Should have read the reviews before heading here today. Now, the experience makes sense. We ordered 2 bagels - one with avocado and one nova lox. Nova lox was fine but the avocado was barely topped and tasted 'not fresh'. We also ordered coffee but every single pot of coffee was empty. This is at 10:20 am. We had to ask and wait for a cup of coffee. The place didn't look clean - tables had remnants of previous diners and even when the tables felt a bit clean, floor under was so dirty - see my attached pic! We will not be back. It would be more hygienic to buy a pack of these bagels at Costco and make our own. read more

Maybe it's because we came when they were about to close on Sunday, but the sandwich along with the bagel itself was ok... the bagel was hard and dry and the tomato (I'm just picky about tomatoes..) were not great. The avocado was both hard and soft for some pieces. And the sandwich itself was tiny. We (my partner and I) got an everything bagel with an egg, avocado and tomato. I forgot the actual name of the sandwich, but... maybe it's one of those things where you come in when it's morning kind of thing. We'll probably try again. I expect a bagel shop to serve bagels with a reasonable amount of cream cheese, but mine had very little--large portions of the bagel were left uncovered. When I brought this to the manager's attention, she stated this was their standard and offered no solution beyond suggesting I go elsewhere if dissatisfied. I also requested my bagel to be toasted, but it was served untoasted and spongy. Additionally, we ordered a latte and a cappuccino, yet both drinks appeared identical. When I asked about this, the staff indicated they were essentially the same, which reflects a lack of understanding of basic coffee preparation. Overall, this was a disappointing experience due to poor quality and unhelpful customer service. This was my second time trying the Einstein Bros. Bagels franchise. The first time I ate from here it was over by Perimeter Mall in the same plaza in of the Arby's Flagship store. The first time, it wasn't that good and couldn't really see the hype of it. This time, I went with the suggestion of the girl at the counter this morning. It was the Texas Brisket Bagel. We switched the bagel for the cheesy bagel and added extra chipotle dressing. I added mayo and ketchup. They did not have salt so I went with everything seasoning to add more flavor. I feel like they could have added more brisket tho. Coffee to drink but added ice to make it an ice coffee. 3/5 for not having enough meat. I really wanted my bagel to look like the picture. The place had plenty of seating. The table I sat at had a few crumbs and I just wiped it off because I really wanted to sit at the table with a little bit of the sun hitting me. 3/5 for ambiance because clean tables is an absolute must. The service was exceptional because of the Simone (the girl at the register). Her energy was energetic, bubbly and youthful. I had never been to this chain until last year. I've been to this location only once. I had ordered on the app and it was set for curbside. After waiting awhile and checking in, nobody came out, so I just decided to go in and grab my order. They were not busy at the time, so I'm guessing they just don't do curbside anymore even though they still had the signage outside and the app allowed for it. They ran out of one of the items in my order, so that might have been part of it too. I picked a substitution which was the sesame bagel with onion chive shmear. I got an iced tea also and was on my way. The staff was friendly enough. I like the rewards program and ease of the app aside from the curbside situation. I would come back to this location again, although I prefer the ease of the Tucker drive-thru location slightly better. Always love the quality of food, coffee, and customer service at this location. It's right off of pleasant hill next to Saigon cafe. The location is pretty easy to access and get back onto the road from. If you have never been to an Einstein Bagels they have lots of choices of bagels, cream cheeses, breakfast sandwiches, lunch sandwiches, and drinks. My favorite bagel cream cheese combination is an Everything Bagel with their amazzinggg Jalapeño Salsa cream cheese. If I'm wanting something a little heavier The Farmhouse bagel is my goto choice or a Nova Lox bagel. But basically everything on the menu is delicious ! Their coffee is also super tasty. It's always hot and fresh. Besides basic brewed coffee they have signature espresso drinks if you're looking a sweet treat or simple americano. i mean it's einstein bagels so it's pretty good and familiar menu which is great when traveling. My order didn't take long, the sandwhich I got was alright, it was the bacon avocado egg white one. The bagel was kind of tough, but not too big of a deal; it was hot so it was nice and warm. The coffee I got though (small iced vanilla cream cold brew) took a lot longer. Apparently the girl made it but never called it out, so it sat there without me knowing. I finished my bagel and still waited until I asked. The register lady was really nice though and offered to remake it. I just took the original one, it kind of tastes old coffee and wish i asked her to remake it haha. I was trying something new. Turkey Sausage cheddar and egg on a bagel. First thing first. The signs point to a register, however they do not take orders there! They are kinda rude having customers go to the next register. After the order then comes the WAIT! 45 minutes in my case. If the bagel were outstanding (like NY City) i would have gladly waited. This however was not that experience. The egg was stone (fresh out of the refrigerator cold as was the sausage. I guess they used all of the heat for the coffee, which was VERY hot. This is kinda a shame as their lox on an everything bagel is tasty. What a difference a day makes. I gave them another shot this morning. The register that the arrows are pointing to was open. This place isn't too shabby. Great place for breakfast and an on the go snack. You have a variety of bagels to choose from like asiago, raisin, and pretzel to name a few. They also server hot sandwiches which are pretty good as well. This place doesn't get too busy so you shouldn't have to expect too long of a wait. It has good seating for close 30 or so people but don't expect a full house as most people just do take out. Overall a great place bagel lovers! I've had my ups and downs with Einstein Bros bagels. Fortunately it was definitely an 'up' experience at this particular location. I walked in just after 8 am when they opened and it was already a full house. Very clean Einstein that had their bagels front and center behind a glass case. Staff were excellent here! I hadn't a clue what really to get and they sent me all up and down the pros and cons of every bagel I pointed at....and then didn't get sick of me when I asked them to pair my bagel with a cream cheese. I settled on a blueberry bagel with a honey almond cream cheese ($2.85) as well as a regular coffee ($1.89). The bagel was toasted crispy, not thick/tough and held up well for my 5 minute drive from here. The honey almond cream cheese walked the line of not so sweet but not so cream cheesy either, which was a good blend. I have a lot of problems with bagel places slathering on a thick layer of cream cheese, but without asking, they didn't drown me in it! I settled on their dark roast coffee, which is self serve, and thought the flavors were good but nothing special. Located in the Gwinnett Market fair shopping center, Einstein Bros Bagels have a shared lot with several restaurants and stores, so parking isn't that big of a problem. There are several exits, with at least one on pleasant hill road as well as Satellite Boulevard (Satellite happens to be a red light exit as well) Best bagels on earth? Nah. The woman who worked cashier around 11:15 on Oct 06, 2020 YELLED at me when I told her my name simply because I spelled it out. I didnt know that was a crime. The customer in front of me HANDED THEIR FOOD BACK to her, and she took it, which was a clear violation of the health regulations as she said "I'm not supposed to take this, but I'll do it anyways". Piss poor service, and I will NOT be back. Einstein Bagels really needs to do better with their hiring practices. I visited the Einstein Bros Bagel's at 3675 Satellite Blvd at 11:22AM on Tuesday, 8/18/2020. I was greeted by my Cashier, Mike, who was working with enthusiasm and an expeditious attitude! The line crew had my Bagel and Shmear prepared and ready for pickup before I had my change in my hands! They even honored my request for a smidge more Shmear!! Quickly--Outstanding! The Coffee Cooler was filled with HOT coffee and Cream/Milk canisters were filled and I easily located multiple sugar options as well! I used the wash-room after eating, which could have used a good wipe down on handles and floor; as urine was on the floor and the door knob was stained from dirty hands. I presume from enjoying the wonderful Einstein Bagels & Shmear! No worries, I washed my hands! ;) I would and have recommended this location to friends and family. I will return! Truth in advertising? This used to be my spot every Sunday morning for years. I returned today and saw they added these awesome new sandwiches. We ordered the Chorizo Sunrise because we love spicy and avocado. We were excited, and I could see myself getting hooked again on a weekly Einstein's visit. NOT SO FAST! The sandwich came with a 'paper thin' layer of green color (I assume that was the avocado). I love the manager and I pointed it out. God bless her, she said the poster shows an order with "extra avocado". She is going to be a rising star at Einsteins!!! I've attached photos to compare. I've always been a fan of Einstein's bagels and coffee. I was recently visiting a friend in Lawrenceville & needed to waste some time prior to heading back into Atlanta to see some other friends. A typical Saturday morning brought out the locals, so it was pretty busy. There was only one person in front of me in line though. A cheery employee greeted me & took my order of a blueberry bagel & a medium caramel macchiato. I got my bagel immediately when I paid, but had to wait on my coffee. I had taken a seat & within about two minutes, the same employee brought it out to me. I like consistency (who doesn't?!) & as always my bagel was soft & the coffee was hot & tasted like a caramel macchiato should. Another employee came by & asked how everything was. Employees were quick to clean up after patrons. I did use the restroom there & it was clean. Parking is plentiful & prices are reasonable. read more

There was only one customer before us. There was some kind of glitch with their computer system, making the customer before us very unhappy. We waited for over 10 minutes, then some manager, female African American, came out to help. I asked: can I have some bagels please. She replied in a rude manor: You wait for your turn. I said: I've been waiting for 10 minutes, you have two registers, can someone please get me some bagels? She was almost streaming: YOU WAIT. I have been here several times on my route. And every time the lovely lady takes my order it is perfect. And she is always so pleasant. I think she may be tone of the mgrs if not she should be. I have always LOVED all except the parking at this location. Today when I visited after weeks of social distancing... The counter employees did not have masks or gloves. If you pay via card THEY have to swipe YOUR card! Only The person fixing the bagels had on gloves! NOT COOL!!! No tape on floor to encourage social distancing. Shame on you Einstein Bagels!
