First, I personally had a decent experience. The ladies were busy in the morning and I did had to make 2 dozen order on the spot. The lady helped out as soon as possible and all my bagels came out faster than I expected. The taste, I don't think anyone really mess it up unless if hey are making their own recipe. The bad that I saw in their service. Early morning...too much orders, I understand. I worked as well, but attitude matters. I wish this location manager hires more employees that current employees do not be overwhelmed. A gentleman walked in and literally I observed all 4 employees make an eye contact with him. The lady that was helping me noticed and told some other lady that walked out of the kitchen to help, but she basically was saying no. Other lady that was at drive thru literally ignored when the gentleman said, "Anybody work here?" Fourth lady, she just told him, "we are kind of busy." From a customer's view, we can see that the store is busy when everyone is working on something. I, as a customer, would feel like a customer if at least one employee told me (something along this line) "I'm sorry, I will get back to you as soon as I finish this one thing" than ignoring and rude comments. It's unfortunately true: This location swirls in the cesspool that plays host to the most awful of service. "Don't come here" is the best advice I can give you. It will surely take 10-15 minutes to get your order ready... oh, and your order will be wrong. These bagel-gatherers have no idea what they're doing. I love Einstein's Bagels... but this location needs ALOT of work. I've come on more than one occasion (I admit, I'm a bit of a bagel lover!) and I've been disappointed each time. I used to go here often with no problems, however I recently returned twice and went through the drive through. Both times I went recently the manager was taking my order. He tried to tell me how many creams I was going to put in my coffee. Once my coffee was given to me it had nothing in it. Am I supposed to drive and put my creams and sugar in my hot coffee??? First time there I was given the wrong bagel with the right cream cheese. Second time there was given the right bagel with the wrong cream cheese. With only two ingredients involved in the order, I'm surprised it's been so hard to get right? It was not busy either time I was in there either, so that can't have been an excuse. I usually stop by to get bagels and coffee for my coworkers and I - but the past few times have been horrible. One incident, there were two customers inside, me and another lady. After the lady received her order, my order was obviously next. The baker gave the cashier my order and the cashier literally said "who's order is this?" I sit in the drive thur today for ever! Cars drive up sit there see no cars moving and leave. Management must be completely out to lunch on this location. I walk inside and there looks to be about 5 employees doing absolutely nothing. I tell them I have been sitting in the dive thur for 30 minutes. They get my food in record time to get rid of me. Everything from this restaurant was very good and the place was very clean. I give this rating because I was not satisfied with my experience. I understand that weekday mornings are busy times for bagels but my wait time should not have been 20 minutes. The reason for this was likely because --The front cashier was also taking drive-through orders and making the espresso beverages. --There was a growing line and not enough Employees to properly meet the demand. --A woman 1st ain line, waiting just to order coffee stood there for 6 minutes at the register waiting for somebody to take her order, all the while an employee stood at that register entering a drive-through order and making coffee for drive-through having to ignore the person standing there. Once my order was called out, it was the wrong thing and had bacon that I didn't ask for, so I didn't immediately grab it. Eventually figured out it must have been what was intended for me. These guys try to make some bonus points with their corporte people by providing just a whiff of cream cheese on your bagel. I pay for extra creamcheese - pay over $6 for a bagel and coffee - and get just enough to still see the dough through the layer of creamcheese. Imagine an employee stealing from Einstein's; they'd be gone in a heartbeat. Stealing from a custoemr? They don't care. Reported it to management with no action, Wrote to them through their website, they don't resply. So now it goes public. Einstein's has become a Sunday tradition for us. Their Santa Fe breakfast sandwich is amazing and the reason I originally went to Einstein's every now and then, but it became a tradition because of Chris and Jasmine. They are always so kind and hard working. I make a ton of modifications to my order so I expect for my order to be messed up sometimes, but this amazing duo hasn't made a mistake yet. Everyone is always quick to write negative reviews when something bad happens so I wanted to take the time to give a shout out for great service! The help is friendly but they're really slow here. The bagel toppers are impossible to eat neatly. Just get a sandwich. I guess part of the mess was picking off the spoiled lettuce. We were there on a Sunday, so they are slow and don't make many bagels, so they were out of the six cheese bagel that one of the kids prefers. They were out of plain, which seems like a Texan running out of bullets, but whatever. They substituted a potato bagel without even asking like we wouldn't notice. I love bagels! Unfortunately, they aren't the best breakfast choice for my thighs. Every once in awhile, I do allow myself one. So, last Saturday was a bagel day. I headed over to Einstein Bros. because they have a drive thru and I had just rolled out of bed. I waited a few minutes for the car in front of me to finish ordering, then I pulled up to the speaker. The guy on the other end welcomed me and asked me to hold on. So I did... for about five minutes, then I said "hello?" and he asked me to continue holding. The people behind me parked and went in, but I was not looking my best, so I waited it out. About ten minutes later, he came back on and took my order. A bagel with cream cheese and a small chai tea latte was over $6, a little pricey but I knew it would be worth it. I got my bagel home, only to find it was an ASIAGO CHEESE bagel. That's my least favorite choice, and trying to be on the healthier side, I had ordered a GOOD GRAINS bagel. They gave me the complete opposite! Ugh. I should have checked before I drove away, but how could you screw up that order?! They weren't even busy that day, I really don't know what the problem was. I go here when Im feeling nice and picking up a large order for the office - and although they do take a little longer than I would like, what's the big hurry to get to work? This is my 4th time here and I have now experience what other people have complained about. There was one other person in line and 2-3 cars in drive-thru. He finished making the orders and closed the hoods to the fixins station. Then, instead of saying anything to me, he just stood there waiting for the next order to come through. Im sure the food is good, if I'd gotten any! I ordered a breakfast bagel with no one ahead of me. After 15min, I checked and saw folks in the kitchen prepping fruits. I asked the cashier and she said "Oh you haven't got your food?" So she asked the folks in the kitchen and can back saying "Well we don't have turkey sausage, do you want to sub it for something else?" So I guess they just saw the ingredients for my bagel weren't available and thought they'd move on with their business and not tell me?! I asked for a refund.
