The service was slow, but that's okay. The food on the other hand... it's the third time this week they've ruined something about my order. My drink was not even 3/4 full, and this is what my 'bagel' looks like now if you can still call it that Btw it's definitely not the first or third or even fifth bad experience it's most times I go here. (The bagel was supposed to have cream cheese too but they forgot or smth)

Me and my partner were on the beginning of our long drive to a hike and decided to get breakfast at this location. We reordered our last order on the app and came to pick it up. I went in to pick up, staff were nice and attentive. However, it wasn't until we were on the highway that we opened our bag to both of our bagels completely lacking cream cheese at all. We ended up having to stop at a nearby store and BUY cream cheese for the bagels. If you order at this location CHECK THE ORDER. Completely sucked and made us late for our day trip. Big sad.

I've had it with this location. 8 employees, not even busy, waited 33min for a bagel sandwich that ended up burnt. Terrible!

Terrible service....waited 23 minutes for 2 Farmhouse sandwiches and neither one was cooked. Too many untrained kids fumbling around with no direction.

This is a good coffee option in Castle Rock besides the usual choices available. This Einstein location is in a small strip plaza behind the Maverik gas station on Limelight Avenue. They have a drive thru as well. The young man who took my order on a recent visit was very personable. I appreciated his level of customer service. On another recent visit, I ordered a breakfast sandwich. I had the Texas Brisket Egg Breakfast Sandwich. It was good! I would order it again. Lastly, I like Einstein Bros. Coffee. The Vanilla Hazelnut and Dark Roast are favorites of mine. Again, another great coffee options besides the usuals. I will return here again!

Calling this "teriyaki" feels legally questionable. The sauce tasted like someone described teriyaki to a guy who's never actually had it. Sweet? Sure. Savory? Not even a little. And the chicken? The texture was... unsettling. Like it had secrets. Slightly slimy, vaguely suspicious, and absolutely not something I'd voluntarily eat again. I've had better teriyaki from a mall food court five minutes before closing. Attempt #2: The "Gourmet" Grilled Cheese The audacity. The confidence. The boldness of putting the word gourmet in front of what is essentially cafeteria-level deli cheese between basic bread is honestly inspiring. There is no grill involved. None. Zero. This sandwich gets tossed into a microwave like it's being punished. The cheese melts just enough to pretend it tried. By the time you sit down, it's already cold. No crunch. No golden crust. No buttery crisp. Just soft, sad bread hugging melted mediocrity. I've made better grilled cheese at 2 a.m. with one eye open and no groceries. I really wanted to support a new local spot. I walked in hopeful. I left confused. Twice. At this point, if I want a hot sandwich, I'll just stand outside in the sun holding a Lunchable. At least that has consistent standards. Two visits. Two disappointments. My sandwich era at Port of Subs has officially ended. At least the people were friendly there. UPDATE: UPDATE: Port of Subs has now entered the automated response phase of our relationship. Twice. TWICE. They reached out asking for feedback. And twice, I responded with actual details like a human being participating in a conversation. And twice... they completely ignored the fact that I had already replied. Instead, I received another cheerful request asking me to "go back to the feedback section" and provide more information. Like we're trapped in some kind of customer service Groundhog Day. At this point, I'm no longer convinced there are actual people involved. I think the entire operation might just be three microwaves and a haunted survey form. Even the Google review response felt copy-pasted straight from the "Concerned But Not Listening" starter pack. "Please tell us more about your experience." I HAVE. REPEATEDLY. WE ARE NOW LIVING INSIDE THE DETAILS. I'm starting to believe if I walked into the restaurant physically holding the sandwich and explaining the problem out loud, someone would hand me a QR code and ask me to describe it online. Honestly, the customer service experience somehow feels exactly like the food: lukewarm, confusing, and suspiciously disconnected from reality. The wild part is I wasn't even trying to be harsh originally. I wanted this place to improve. I wanted to support a local spot. But after multiple disappointing meals and an endless feedback loop that leads directly back into itself, I feel less like a customer and more like a beta tester for an unfinished sandwich simulation. At this point, I fully expect the next email to ask whether I've tried providing feedback about my feedback.

They handle a steady stream of walk-in customers along with mobile orders, app pickups, DoorDash, and other delivery services. Despite the constant rush, the staff always does a great job keeping things moving while remaining friendly and professional. The service is consistently fast, the employees are welcoming, and the sandwich selection offers something for just about everyone. In a time when food prices seem to climb every week, Snarf's still delivers quality ingredients and satisfying portions at a reasonable price. I've been a fan since the early Boulder days, so it's great to see Snarf's expand into communities like Castle Rock. There's something comforting about grabbing a hot sandwich made with fresh ingredients and knowing exactly what you're going to get every time. While I'm definitely not a vegetarian, one of my longtime favorites is the Eggplant Parmesan with hot peppers. It's packed with flavor and proof that you don't need meat to make an outstanding sandwich. Another thing I appreciate about this location is the amount of seating available. There's ample space inside along with a nice outdoor patio, so even during busy periods it rarely feels overcrowded. The vibe is relaxed, casual, and unpretentious~exactly what you want from a neighborhood sandwich shop. Grab a hot sandwich, kick back, and enjoy the laid-back atmosphere. If you're looking for a reliable spot for a great sandwich, Snarf's Castle Rock is worth the stop. Castle Rock is lucky to have one~I'll definitely be back.
