Because of the pricing alone, I would not return.

Review of *New Einstein Bagels in Castle Rock, CO What a disappointment! I was very excited to have a new breakfast stop when it was being built. My how that has quickly changed. I have tried this new place 5-times. Kept telling myself, there new; they have to find their groove... NOT. Visit 1: My wife and I ordered bagels and coffee; I elected to get their advertised "Special Iced Coffee" drink. They advertised it all beautiful like a Starbucks drink at the register after all. I was handed a plastic cup... empty... a do-it-yourself drink apparently. Needless to say upon filling the cup, made for cold drinks, with coffee, that is apparently heated in a nuclear reactor in case I want to save it for lunch, and adding ice from the soda machine (as if), it turned into a cup of disgusting s**t! To make up for it, I was given two "Free regular coffees fobs". Visit 2: Wife and I ordered bagels and coffee. My wife has a good amount of coffee grounds in her coffee today. Visit 3: All went well.... nothing specifically went wrong, other then the severe lack of cream cheese on the bagels :: sigh :: Visit 4: Yep, you guessed it, ordered bagels and coffee again. Coffee grounds in the coffee AGAIN and this time, didn't think it was possible from the previous visits, but the cream cheese was even less, it looks like a wet piece of transparent paper on the bagel. Just enough that you can tell something was put on it... I guess to be able to taste the cream cheese must cost extra. Visit 5: (today): Went through the drive through, maybe it will change up my experience. Nope, after the person manning the drive-thru speaker (who apparently left his personality at home in his other smock) took the order, I tried to use one of our two free coffee fobs (wife has hers on her key chain and I was driving). You guessed it, even after explaining the situation, sorry Charlie, we will only use the one, after all the water strained through coffee grounds is way more valuable than my business... right? So the free coffee I was giving, as an initial consolation, due to them screwing up the order to begin, with was denied. Now if anyone from Einstein's cares enough to even read this, I have two words for you, that the army of 12-year olds working there, that they must not have not been trained for... wait for it... wait for it... CUSTOMER SERVICE! Defined as: customer service noun 1. The assistance and advice provided by a company to those people who buy or use its products or services Of the four times I have been inside there, there has been one young man (don't know his name) but he is their "lobby ambassador", who has been great. Otherwise I have counted 15, yes 15 teenagers working at this place inside every morning. Too bad Brian, the manager I'm told, doesn't manage better or at the very least train the army of teenagers he has working for him. Overall Review: STAY AWAY!!! Run to the nearest Starbucks! At least they know what they are doing and apparently have some resemblance of training program for what customer service in the 'food industry' is supposed to resemble. read more

Already filed a complaint with the health department of Colorado, this business is currently under investigation for violating health codes. There were several employees on the floor, yet customers were left waiting at the entrance for several minutes without a host available to greet or seat them. Throughout our visit, service felt inattentive and unengaged. When we requested items that had not been provided with our meal, our server responded in a manner that came across as inconvenienced rather than helpful. To make matters worse, when it was time to pay, we were unable to locate our server and ultimately had to go to the kitchen area to ask someone to print our receipt. This experience was disappointing, especially given the positive memories I have of this restaurant. Based on this visit, I will not be returning to this location and would recommend considering other dining options in the area.

My favorite pretzel is the jalapeno cheese pretzel and he happened to just have put one in the oven so I only had to wait for 6 min for a fresh jalapeno cheddar pretzel and with the cheese sauce super yummy treat.
