I've been to this place twice now and the food is amazing! My first experience was a little hectic because I ordered for pick up on their own website- not through a third party delivery company- and when I went to pick it up somebody already took it? I don't know if somebody stole it or a third party company mistakenly took the wrong order. The staff made me a new order and felt bad. I decided to give it another chance and I was happy I did! Everything my friends and I ordered was delicious! They have a huge variety of items on their menu and the prices are super reasonable. Eggstacy was fantastic!! The amount of breakfast restaurants around here are plentiful, so sometimes we forget about the ones in our own neighborhood. I'm glad we decided to give this one a try. Because it was Father's Day, the place was packed. We ended up sitting at the bar which was very interesting to watch all that is involved in making the drinks, including the machine that makes the fresh orange juice right in front of you. Walked in after a chilly cars and coffee and was seated right away (early). Order was taken almost immediately and drinks were fast to come out. The drinks (mimosa and screwdriver had fresh squeezed orange juice in it which was fresh and delicious). The food was also fairly quick to come out. The children's Mickey pancake plate was a large portion for the price. My husband and I split the corned beef hash plate which was plenty to share, but I wasn't that impressed with the flavor of the corned beef hash. First time visiting Eggstacy and it didn't disappoint. This amazing breakfast place with the clever name came recommended to me from celebrity comedian and movie star, Rob Schnieder. Don't let the non-assuming outside fool you. Once you walk inside your greeted by friendly staff, a bright and open decor, Halloween decorations (12 foot skeleton) and open seating. I highly recommend trying the Apple and Brie with chicken sausage omelette. I enjoyed the pancakes, brioche French toast, and crispy bacon. The orange juice was freshly squeezed and also delicious. Eggstasy was one of my favorite breakfast spots in Scottsdale until today. Today, we had server Madison D. We have not experienced as bad of a service as we did today in a long time. There were several mistakes made today: 1. We had to ask multiple times for our coffee to be filled 2. Messing up on the order (wrong food came out) 3. Meals came out at all different times, the third person got their meal as the other two were half way done with the meal 4. Got over charged and server didn't take responsibility 5. She spoke to us in a frustrated and annoyed manner when we asked for anything I'm really disappointed that we experienced this kind of service today when we were overly excited to come here for breakfast. read more

This was one of the best breakfasts I've had in a long time. Great coffee, food was insanely good and the portions are big enough to share. Fresh fruit was awesome. My only criticism was that the server either overwhelmed or just simply forgetful. My friend had to order both his drinks twice. Not that we're looking for the server to apologize, but she just said "no problem", as if I we were not bothering her. After we got our food, we didn't see for almost 25 minutes. We finished our food, drinks and were sitting there waiting 15 minutes for her to come back to even check on us. I finally asked the hostess (didn't want to bug the other servers) and asked that she send over our server. She came back and was literally planning on dropping off the check and running off. Had to stop her and ask for Togo containers. Anyway, I'm all for giving the server the benefit of the doubt, but she was the only thing that disappointed me at brunch. I went there for the first and last time today. It was far too loud. I could only carry on a conversation with the person immediately next to me. The Reuben sandwich was one of the worst I've ever had. The sauerkraut had a nice bite but there wasn't enough of it, the corned beef was super bland, and there was hardly any cheese. On the plus side, the service was stellar. Our server was attentive and friendly, the food came out in a timely fashion. Others had different dishes. The omelettes were enormous! If I want two eggs over easy to go over my omelette, so everything slides off my plate in my mouth I do it, and it comes perfectly every time! I always write a side note that I want a side salad. So made a to-go order for breakfast....I had the arugula, bleu cheese and mushroom omelette, I must say it was quite good. They are a very good size packed with ingredients (two meals for sure) one ISSUE which was not their fault was temperature (it happens with to-go orders) had to nuke everything . Hash browns were good pancakes were just okay. Ordered a side of sausage and it was BAD almost unrecognizable it came in a little paper bag like fast food French fries would come in, dehydrated, tough and just plain NASTY. My partner had the quinoa, sun dried tomato and goat cheese omelette and he enjoyed it. He gags at bleu cheese and I gag at goat cheese so I think we were just being spiteful to one another that morning haha. Better to eat dine in but with covid it is what it is. Met some family for breakfast today. While the food quality was good (had bacon & eggs), I was disappointed with the service. When I order a soda, I expect that I will not have to get up mid-meal to go to the server's station to request a refill. When you get can breakfast food at many places, the service is what will set one place apart. My pet peeve is to have to hunt down a server to request a drink refill. That said, she did bring an extra bottle of water for us & once I made my point by walking to the server station, I got my next refill. read more

I am from NYC, living in Scottsdale for 30 years. Eggstacy is absolutely, the best Breakfast in AZ! from any egg dish, to the lovable crepes. They are the BEST! Coming from Brooklyn, and Long Island. When we left, we agreed the best thing Eggstasy has going for it is that it's close to home. Pancakes are hit or miss, decent one day and terrible the next. Today they were ok (not great) but last time they were thin and hard - had to send them back. With the pancakes, you never know what you are getting if you choose them as the size in lieu of toast you may get one tiny pancake or two huge pancakes. Today, the omelet was ok, barely had any ham. Last time, the omelet was decent but tiny. You get the picture, very inconsistent in portion and quality. Today the coffee was lukewarm. They brew up batches then let it sit in the carafe way too long. I flagged down our server for more coffee and the repeat batch was colder than the first. I would have asked for a fresh cup of hot coffee, but she never returned to check on us. Offered one refill then didn't see her again till she brought the check. read more

Discovered this hidden gem today when another spot wasn't serving breakfast on a holiday weekend. The menu is filled with tons of tasty treats if you're looking for something a little out of the norm. We had: chocolate covered bacon, Nutella stuffed red velvet pancakes, apple cinnamon French toast, prosciutto eggs Benedict and to drink we had the strawberry orange mimosa and the hibiscus punch. My favorite was the red velvet Nutella pancakes! They were light and fluffy and not too overly sweet and overwhelming. I'd definitely order them again. read more

I love Eggstasy, such a great vibe and this location is in a beautiful shopping area in DC Ranch. Was greeted by the hostesses right away and our party of 4 were seated within 15 mins on a Saturday morning. Our server was on top of it, answered all our questions and gave us awesome menu suggestions. Must try the red velvet pancakes and the skirt steak, OMG it's sooooo good!! Highly recommend the skirt steak. Overall experience is 5 stars, would give them a 10 star if it was an option. We will be back. read more

We decided to try this place after our bike race, Tour de Scottsdale. The start and finish was in this plaza. The service was very good. He was attentive, professional and friendly. The food? So so. I had the caramelized onion omelette and my boyfriend had the crab omelette. Both were good but nothing to write home about. The sourdough toast and the fruit skewer were both very good. Fresh pineapple with strawberries and a couple berries. Nice. The coffee was fantastic. I really did like that. I'm picky when it comes to getting coffee out and this by far was excellent. Would I return to this restaurant? Probably not anytime soon. I have several other breakfast favorites I'd return to first. However, if you're in the area, give it a try. Food was OK. But after waiting over 45 minutes for my food to be served, the experience was ruined. Food came out lukewarm. I was dining with a group (6) and the food came to our table over 20 minute time span. The waiter was inattentive and came by once to tell us "should be 5-10 minutes"... 20 minutes later the first plate shows up. The manager said "it had been a busy morning." Yum! I highly recommend the gyro stacked hash! No picture available because I inhaled it before I thought about it. The pancakes that come with it were also so huge I could only eat one of them. Unfortunately the protein pancakes that we ordered were undercooked or even closer to raw batter. We made the server aware of it and he brought it back to be corrected ( re-cooked) and then only returned with one pancake. The original order had two pancakes. Sadly enough the one pancake STILL wasn't fully cooked. So not only were we surprised at that, but no manager came out to discuss this with us. Also unfortunately the server was very very slow and not attentive. So we probably won't be returning anytime soon. read more
