We usually go to the Einstein's in Los Altos/LB but wanted to check out this "new kid on the block" in Cypress. It moved into the Five Guy's former space located in the Target shopping center. The layout is open as opposed to cozy with a patio. There's ample parking especially since the longtime Carl's Jr. (near Einstein's) closed up recently. My Garden Bagel had avocado that could have used a tad more ripening, egg & tomato all on an Everything Bagel (toasted). My BF went with his usual Farmhouse Bagel sandwich. Both were good. So was the coffee. The serve-yourself coffee dispensers are lined up along a counter. Seating offers several tables along with a long table & some high-tops. The nice staff worked well together & our order arrived fast.

Decided to stop by to try and got the farmhouse egg sandwich. It sounded so good! Eggs, ham, bacon, cheese, hash brown.. what more could you want for breakfast? It took about 20 minutes for the sandwich to come out. Upon receiving, I was a bit disappointed. I thought there would be more filling. We paid for the extra egg, so the total came out to more than $10. The sandwich was pretty salty and overall, the experience left a lot to be desired.

I love Einstein bagels but this is by far the worst location I have ever been too. I waited 10 minutes to order and another 20 for my bagels. While I was waiting the prep line was so out of order and everyone after me was served first. People were bringing back stuff that wasn't made right and there wasn't even any hot coffee other than decaf. It was actually strange because half of the staff was standing around while the other half looked like they were drowning. I ordered two bagels with cream cheese, avocado and onion. By the time my order was done I ran out of there because I was running late for an appointment. Unfortunately, both bagels were horrible :/ neither bagels were toasted, and there was hardly any cream cheese. My boyfriend called and requested a refund. He was told we needed to bring the bagels back and they close at two. Needless to say, I wasn't going to be home by 2 and I ate the bagel since I was starving (and pregnant) and paid I think around 6-7$ for each of them. Probably never coming back, I'll order from another location moving forward...

I came in this morning before 6 AM to grab a bagel. I walked in first and another lady walks behind me gets serviced first when I was clearly in line first. The cashier was very nice though the food is really good, but I do think their customer service can improve.

Came back to update my review! I've been so happy with this place. The staff and manager are the friendliest and they're trying their hardest to deliver great customer service. They keep a cleanliness environment and the energy from the staff is wonderful. The bagels have been real good and they're generous with the cream cheese. :-) I'll be back!

Whats up Einstein. They are the newest kid on the block where Cypress meets Stanton in the old Five Guys. Everything is crisp and clean. Most importantly fully staffed and ready to help you. Their menu offers about 20 different bagels, 5 spreads, muffins, cookies and sammies. Wash it down with a Mocktail, coffee, fresh juice. etc. My toasted garlc bagel with garden veggie cream cheese was yummy. I look forward to spending a lot of money here. If you download the app you can find a lot of savings.

Upon delivery we were very well pleased with the look and taste of our brunch sandwiches. They were fresh and looked exactly like the picture from the menu. Thank you Einstein Bros for serving up deliciousness.

I ordered a bacon and Bacon & Cheddar Egg Sandwich and got an everything bagel with ham and cheese.

I was so excited when this bagel shop opened, but it's such a hit and miss every time. 1) The Vanilla Cold Brew or any flavor cold brew is always way to syrupy. They put way too many pumps of syrup. I wish you could customize in the app. I've ordered it a few times hoping it was maybe the person making it, but nope. It's gross every time. 2) Wait Time: The wait time when you order ahead is always longer than expected. There seem to only be 2 people working the front in the morning during morning rush hour. They need more staff. 3) Today, 5/7/26, my order ahead bagel wasn't ready and then once I got to work, it was the wrong order. See photos. As I was leaving the bagel shop, another lady had just parked and was walking back inside with a box of bagels, I'm assuming her order was messed up too. Orders are clearly printed and shouldn't be messed up this much. Pros: Restaurant is clean and taken care of. I love the app deal for a dozen bagels for $10! Staff are friendly.

I had a good experience here! The woman with glasses and long hair helping us was very sweet and even offered a heart shaped bagel :3 MADE MY DAY. Unfortunately I did get an expired milk but they promptly helped us resolve this issue, would still come again though

Quick and delicious, ordered my bagel and coffee on the online, by the time I got there it was already ready, amazing. The lighting is very calm and light. The seating is very big, there's also outside seating. The only thing that I wish is, they would've given me napkins other than that it was great.

Great service and good bagels! Karen was very kind and helpful, especially when helping me sign up for the rewards program. Her friendly attitude and great customer service really stood out. Thank you, Karen!

Quick service, friendly staff, and good breakfast sandwich. Came here on a Saturday morning and found seating inside in nice and bright shop. They offer egg whites for breakfast and good selection of bagels. I ordered a cold brew and avocado, tomato, egg whites, bacon, on an everything bagel and worth a visit! Will definitely come back :)

    Lovely employees!

I just want to gosh at how excellent this bagel place is. Stopped by to grab some bagels for my Cypress team. The workers are sweet and very patient. This bagel place is so neat and organized. The bagels are so delicious and I am not a bread or pastry loving person. I just ate my second whole bagel within 1 hour. I love their fancy boxes and their theme. I will visit again anytime I'm in Cypress or Long beach area.

That's how good they are. People can't get enought! I can't wait until their brick and mortar location down the street in Cypress opens! The OG burrito is so delicious. It's really huge, I can eat only half at a time. The crunch of the tator tots, the smokiness of the portuguese sausage, the sauce and the ooziness of the cheese...you top it off with their green salsa that gives it a kick and it is just DIVINE. Never had a better breakfast burrito. I've had A LOT. Go try it. You won't regret it.

It's actually located outside the Home Depot, between the two main entrances, so keep an eye out for the small walk-up window. Since it was our first time here, we asked what they recommended and were told to try the OG Burrito, which comes with eggs, tater tots, Portuguese/Hawaiian sausage, bacon, mixed cheese, and LJ's sauce. It sounded really good on paper. Unfortunately, once I started eating it, I found the burrito surprisingly bland considering everything that was inside. They did give us sauces on the side, but I wasn't a big fan of those either and they didn't really improve the burrito for me. I actually ended up not finishing it, which is pretty unusual for me with a breakfast burrito. The other issue was the price. At $15.99, I expected something that really stood out, especially with so many great breakfast burrito options around Southern California. Nothing was necessarily terrible, and the people working there were helpful when we asked what to order, but overall the food was just mid for me and overpriced for what I got. I left disappointed and probably wouldn't order the OG Burrito again.

During this visit, I ordered the Apple Peach Iced Tea. The homie got the Black Sesame Oat Latte. No complaints on the drinks. I loved mine, and the lady at the register offered to adjust the sweetness level for me if it wasn't up to par. Thankfully, it was right on the money! The Tonkatsu was the sole dish we shared, and we both agreed it was delicious! I've had this dish at other places and more often than not, it is usually greasy since it's fried. This was not the case. I don't even think they use panko breadcrumbs. I'm guessing they use corn flakes, but it WORKS and gives the perfect crisp to the protein! The salad and rice were also a good portion to share if you're not starving. The restaurant is very casual and has a laid back vibe. The inside was full of students studying, and young families so we opted to sit outside in the fresh air. Prices are very reasonable. The establishment is accessible and the service is great! A really good New York style crust was topped with a hearty sauce, Mozz, and copious amounts of pepperoni, sausage, ham and bacon. The crust held up mightily to the weighty meat. It was airy and offered a great chew. We asked for it to be well done to get a little snap in that crust. The meat was excellent and not too salty.
