I had a coupon to get a free drink and I had never been to this location. The parking lot is super small. It was very clean and even being cleaned as I was visiting. I ordered a large caramel frozen drink. I didn't like it. It tasted like chocolate and I said caramel, not caramel drizzle on top either and think they used milk instead of almond milk. All this was noticed as I was already down the road and on my way. No worries , I was so thankful to try it out. The drink was given to somebody who said it did taste pretty chocolatey. But they enjoyed it. This was located very close to a neighborhood I had an errand in and I would say this is another walkable location . Great to walk to but not convenient to drive or park at , as it is a tight parking lot. I have to come back and get a bagel sandwich. read more

I've been going to Einstein's for years. I really like their bagel sandwiches. Their classic egg sandwiches and the signature farmhouse bagel are my favorites. They also have coffee and fresh made orange juice and some light pasties, muffins, cookies, cinnamon rolls, etc. And they offer some good catering options. They have always provided a consistent, quality product. The restaurants are a well oiled machine. The staff always does a good job. Using their app has been really convenient. My food is ready when I walk in. The app also has promotions that I like to take advantage of. read more

This location is so frustrating. It doesn't matter when you go almost every single time I come here they never toast the bagel and it's always cold and it never tastes right. Even after asking to make sure that they toasted the bagel it still taste like it's uncooked. I would rather drive 15 minutes to the one on Colorado Boulevard at least they have a drive-through and they actually toast their bagels. Also all the drinks at the location on Colorado Boulevard usually are good. we got two five dollar energy drinks and they taste horrible from this location. If you guys can actually toast the bagels I'd give this a better review. I had asked the employees if they can double toast the bagel and they said it's going to come out darker and I told them the many times I came to this location and the bagels are never toasted. Told them I just wanted them to make sure this time it gets toasted. they reassured me it will be toasted and told me sometimes the employees mess with the heat settings and never put the settings back to its normal setting. But the bagels still came out how they normal come out: NOT HOT NOT TOASTED . it's just frustrating. I rather drive 15 mins to a different location the bagels are toasted and hot. Food and employees are awesome, but *every* single day there are vehicles parked in the *1* handicapped accessible spot with no placard/plate. This is the second time I've been here, I went to the one on 16th street the first time. I asked for dark toasted both times bagels weren't even brown! So I didn't go back Saturday I was craving a bagel so I went to the one on Broadway asked for dark toasted. I got the rudest comment (well it's not like your toaster at home where you can pop it out anytime) wow yea I'm aware of that. This Einstein location has a brown and hard or crunchy exterior (brick) and a densely packed, sometimes doughy (people) and often yeasty smelling interior. In short, the actual physical manifestation of this Einstein pretty much fits the description of an actual bagel. I want to sprinkle it with toasted garlic to complete the transformation. You can count on the standard Einstein product here. I think the customer service at this location is a little below other Einstein's. There is a parking lot here with perhaps 6 spaces. Went here after a doctor's appointment where I had to fast before a test, so I was *starving*. The food and tea was excellent, and the employees were all very friendly. Only knocks are that they messed up my husband's order, so I had to wait for them to redo it. So I was ready to eat the table by then. Also, the restroom had no toilet paper, which is never pleasant. And fair warning, it's a really small parking lot, so it can be hard to get in and out. read more

They completely screwed up my order and made my gf the worst soy latte ever. They paired some crappy honey spread onto an asiago bagel. That is NOT what I ordered! Who would even do that??! Should be a crime to even offer that combination! For a company that has the audacity to call themselves "Einstein" they don't seem to be very smart. I guess the distinction of this one is that it's conveniently located near the big hospitals, so if you're visiting someone it's a nice place to grab a quick bite and it sure beats hospital food. I wish i like This place, as i live 2 blocks away, and its always so nice to be able to walk there on the weekends for breakfast. But to be honest, i am never impressed with what ive ordered. the coffee area is also always a mess, and i think their brews are too bitter and taste old.
