    Avocado Toast

Never going back to this location. The customer service was horrible and look at this $5 avacado toast. I was just here yesterday and had the best experience with a lady at the drive thru but today was the total opposite. I sat at the speaker for someone to take my order for at least 2 minutes, finally took my order and I sat at the window for 15 MINUTES. All I got was an avacado toast, which was HORRIBLE. Plain and barely salted, and my bagel was burnt. And I got a bottled water. Took them 15 minutes to hand me my bagel and he immediately shut the window on me so I couldn't get a word in to say I never got my water. Sat at the window for someone to notice me, since I was the only car in the drive thru, for 3 minutes. Then I honked and had to put my car in PARK and knock on the window to tell them they forgot my water. Absolutely so rude and just did not care. I also tipped before hand!!!! Very disappointed

I really didn't want to come on here and complain but I have to because I came here twice this week. first day I came I had ordered a sausage turkey with egg and cream cheese and waited at drive thru for nearly 15 minutes for one sandwich. I got home and there was no cream cheese in the sandwich. 2 days later I came again, ordered same thing but with 2 eggs and cream cheese. I got home and no cream cheese. I mean how hard is it to put cream Cheese on? Please do better. I do not know if I will be giving these guys any business again.

    Nova lox on everything bagel

Haven't been here in years. Just moved up the street from one and decided to go try a new bagel today. I got the nova lox on everything bagel and toasted. This bagel was literally so delicious. Like I'm not the biggest fan of capers but it truly is like the perfect flavor combo. I really enjoyed it. I hate that I forgot the name of the lady at the drive thru window, but she was amazing. I wanna say her name was Joanne, but if I remember her name or if it's on the receipt, I'll definitely come update my review. I honestly feel like I'm hooked on Nova lox now and like will probably get one every week now.

Visiting from out of town and we usually eat here back home, never had any issues. We decide to stop here for breakfast and this is the amount of shmear they gave us come on

They close at 2, but most of the food is gone by noon. If they're missing an item on the sandwich because they ran out, they still charge you the same price.

5$ for this??? Where is the cream cheese? Took forever to get. This store is LAZY

2 out of 3 drive through visits have been wrong. I don't understand how taking and making a bagel order can be so difficult.

They have bagels, coffee, etc. But they have other items too, like bagel sandwiches. I tried the pretzel bagel sandwich with lox, and scallion cream cheese. I think it was around $12. I got it toasted and asked for it to be cut, but they forgot. It was loaded with schmear, very messy, but it was tasty. The pretzel bagel was delicious. On my way out, I saw that they had an early special from like 7-8 am that if you order a bagel with spread or a bagel sandwich, that you get a free drink. Oh well. Maybe next time. The place has a variety of seating, is clean, and isn't too loud. There were a lot of people studying and working. I didn't have the best experience. They had their Fall drinks written on the menu and then after explaining to me what the Johnny cakes latte tastes like, they told me it wasn't available until Tuesday, which was misleading. I tried to order a seasonal peach tea drink, and they told me they were out of it. At this point, I was frustrated and got the golden latte, which tasted awful. It was so ginger-y and not smooth at all. It tasted like the equivalent of a tough-to-get-down juice shot. I ordered a breakfast veggie sandwich, which wasn't bad, but my friend and I both ordered it for dine-in, and for some reason mine came out in a to-go box. This was super odd and there wasn't an apology or anything. The sandwich was okay - the avocados weren't ripe yet and were kind of hard. The brioche was good, but $10 for something I could throw together at home in 5 mins was unimpressive. Overall, I won't be back. Ascension in Frisco has seriously the best service, with an expanded menu, and coming here was so subpar and disappointing.

(frankly, i can do with a bit less of this texas howdy-do y'all shuck and jive.) but i point this out as a way of saying your employees here stand out and not in a good way. i'm nobody and unless there's a good reason otherwise come off low-profile. so i'm used to being ignored, but first thing in the morning show a little love, eh? so there you have it, robert the business manager, and all it cost you is to show a bit of courtesy so lacking in your operation: don't insult our intelligence with that offer to contact you so you can make it right. that phony baloney is about as useful as soap on a rope and in any case i'm not coming back.
