Our favorite was the slut, shocking right? I have always like food made with sous vide, this egg in a jar with potato puree was no difference. I like the flavor and the texture, but I totally disagree to see only 3 little baguettes came with the order. For $9 an order, I believe I was entitled to have at least 5 baguettes, just saying. Both sandwiches were tasty. Eggs were cooked perfectly. Matter of fact, maybe a little too perfect. The scramble eggs were fluffy in fairfax and that made the sandwich hollow. You will be guaranteed hungry after you are done eating it. Bacon, egg, cheese sandwich was a little better due to all the bacons inside, but will probably only last one hour longer than fairfax. Overall food wasn't bad, but with the price point, I don't think I will be going back anytime soon. I highly recommend trying it at least once though. read more
This is my second time here at Eggslut and there's always a long line because of how popular it is, so be prepared for that. I got the bacon, egg & cheese, but I changed my egg to scramble, added sausage and substituted for sirarcha mayo instead. It was honestly so good. I would definitely recommend you give it a try if you're ever in the area! read more
Human nature is funny. I see the reviews from trusted Yelpers warning that Eggslut is overrated. Yet I was compelled to stand in line for over an hour anyway. I mean . . look at all the people. . they must know better and it must be great. Well, it's not very great folks. I'd say it's a good egg sandwich. But not worth the wait. I know I would never stand in that line again. Let's see. I had the Fairfax and shared half of a cheeseburger. The Fairfax tasted as you would expect. I do wonder if the brioche bun is a positive. It's light and very airy. The cheeseburger was good. Size wise, I'd say it's equivalent to In-N-Out. The patty was cooked to a nice medium and was juicy. The egg was a nice addition. Also be aware if you ask for ketchup on the sandwich like our boys did. I think it's house made but our boys hated it - actually ruined their sandwich. So final verdict - good food but not worth the wait. Okay, maybe if you have all the time in the world, just maybe it's worth trying. read more
After seeing many recommendations to go here it definitely lived up to the hype. It's inside the Grand Central market that has many options for food. I ordered the sausage egg cheese sandwich and my wife got the bacon egg cheese. Both were very good. Mine had a really runny egg which made it pretty messy, I loved it but grabbing several napkins is a good idea. The brioche bun is fantastic. I would say there is a consistent line but it does move fast and well worth the wait. Next time I go I'd probably order two sandwiches for myself because they aren't very big. read more

I've been living in LA for 4 years now, and I can't believe it took me this long to come to Eggslut. Shame. On. Me. Wary that this staple of DTLA/GCM could very possibly be overhyped by the bandwagoning groupthink of LA hipsters, it's understandable that one would feel scared off by the snaking long line that is perpetually present at Eggslut. My recommendation? Come with a friend whom you've been dying to catch up with. The line will feel like nothing if you're exchanging stories while waiting. If you've never been here, I highly suggest ordering their famous Slut. It's very small, unfilling, and probably not worth the hefty $9 pricetag, but you haven't visited GCM if you don't try it at least once. The egg nestled in the potato puree is p e r f e c t l y cooked - just the right amount of runniness. Mix it with the puree and you have yourself an incredibly savory breakfast mix to top your toasted baguette. Such a simple, yet beautiful item!!!! If you want something more filling though, go with the Fairfax burger - and don't skimp on the bacon and avo! It is extra to add those things, but THAT FOODGASM IS PRICELESS. Again, shame on me for not coming here sooner. The lines and waits are long, but you can spend your spare time browsing the rest of GCM or taking basic IG photos in front of the ever-famous Eggslut wall (like me). All the hype and all the yolky yums! After finally getting to try this place, I can understand why it's got a rep. Even though all you're getting is variations of egg dishes, they really do a phenomenal job with it. The eggs were cooked perfectly, and bursting with yolky goodness. I tried the classic sandwich and the slut and while the slut was great (sous vided potatoes with a tiny bit of cheese and topped with an egg ina jar), the sandwich was an another level. For a walk up stand, this was one of the best experiences I've had for something as simple as eggs, and I'd definitely be back if I was passing by and needed something quick, but I wouldnt go out of my way for it. I'd still recommend trying this spot out at least once! read more

Cop A: I think those are the sluts! Cop B: yeah, those sluts look gooooood! This is a real conversation I overheard when I was eating my "eggslut", no joke. Funny, I know! Besides the hype, this place is really nothing worthy. Decided to eat here while exploring the grand central market on a Wednesday after my Broad museum tour. I saw tons of reviews of this place on Yelp so I decided to be a slut for a change and try the infamous "eggslut". Huge mistake! The "eggslut" is basically egg in a jar. They also give you three pieces of yucky bread. The egg jar doesn't have much flavor at all. This tiny little thingy cost over 10 dollars! Sure, it might look good for the Gram but you must be a sucker to pay terrible food for the sake of taking a few pictures. I took a few scoops of the egg and didn't even finish half of my food. I basically just threw my money away. Plus the service was nonexistent. I was gonna give them a two star but can't seem to justify doing that. Good thing is I didn't have to wait on this crap b/c there was no line. Grand central market has so many other decent places. Why waste your money here?! Now I think about it. I have yet to have good experience with sluts in general. Bottom line: Sluts suck regardless they are egg sluts or not. SKIP IT!! read more
I'm not a big fan of eggs and sandwiches, but I am surprising impressed. 5 Star. Fairfax Sandwich. Tastes way better than it looks. Soft, flavorful and melts in my mouth, didn't know that's possible with a tough looking sandwich. 3 Star. Not bad, thought again, I'm not a fan of eggs. First bite was wacky - bit on a solid chunk of sea salt. Not too cool. 4.5 Star. Orange Juice. Very fresh and lightly pulpy. Love the taste. So natural. Still giving it a 5 star. Since this is a place I'd recommend to friends to try out, or if I need some carbs & protein. Perfect combo with the Pressed Juice next door. read more
Finally tried Eggslut. Came on a nice Sunday for lunch, so unsurprisingly there was a line. Ended up taking a little over an hour from falling into line to when we sat down to eat. But we were prepared for that, of course. What we were not prepared for was to be told that they had increased their price to add avocado from $1 to a jaw-dropping $3.50. That's for one sandwich, and to add it to the Fairfax means you're paying half the price of the sandwich itself. However, before running my mouth and dropping a star, I did a little research and discovered that there is an avocado shortage that started late last year. Hopefully there aren't a bunch of people going home and typing it up in their Yelp reviews not knowing why the price of avocado skyrocketed! The Fairfax was delicious, the brioche bun and scrambled eggs both pillowy soft. I added bacon to give it a little crunch and regret nothing. My only complaint was that the sandwich was maybe one notch too salty for me. Next time I'll try the cheeseburger, which was the other option I had been considering. In truth, if I was purely balancing the long wait and prices with the food, I would probably give Eggslut three stars. But I knew about the wait and the prices going in, was prepared to make a fun experience of it, and don't plan on coming regularly. I would almost say that I apply that same attitude to Grand Central Market in general. Yes, there are some exciting and incredible places to get food here that are hard to find anywhere else, and some don't even require a long wait (e.g. The Oyster Gourmet), but the market in general is not someplace you go to get a quick bite. It's an experience, and to me, understanding that is the first part of enjoying it. YMMV. read more

Get their fairfax! The soft scramble is to die for. Make sure to add some bacon and avocado to it as well. The glazed onions is a bit too much, so maybe ask them for light onion. Aside from that, it's heaven read more
Egg Slut is one of those places that you go to just to say you've been there. 2pm on a Thursday and about 10 people in line.... not bad! Ordered the fairfax because the honey mustard aioli called to me and sandwich came within 10 minutes. I would say this is probably the fanciest egg sandwich I've had thus far: an above average egg sandwich with the egg cooked just perfectly. Not too dry... nice and fluffy. Every bite had me wanting for more. Brioche bun definitely helps make this a winner. Only thing I didn't like was that it seemed like there was a tad too much butter. For $7 though, egg slut is pretty pricey. Avocado is $1.50 more but today it was an additional $3.50!!! No thanks :'( read more
The lines at eggslut are always super long but the food is worth the wait. My sister and I both got sluts which is a jar full of potato purée and a runny egg. The slut is served with baguette slices to use to dip and enjoy! read more
Egg slut is legendary in LA, and I do highly recommend those that are in the are to give it a try! I have been coming here for years now, and I never mind braving the line to get some of their delicious food. If you are coming around during lunchtime, expect to be waiting in line for a minimum of 30 mins before you'll be able to place your order. Some of my favorite items on the menu include the Cheeseburger (I always add avo and bacon), the Fairfax and the slut. I do highly recommend their fresh orange juice with your meal as it complements their dishes perfectly. While I do love their food, the portions sizes tend to be pretty small for the price, but I do think that it is made up for in quality and taste. There is a reason why there is so much talk about this place, and I do recommend others to give it a try! read more

This place is freaking amazing, located at the central market in downtown it's perfect. The name is clever and probably draws a lot of attention to eat here because of That but that shouldn't be the reason the eat here. The environment is perfect for the area, not only this spot here but all the other places to eat around it makes you feel like this is the place to be in the morning or afternoon. The signs are lit up in neon lighting and the people are just here to enjoy the food. When you get to egg slut get a menu at the register and get in line right away since it can get pretty long. The staff has a good system to keep the line moving and get the food to you fast once ordered. Make sure you order the slut since it's what they're known for you can't for wrong. The egg and potatoes purée go perfect together with so much flavor packed in the jar. We also ordered a few sandwiches and man oh man were they good. The bread was delicious and so was the flavor to the sausage and egg. This is a must stop when in the area to eat breakfast. read more
I arrived on a weekday at 3pm and there was no line. I do prefer the Beverly Hills location though because I didn't feel too safe in the downtown area. Sausage, egg, and cheese: I know, I know, the green sausage patty doesnt look the most appetizing, but don't worry, it is sage and chive oil that gave it its odd colour. Fairfax: everything was made to order but somehow it wasn't as warm as it should be. Will try out their bacon sandwich next time! read more

The best egg sandwiches you can find! Every time I come here, it never disappoints! We got two of their most popular item, the Fairfax Sandwich. The scrambled eggs were some of the softest and creamiest that I've had, and it paired so wonderfully with the melty cheese and fluffy brioche bun. It almost feels as if you're biting into literal clouds. I think this is slightly better than Egg Slut in terms of the egg texture and how much egg you get in each sandwich. Only downsides are that it is a bit expensive for the size of the sandwich ($8.75), and the lines tend to always get long at any time of the day. However, I do recommend trying this place out if you haven't yet, especially if you're visiting from out of town like us. This is starting to become a spot I stop at every time I visit LA. read more

I love how fresh the WHOLE sandwich is!! It was one of the best "fast food" breakfast sandwiches I've had in a long time. Luckily when I got there the wait was only about 20 minutes in the line. Next time I'm back in town I'm going to go to the other location so that I can try the gaucho and the egg toast. The only thing that should be improved on this sandwich is the ketchup. For it to be chipotle ketchup there was no smoky nor was there any kick to it. Unfortunately the ketchup tasted like regular ketchup from the bottle. read more

Been here twice. Waited 15ish mins in line one time, but I wouldn't stand in line for over 30mins just to try it. Still good taste and I love the bun. Everything else has already been said. Worth trying at least once, just not gonna wait 40 mins in line. There's plenty of other options in that case. read more

Everything tastes the same as it looks Honestly, we had a lot expectation with this place since it's part of the hype why people go to Grand Central Market. I have been to Grand Central Market so many times and I didn't try Eggslut until today and that verified my estimation. Nothing goes wrong about the food they served. It's mainly about the price and expectation. The cost of food is : 20 mins of wait in line (I went on Sunday around 12pm) + $20 The food you get is a scrambled egg sandwich + bacon and an egg slut. The scrambled egg sandwich is okkk, but nothing more than ok. The bread is good and fluffy. I wanted to go for the Sausage Egg sandwich but it just reminds me of the Micky D ones which is almost half the price. I know...the yolk is runny....but it doesn't excite me. A ton of people love this sandwich but i rather have the McDonald's one. (people would hate me saying this. I know. That's just my preference considering price and quality ratio) Now the special item is the eggslut which is basically mash potato and an egg in a jar sous vide in a water bath. Cost is like $1 and price is $9...a little pricey. Forget about the price, It taste just like egg and mashed potato with a little salt and chives....A full sandwich is ~$7 so I don't understand the pricing. It is not worth the price for sure. Let me start by addressing all of the skeptics and scoffers... Contrary to the negative press you put out there, this place IS worth the hype. I'll concede eating here feels a bit LA cliche given Eggslut's meteoric rise to LA institution status. But seriously it's worth it. Came here with a friend and ordered the fairfax with avocado & bacon. I am not exaggerating when I say these were PERFECTLY scrambled eggs. I pride myself on being a gentleman, but if these are what slutty eggs taste like, then I'm all about them. The bacon and avocado definitely complimented, but the eggs were center stage. My friend has the bacon and egg sandwich. He also was thoroughly pleased. The only drawbacks are the fact that it is crowded -- so expect to wait -- and there isn't a lot of seating. We lucked out and managed to grab a couple of stools at the bar. I'd really like to see this place move to a proper space and not just an anchor in Grand Central Market (I'm definitely looking forward to the Glendale location opening). I happened to be in the area on a Friday at 10am and came by myself. There was somehow nobody in line so I ordered the Fairfax for $7.50, which is an egg sandwich with chives, caramelized onions, cheddar, and sriracha mayo. I subbed the sriracha mayo for honey mustard aioli at no extra cost. I also got a biscuit and honey butter for $4. The customer service here is really great. The cashier was bright, friendly and talkative. I sat next to a lady who I came to find out was a regular. It seemed like all the staff knew her name and were happy to see her. I was getting a family vibe and it was lovely. My food was ready in 10 minutes. I thought the Fairfax was overall a decent sandwich, but I did have a couple gripes with it. To start, I quite enjoyed the cheese melt, chives, sweet caramelized onions, and I think I made the right call in subbing honey mustard aioli for sriracha mayo. I was not super fond of the scrambled egg itself though. It was far too soft and runny for my liking. I think that's probably due to using a lot of butter in the pan during the scrambling process. I know some people like eggs this soft. But when I'm struggling to hold the sandwich without little egg bits dribbling down my hands, that's a bit too scrambled for me. I liked the taste, just not the texture. On the topic of texture, I thought the sandwich as a whole was too soft. The brioche bun tasted great, love a good brioche slice. But it was just more softness surrounding an already ridiculously soft egg, soft caramelized onions, etc. I could've done with a slight crunch from the bun, maybe a snap from some bacon, any sort of counteracting element, really. I quite enjoyed my biscuit. It was thick, fluffy, and the honey butter was delightfully sweet. $7.50 is certainly a bit pricey for a breakfast sandwich. However, context is important. Eggslut is in DTLA. This is probably some of the cheapest breakfast in the area by a long shot. Summary: - decent Fairfax sandwich, but a couple gripes about the texture - great customer service. SOO GOOD. Perfect breakfast burger. It's the perfect amount of egg, savory bacon, the avocado is delicious on the fairfax, and the bun is so soft and perfectly cooked. This burger and the orange juice is exactly what you need for the morning The price is pretty reasonable for this amount. Additionally, there's always a line but it's pretty worth it! I came when there was no line surprisingly, but Grand Central market is pretty fun to look around while waiting. read more
I had this place bookmarked for a long time and I'm happy that I finally was able to try it. Unfortunately, I feel like due to all the hype, it didn't meet my expectation (maybe it was set too high?) I really enjoy egg sandwiches so this was always a place I wanted to try. However, after going to Portland recently, and trying Kingsland Kitchen (amazing egg sandwiches!) I have to say that Eggslut was not one of the better egg sandwiches I've had. The sandwiches are a bit pricy around 8$ for one. The line was long. And this all would not have mattered if I felt like the taste was as good as people made it out to be. It was an average experience for me and although I am happy to say that I have it knocked off my list, I will probably not need to go out of my way for another tasting. read more

2nd time in this location and 5th time including the Vegas location. Definitely for egg lovers. Had Fairfax, the slut, hashbrown and orange juice. The line gets long quick. We are here by 8 am and already 5th in line. They don't seem to have gaucho so it's a bummer read more

I've been wanting to try Eggslut for a while now to see what all the fuss was about after hearing about it for quite some time. Seeing Chef Alvin's YouTube videos practically made my mouth water from seeing all that food porn so I made it my personal mission to visit while I was in town. I happily waited and was unfazed by the long line (which went by fairly quickly btw). I ordered the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese sandwich and tbh it was good but it wasn't AMAZING like I was expecting it to be which was pretty anticlimactic. Is it blasphemous to say that one could just go to their local Starbucks and order a Double-Smoked Bacon, Cheddar & Egg Sandwich and be equally satisfied since the taste is slightly similar and delicious? Ugh, I guess i'm more of an Eggadmirer than an Eggslut. read more

Totally worth the wait! I got the fairfax-cage-free soft scrambled eggs and chives, cheddar cheese, caramelized onions and sriracha mayo in a warm brioche bun. The eggs were sooo creamy. All the ingredients made for a perfect breakfast sandwich. read more
