We sat for nearly 20 min with no acknowledgement at all before we got up and left. And the restaurant was half empty, so it wasn't like they were too busy to help. Hosted a graduation brunch at this location. Room wasn't ready when we arrived, but it was quickly reorganized for us. The service was great - friendly and attentive. The food was excellent. I had seen good reviews, but didn't really know what to expect. I had the veggie omelette and pancakes and both were delicious. I love this breakfast place! Eggstasy offers an array of menu options, from breakfast to lunch; and some items have very fun names. I tried the chocolate covered bacon, which was good... although the taste would be so much better if the dish was warm (it is served slightly chilled). I also ordered an omelette with garlic, almonds, mushrooms and asparagus - it was marvelous! I want to keep going back to try the other interesting menu items. Eggstasy's orange juice is quite tasty, if a bit overpriced. I wish I remembered my server's name because she was kind and genuine. I recommend this place as a must try! The staff is very friendly and nice. Our waitress was very attentive and helpful, my wife's coffee was always full, our meals came out very quickly and looked amazing! I had the Barbacoa omelette and my wife had the Stuffed Brioche French Toast, I highly recommend both. The portions are very large and filling. The menu has so many different choices, that look awesome, that we need to go back and try more dishes. I suggest you look at the pictures of the different plates before you go. I've honestly never had a bad meal here! The menu is unique with tons of different flavor combinations and the pancakes are to die for! My go-to item is the goat cheese and fig jam omelet with a side of sourdough toast. The red velvet pancakes are delicious. I've never had a problem with slow service or unhappy employees. Food is really good at this location but have to say delivery time to get your food is unbelievably slow. Considered you order 3 chocolate milks and you never get them and watch others that arrive after you get their drinks, really bad. After we received our food our server never bothers to ask if we needed anything else (I.e. ketchup, Tabasco, etc.) so half of our party didn't even touch our food. Was rather speechless. Now I know I could have asked, but what would be the point. I didn't want everyone to have to wait an additional 20 mins or so to get it. If possible I would highly recommend going to the original one (Shea& Scottsdale rd. area) better service and definitely better delivery of food. Will not be recommending people come to this location and will not be returning. Cane here for brunch with my girlfriends to celebrate all of our bdays. It was a cute brunch place. I ordered the chilaquiles and it was good. I liked the salsa. However the menu did not say it had onions and I asked before placing the order if there was onions. The server said " I'm not sure it's only my second day working here but if it's not on the menu it doesn't have it." Okay... rude.. One of my gfs ordered an omelette and fruit. She said The omelette was dry and the fruits and the lettuce under the fruit was wilted. Definitely not fresh. Just ok. The pros: large menu, quality ingredients, fresh squeezed juice (more than just OJ and apple juice) and the portions are generous. The cons: food was not hot, corn beef did not taste house made and overall the food was just ok. I had the fresh fruit crapes off the "healthy" options, which was served with confection sugar and whipped cream, which I would have asked to leave off since I was trying to be healthy. There was no lack of fresh fruit, so that was good. My hubs ordered the house made corn beef hash with pancakes. The pancakes were the star of the table - just regular pancakes. I also enjoyed the fresh pomegranate and strawberry juice. Service was good. I think with a large menu like that you should talk about the menu and what is popular and recommendations. read more

The service and food is AMAZING!! We had a baby with us and the staff let us pick out any table we wanted so we could be comfortable (This was because they weren't crazy busy, but still kind nonetheless). The server was quick and engaging. They honored my request to have 4 different pancakes so that I could sample various flavors. Each one was served with pizazz and the taste did not disappoint. This place used to be much more consistent but over the past year or so has gone down hill. Maybe it's a different experience dining in, but you shouldn't have to double-check the bag(s) every time when ordering take out. We've ordered and paid for side items multiple times and haven't received them. Main ingredients come up missing in breakfast orders. We've even had an order go missing, claiming that someone else may have picked it up. The more likely story is that they completely forgot to make it. The chicken chilaquiles weren't the best ever but they hit the spot. This place feels like any local breakfast joint. Busy, but smells good and service was fantastic. Although hesitant at first, we tried the lemon ricotta pancake and it was the best pancake I have ever had in my entire life. The crazy part: it's gluten free too! Definitely a HAVE TO HAVE if you go! Also, they have a dish called the Egg'gasm - also to die for. Egg + Potato + Cheesy goodness served in a mason jar with sides of toast to spread. 10/10 need to have. Avocado toast is also unique and delicious. The drinks... SO FUN. They have a boozie coffee which is the perfect balance of waking up + alcohol. It's coffee + caramel + vodka + almond milk and tastes like heaven. Mimosas are amazing too. The service was incredible - S/O to manager Brooke and server Zoey, they took great care of us and were super attentive! I went to this establishment recently, the main complaint I have is with I believe was the manager. Every time I eat there, I get an attitude from her. This time around, When the waitress took my order, I told her no powder sugar on my pancakes. So, when the manager dropped off the pancakes to me they had powder sugar on them. I informed her in a friendly manner that I told the waitress I didn't want the powder sugar. The manager picked up the pancakes without saying one word to me or with zero eye contact, and that's after I said "thank you." She comes back a few minutes later and drops the pancakes off to me, again with ZERO eye contact and didn't say one word after I said, "thank you." So therefore, since this has been multiple times that she has given me a poor attitude, I will NOT be coming back. read more

They also have some great healthy options as well and you can make requests for any changes if you would like. Their omelettes are large, unique, and taste amazing. My all-time favorite dish out of all the choices are the smoked ham and kaseri crepes. They also have fresh juice, espresso beverages, cold brew coffee, and nitro brew, as well as a variety of mimosas, bloody marys, and any other boozy brunch drinks. This review is on the chicken and biscuits meal I ate here recently. This is 2 eggs sunny, scratch gravy, crispy chicken. I was impressed with the attractive presentation. It was very good and I really enjoyed it. However, it could be even better. I was a little disappointed in the small amount of gravy. Also, I left most of the biscuits. They're a little dry without gravy. This dish could be greatly improved by ditching one of the biscuits and just using one biscuit cut in half then smothered in gravy.
